I’ve been living in this building for a year, and my experience has been very disappointing. The overall quality of the building is poor, noise insulation is terrible, and you can constantly hear stomping and movement from other unit above, especially late at night. Many failures all around the building on monthly bases. We have a broken window for almost a year without any progress on fixing it. The leasing office is not professional. They rarely follow up or take meaningful action when residents raise valid concerns. Communication is poor, and many problems are simply ignored. For the rent we pay, the service and quality should be much higher. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live. It has been a stressful and frustrating experience.

I love my unit, everything feels new, view is great lots of windows. The only complaint I have is the overall storage for everything, clothes, kitchen, bathroom are very limited. I feel safe within the community. Things are kept clean. I appreciate the updates being sent out when things are happening such as windows being cleaned, garage is closed, or testings being done. There are some leasing agents who take several days to respond and many occasions have had miscommunication but most are helpful and friendly. Noise wise, for the most part it’s pretty quiet, didn’t know how close the police station was so pretty frequent sirens going off. There is parking everywhere but most has a 2 hour max. Garage parking spot depending on the occupancy can have a waitlist.

The renewal rate here is insanely high — totally not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere! New management doesn’t care about tenants.

its been nice, security 24/7 is great and the people who work here are all great, especially Cameron! it's also nice to have concierge 24/7 in case there is anything wrong

The amenities and location are excellent. There’s a nice jacuzzi on the top floor, and the building offers amazing views of the Space Needle and Lake Union. Maintenance service is very prompt. However, garage availability is limited — it can take a couple of months to get a parking spot.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, and the balcony offers a relaxing view—perfect for morning coffee. The building is quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and attentive management. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and common areas like the gym and lounge are well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages is the location—close to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and parks. Despite its central location, the area feels peaceful and safe. Covered parking and reliable Wi-Fi are added bonuses. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here. It truly feels like home, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Its a nice and clean apartment. Could do a better job with engagement activities. There are occasional hiccups in lift and hot tub, but the hot tub is definitely a highlight

Perfect place! The rooftop is amazing and the sound insulation of the room is excellent. The only point is that the gym on the sixth floor has a rather strong smell.

I live on the top floor. I love the views, the concierge service, and the gym. But I'm very disappointed that the hot tub has been out of service for over two months now. They advertise it a lot but after move in, if such amenities stay out of service for many moths like this, it's unacceptable. I hope greystar does not allow this to happen again.

Amazing Move-In Experience & Stunning Views! Moving into this apartment was an absolute breeze! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. Loved the eye catch unique wiggly architecture. Everything thing is state of the art as it is brand new. Walkable distance to many Amazon offices. Best views of the Seattle from their sky lounge. And finally pet-friendly apartments with cool petwash station and a dog park

Excellent experience! I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The view of the lake is amazing and there’s lots of natural light in the room due to the huge floor to ceiling windows. Amenities like in house gym are convenient too. Highly recommend!

Skyglass is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful. They are thoughtfully designed so that they are easy to keep clean and maintain. The shares spaces are comfortable. They are great places to work, read a book or just relax. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and happy to help with any problems. The Fetch package service is awesome. It's so nice to have packages come right to your door. Great place to live!

We are just starting to move in and the staff has been incredible! They all have been so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process even though we had some little bumps along the way. They have been very accommodating. The building itself is beautiful and well made. We are feeling very confident that all the issues we had at our last place will not happen here. Skyglass Apartments really serves all my needs and has given me a wonderful location, a spectacular view, and terrific amenities that make in-city living great. The leasing and management team is great and has been incredibly helpful in helping me get moved in and quickly responding to any minor issue I might have (like how do I start the dishwasher?).
