      I’ve moved here in April 2025. I’ve noticed a lot of good changes here , from upgrading the amenities to my nice neighbors. The application process was fast and smooth. The office team is so amazing , sweet and professional. Anytime I’ve had issues they solved my problems in a timely manner and the communication is amazing as well. I love it here and I would recommend all my friends and family to live here. I can’t thank them enough for making this place feel like home.

      Moving into the historic Stevens Park Estates nestled within the equally epic Bishop Arts District via Skyline at Kessler has been convenient so far. I am still awaiting word on my keyless fob as my manual entry code is currently inoperable. Other than that, no major concerns.

      The Security is horrible here my car has been broken into multiple times and attempted to be robbed. My friend’s car was also stolen and more than 10 people’s windows have been busted along with mines.

      The office staff is a revolving door, so they don’t always know who or what is going on here. They try their best as far as maintenance but theirs always en emergency repair going on. They have a million little fees.

      I recently just moved and I've had cockroaches also finding a parking is hard they should separate the visitors from residents parking also I'm concerned about the gates at night like do they even close? The walls need insulation I can hear my neighboors like if we were in the same room with me , also there is marijuana smell in my apartment because of inconsiderate neighbor that does nott smoke outside I wish I knew this before moving now I'm stuck here a year and can't leave since I know I will loose my deposit and it will look bad on me I know they wont even read this anyways.....       Currently in my 14th and last year residing at the 'Indigo, View, Skyline @ Kessler'. 2024 was the complex 60th year of existence. Majority of renovations to residential floors completed 2024. Do your 'due diligence' by reading and understanding lease and addendums. Non-Smoking? Clean-Up after pets? Typical apartment living issues. Hvac, plumbing leaks, flooding, noise (walls are thin), and the occasional tenant trying to turn the place ghetto. Only two elevators (no service) for tenants and contractors. Haven't experienced a time when both were down, but there were delays during renovations. Infestation of roaches? I've see an occasional bug. They come and go. All tenants pay a monthly fee to have apartment treated every Friday.

      Too many random fees/charges. The management staff has not been very friendly. WhenI have an issue or concern I want it addressed asap. The staff must always remember that the tenant is the customer and they should do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

      We have been here almost two years. In this time, we have seen a steady decline in safety and the state of the building. It appears that people come and go quickly and the new tenants are not as respectful to their neighbors and the building itself. Our lease is up in December and we will not be renewing.

      Very poor management & maintance upkeep , the office staff is rude. Mold in the apartments and throughout. They have no consideration for anyone but themselves and don’t try to work through issues that have been brought. They just push it under the rug.

      The renovations for majority of the units have been great but its been a couple years now for most units and not much else has been upgraded. The pool at least is available, and Yoga room is ok although lighting in there is a little low. The Main gym needs major work since only 1 machine per section works. Honestly the rest of the non-working machines should just be taken out at this point. They haven't worked for years and images online make it deceiving to new people. Rooftop club has been inaccessible since the start of renovations which limits people from enjoying the view of the city. The back area or park area is great especially for pets or walking around however, there isnt much to do. A pickleball court can easily fit in some of the open areas as well as permanent metal ping pong table for people to have fun. The place has come a long way from where it was 3 or 4 years ago, but progress seems to have slowed down tremendously. Most entrance doors are broken too.

      Horrible, management is the worst I have ever seen. Lies and disinformation, along with ruining this beautiful historical building. Flooding on third floor that no one cares about, from door doesn’t lock, swat team here twice in a month. Stay far away from here.

      Management is incredibly friendly, but can be slow to answer emails and texts. The walls are thin so noise travels and can be a little noisy at night when you're trying to sleep or, sometimes, you can hear the resident above you using the bathroom. The view is nice on the upper floors regardless of which side of the building you're on.

      I've resided here for 1-1/2 years and the last 3 months have been horrible in all aspects. I've had issues with management regarding pest control (knats, water bugs, roaches), maintenance, flooding throughout building hallways, loud upstairs residents stomping, weekends are entire parties at pool and throughout building with random people from other residencies. What has happened to this place?

      This apartment has amazing people, great scenery, great community! Everyone is friendly. We have security on the weekends to keep us safe. The only thing that would make the apartment complex better is better pest control, and better gym equipment. Other than that, amazing complex
