Property Ratings at Silver Lake Crossing
As a senior, I love all of the conveniences that Silver Lake Crossings has to offer, without the surcharge for senior activities that I’m not interested in. The building is accessible and I love being surrounded by people of all ages and different backgrounds. The billiards room, patio, theater and community room are all nice spaces for me to gather with friends and family, and my apartment has all of the features that are important to me, including control of my heating and cooling, and in-unit laundry. Having all of the utilities included besides electricity makes life easier and comparable in price to lower priced locations. I’m proud to live here.
I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The location is super convenient, and it’s a big plus that there’s street parking available. Everything is well-maintained and feels modern. Management is attentive—they regularly send out alerts about weather conditions, quiet hours, and other important info. The rent payment app also makes things really easy

Peaceful Environment: Even though it's near a main avenue, the area is incredibly quiet and peaceful — a reflection of how calm Rochester is overall. Great Amenities: The community offers a variety of amenities, including a cozy theater, video games, billiards, a gym, and a beautiful patio. There’s also a self-service car wash, electric vehicle chargers, and more. Thoughtful Apartment Layouts: We love the way the apartments are designed — the layout makes excellent use of the space and feels very comfortable. Outstanding Maintenance and Management: The maintenance team is always responsive and ready to help, and the property manager does an exceptional job keeping everything well-organized and running smoothly.
Living at Silver Lake Crossing in Rochester, MN has been an amazing experience. I love the dedicated spaces for short meetings and private calls — they’ve made my remote work and calls feel professional and uninterrupted. The movie theater is a great feature for unwinding, and the gym is clean, modern, and always available when I need it. The apartments themselves are stylish and functional, with high-end finishes, modern kitchens, in-unit laundry, and plenty of natural light. Every detail feels thoughtfully done to make life easier and more enjoyable. The property management team deserves special praise. They’re consistently responsive, kind, and truly professional. Whether it’s a question, a request, or just daily interactions, they handle everything with care and efficiency. You can tell they genuinely value the residents. Common spaces like the community lounge and rooftop areas are ideal for relaxing or connecting with others. And having underground parking with a car wash station is a huge plus, especially in the winter. All in all, Silver Lake Crossing is more than just a place to live — it’s a space that supports both your lifestyle and your ambitions. I’m proud to call it home.
