I waited a bit to make sure I could properly give a full review, and honestly I have had nothing short of a great experience living here. The grounds are well-maintained, as well as the amenities. It feels like a small community and you dont get that with most apartment buildings. Its been a great experience and I'm glad to call it home. After a few months here it's not a bad place to live but parking is horrendous. People fight for parking and some act petty over it. Unless you have a carport or garage you're good.

Everyone is so nice here! Maintenance is always fast! We love the short trail behind the townhouses. The dogpark is big but could use some fun obstacles to help train our dogs.

Complex grounds for the most part, clean & nice! Downside, some of our pet owner residents not always responsible in picking up after their pets! Office staff nice & maintenance crew quick to get jobs done!

I love living in this community! Every moment that I spend here is wonderful! I love my apartment! It is clean and I live very comfortably in this community. From the day we moved in I could tell we'd love it here. Has a definite sense of community. Neighbors say "Hi" when you walk by. It sounds like a small thing, but it's such a welcoming response. You don't get that everywhere. The office staff are fantastic and always helpful. We enjoy all of the community activities.

i absolutely love it here everyone from the office is so nice and welcoming. maintenance are done right away and they are knowledgeable willing to share tips. I definitely plan to stay here a while longer. scenery is always clean they could work a little on the lighting in the back are all in all i love water pressure is the best always cold or hot when i need it.

The staff has been great, and I love it here! I have met several neighbors when I throw the trash and I have made small talk. They have all given me great feedback on living here. I also appreciate the little things that the front office does for us like for Valentines, gift cards, etc. it’s very nice and we appreciate it!

Move in process was great. It did take a while to get my dog approved but worth the effort! There's a small walking path along the fence next to the golf course. The two pools are pretty small. The community keeps everything clean!
