Sitka is a great apartment. It doesn't fall behind average apartments in this neighbourhood. Rent is higher and similar to high-rises, which is the biggest downside. But it's well-maintained.

Sitka is the finest apartment complex in South Lake Union. You can pay more and get (in some cases) a lot less. Do yourself a favor and check Sitka out *before* you run all over town looking at other options.

I absolute love this building and the people that live here! Sometimes I forget that I'm in a city when I'm walking through the courtyard, and all the plants and landscaping make me feel like I'm living in a dream (especially at night)!

Sitka is a beautiful retreat and makes it feel like youre living in and paying for more than just an apartment/bedroom to sleep. There are several benefits to the amenities such as the community garden and many places to sit for a meeting or get together. Pleasantly surprised by the minimal sound from neighboring apartments and well insulated windows. Overall great so far, come visit!

I love living at Sitka! The building is beautiful and well designed with sustainability in mind, and it feels like an oasis away from downtown even though just a few short blocks to Westlake and a short drive to the freeway! The staff are incredibly helpful and made my move incredibly smooth. I highly recommend this building.

The location is close to all the best restaurants, coffee shops and the lake! The apartments are super spacious and offer large windows to bring in natural light. The management is also super friendly and very responsive to all maintenance requests. Highly recommend!

Sitka has beautiful apartment and amenity spaces. Clean and spacious and situated in a safe area near parks, restaurants, and downtown Seattle. It's close enough to walk to pretty much anything you'd want and need.

The leasing team genuinely focuses on community and simply doesnt use it as a sales pitch. Their actions illustrate time and again they want you to have the best experience possible living at Sitka. They dont run away or use avoidance they deal with things to make your living experience positively memorable.

I loved the location how the complex of Sitka looks. The amenities are also wonderful as are the people I interacted here. The rent prices are reasonable and the apartment units are maintained very well. These are the main reasons for me choosing Sitka.

Loved living at Sitka for the most part. Beautiful apartments and the amenities were great. Rooftop had beautiful views and the gym was amazing. Construction was the biggest factor of my move out. And they wont be done with it on Yale and Harrison st for another couple years. So loud I tried to never be home.

Sitka is a wonderful property in a prime location in South Lake Union. While the rent is pretty high, you will find that what you get for the price is well worth it. The complex has a ton of plants and a cool water feature that make it feel homier than most apartments in the city. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone moving to the area, but suggest they check to see if an apartment is ADA and ensure they are ok with the associated restrictions.

Sitka is a very nice, new apartment complex with a lot of people moving in. So far, they have been fast at getting elevators working when issues happen. As well, the roof and gym are very nice. It isn't a cheap place; however, worth it for the amenities.

Sitka is an amazing community within the larger Seattle community. It's beautifully crafted, filled with some of the most amazing amenities, and the staff are all so helpful and full of knowledge. The location is fantastic and the roof top is just an additional perk that cannot be beat. It's the best place I've lived at over my 5 years in Seattle.

This apartment building is definetly unique and a cut above the rest. Amenities are outstanding and building is impeccably well designed. Love the rooftop and treehouse. Takes luxury to a whole new level.
