Been here since 2012 seen ownership switch over about 3 or 4 times, nothing gets fixed neighbors are out of control, (not all but)….. really fast to send bill to your door but that is the only thing they are quick about, if you have a issue or a dispute they will pass you around, say they will get back to you , say that they will pass it on to someone else ect. Grew up in Braintree and all locals know that when you even mention word (skyline) you will get a head shake of some sort because this place has a huge stigma, very eager to move out!!!!
This place is drug infested. Management is horrible. There is only 1 maintenance staff on the property for over 200 apartments. You will regret it. Moved her 8 months ago and nothing but problems. The staff will tell you that you can move out.
Many people complain but the new management is making things better. They don't like it because finally they are enforcing the rules. But I like it and am happy things have changed drastically.
So close to Boston and the T I can't complain. It appears they are still trying to clean up some of the bad residents that I am learning to have to deal with for now. Hope that happens soon, but I love my new place.
Bad management! They don't fix anything. I've been asking for months for them to fix the leaks, possible mold, missing window screen, janky screen for the slide door on the balcony, clogged tub and sinks. Don't move here, you will be disappointed!
New management does the same thing old management did. Nothing.You’ll find out once you move in.
Love it very clean and very new. Waited 3 months on wait list but happy to finally be here. Husband and I are surprised how much this place has changed since a few years back when we were here and decided not to rent. So far so good.
This place is not what it use to be we just love it. My lil doggie loves the pond as well. So close to all the major highways and my unit is beautiful!
Management is excellent this place has never looked so beautiful. The maintenance crew is remarkable how immaculate they keep the grounds dumpster areas are kept clean and clear. I have been living here since 2006. It's a wonderful community so close to everything you need Walmart,walgreens supermarket churches very pretty grounds.
been a tenant for more than 20 years they don't fix nothing there's mold in all the vents the management and maintenance is someone right out of high school with no knowledge of anything. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE HERE WITH CHILDREN!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We (CT Management) purchased the property in January of 2019 and know that this property had major issues. Since then we have a new team in place and we have been working very diligently to handle all the issues that we realize we inherited. Please call our office and ask to speak to Maria or Ludy and we would be happy to address any maintenance issues that have not been addressed in the past. I also want to invite you to come and meet our new Property Manager she has open meetings with all the residents on Thursdays from 10-2 pm and she will handle your request as well. Beautiful apartment community. Apartments are very spacious and recently renovated with many great upgrades, and the location cant be beat! Management is super nice and very accommodating. Absolutely love it here!
