I have been living in one of mike properties for the past 9 years. I never had any problems once i have one he is always call away. The skyline project is one of the top notch in the area. The new building is very fancy and makes you feel like you are in 7 star hotel and has everything you are looking for. I recommend everyone to reserve their apartment before it goes away.

I recently toured Skyline Square and was really impressed! I loved the aesthetic of the interior and the finishes throughout the units. The rooftop deck has a great space for entertaining. It's super convenient that the building has parking available, washer/dryers in the units, and a well equipped gym onsite. My leasing agent, Elliott, was so helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions about the building and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend checking out this brand new building!
I toured this property with my spouse looking to rent. Then finishes are really nice and everything is brand new. There's a trash shoot and somehow the whole building hallways smell nice with fancy soft music. I am going to apply, feels like a hotel!
This apartment building is exquisite. It has everything you need! It’s the perfect place for a single, couple or small family. 1 or 2 bedrooms available. The location is in the heart of Paterson, so there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops . I could tell that the owner really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying in the building. The office staff are available, helpful, and very nice to deal with. I recommend this rental property and company highly and without reservation.
The location is simply amazing. I recently moved in and the rooms are so spacious and designed beautifully. There are so many amenities from a fitness center to a movie theatre. There are property managers on site 27/4. Very friendly staff and owner. I highly recommend this location
