It’s been 2 days and good so far. Few folks at the leasing are friendly while some aren’t. Love the view of my apartment and very happy with the unit itself. The ceiling outside my unit is broken and I hope they fix it before it falls on someone

A great place to live! The amenities like the garden are fantastic. The noise from the traffic on Denny Way is a little high at times though.

Staff is very helpful including the office and maintenance people. The area is generally clean and smell free. The security at the entrance is an added bonus.
I've had great experiences living here. The apartments are reasonably priced given the area and the staff are highly responsive and always helpful. The folks in the leasing office, especially Angelique and Andrea, have welcoming and professional attitudes and are always happy to solve your issues. I've also had a few small maintenance requests that are solved very quickly and superbly. They always read the requests and come prepared with the necessary tools to do the work.

The staff is always available to help. Sam is the best! Views are amazing! The garden for the babies can't be beat! Especially when it's raining tons
The location is absolutely good. Close most visited sight seeing spots and also near my school. About 15 minutes' walk or 5 min's drive. Neighbors are friendly and pets are quiet and friendly too. Parking is convenient. Besides, the leasing team and maintenance team are all superb!

Great place to stay in Seattle. Has all the amenities and in a safer neighbourhood. There is a bus stop right infront of the apartment entrance as well, so easy commute too!

As always wonderful experience. Finally the wait is over Excited for new laundry room new machines. Location is good and safe a just crossing two blocks away from amazon offices as well as spheres. Space needle view is just perfect for evening tea time.

3.5 / 5 The one things that is starting to annoy me after living here for 3 years is the shared laundry facility. The washing machines get pretty gross, especially if someone with pets just used them. They never get cleaned and the the amount of gunk that builds up is gross. That and the perpetually broken dryers with no heat. I understand that the machines are actually service by an outside company, but noy do they suck.

Lived here for a year now. Safe place to live for a single woman. Good location- near restaurants, the ocean, downtown. The on-site staff are phenomenal. Janitorial staff keeps common areas spotless, maintenance fixes things immediately, and the office staff are knowledgeable. Rent is high in general but low for the area. The parking is managed by a third party, so while it's convenient to have on-site parking, it's annoying having to deal with a parking company. Overall, I recommend living at Skye.

It is very safe with good amenities. But I can oftentimes hear vehicle noises due to the building's proximity near Denny Way. Overall a good experience

So far I have loved living here. The neighborhood is wonderful and everything is easily walkable. The amenities are 5 stars. The rooftop is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the space needle which will be great for new years! The community garden is superb and all the residents are very friendly and willing to help! The staff has been very helpful and thoughtful throughout my move in process and pest issues I have had since moving in. I love Susan! I found I had a bit of a pest issue at move in and Susan has been great at keeping me well informed throughout the whole process and has been in my unit every Tuesday to treat for the pest issue until it has been eradicated. Every time I have put in a maintenance request, the issue has been resolved within hours. The staff here really is helpful and communicative to residents and I hope to be here for quite a while!

There is an old world charm to the building. The amenities are good - awesome gym and rooftop. Best kitchen and living room layout. Good size bedroom. Few downsides - no microwave, no exhaust in the kitchen, no exhaust in the bathroom, no patios. Biggest con for living here is the small lobby space on each floor. It was a struggle moving in - had to give up my sofa. The entry way doors are also very small.

The on-site team at Skye at Belltown is one of the best I’ve seen. The maintenance team is very friendly and responsive, and the community management team is very responsive to emails and calls and helpful with requests and questions. Amenities are great and well maintained.

Place is wonderful. From the GM, to the leasing team to most importantly the engineering / maintenance team. You put a request in on the app and it’s done the next day without fail. Could only say excellent things about sky of belltown we can start by saying the stuff is excellent and not only professional but very nice The billing itself is very beautiful an excellent rooftop that has Beautiful views across belltown and the space Needle with barbecue pits fire pit nice lounging sofas and a huge screen TV makes it a really good experience day or night they are also pet friendly with an excellent gym a beautiful pool room for entertainment and a big living room and dining room area to throw parties for friends and family are even business parties Great location surrounding by stores and restaurants just an added bonus sky of belltown is a five-star building and so is there stuff

A lovely little place with a cozy older feeling. The staff is nice to deal with and respond in a quickly to any issues. The amenities are modern and well maintained. And the view at night is amazing.

The best place to live in Seattle is Skye. Even though the building is old but the environment and the staff never make you feel that . Staff is very fast in resolving any maintenance request . Offices and many super markets are near by .

Skye is a special place. An old building but full of life. Exceptionally maintained and cared for by the best team of managers and maintainers. My dog and I have found the Skye building to be a lovely place to live.

Experience of living at Skye has been great. Very close to all places in downtown and offices. The maintenance team and office staff is very helpful and very responsive. They resolve any issues very fast. I would recommend this community anyone who wants to stay at heart of Seattle and still want to stay on budget in rent.

Safety was my first priority- community is fully secured and very convenient to commute in downtown without car. Staff is really friendly and always willing to help. Thanks to Alex & Jayson for the smooth move in process.

Very comfortable apartment units. Location of Skye at Belltown could not be better. Close to downtown and very easy access to all communication areas.

It's is a very nice community and location. The common area has a great view of the space needle. It's my favorite place to relax. A very dog friendly community as well.

Skye is a great place to live and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer in unit would make this the perfect apartment.

This is a very nice community. This is located conveniently in the downtown. The apartments have nice view. The common areas are very clean. Overall I had a nice experience in moving into this community.

The building has been so well maintained, and it still has the quirks and charm of being an old building...it has an energy that you just dont get with any of these new cookie cutter buildings

I just moved into Skye a few weeks ago but from what I have experienced it has been great. I love my apartment the layout makes it feel really open and homey and I have tons of storage space. My unit has 3 major closets. The kitchen is updated and modern looking and the bathroom as well. I like the flooring throughout it makes the home feel a little more elegant than the other carpeted apartments i looked at. There is some street noise but i am not sensitive to that and it really doesnt bother me ever. I walk to work downtown which is an amazing change from my old commute. It is so easy to take 6th ave all the way into the city and youre there in just a few minutes. The staff has been friendly and helpful since the beginning

Skye at Belltown is an excellent complex. Great staff, large garden, excellent vacation, spacious units. Great place to live!
