I was immediately drawn to these apartments simply for the quality and character of the buildings. I love the location, the beauty of the grounds and the overall community feel. The leasing team has been extremely helpful during leasing process. They have always gotten back to me quickl and have been super friendly. I am so excited to officially move in and am very thankful to everyone I have encountered so far.

Shorewood is a welcoming and kind community, especially great for families. The space is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and the staff are amazingly responsive.

Shorewood is a great community to live in if you're looking for something peaceful and affordable. I have lived in several apartments in the Seattle area and this one is the best value for its location, floorplans, aesthetic, and amenities.
The area is surrounded by trees and nature, making it perfect for daily walks and relaxing outdoors. It’s also super dog-friendly — there’s even a dog park on site, and everyone here seems to love pets. The community feels safe and welcoming, and it’s a great place if you enjoy quiet, nature, and friendly neighbors

Shorewood is a great community with nice units and an unbeatable location. The application process was very easy as they are a Greystar community and use their resources. Highly recommended to anyone you works in Seattle but does not want to live in Seattle!

Great community to live in but the clubhouse amenities are severely lacking. There's not much to begin with in the clubhouse in terms of activities. There's a pool table but you need to go all the way to the office and leave your ID to collect the balls and cues. No other community I've visited requires this. The community events are also not as frequent as they used to be.

This has been a great apartment complex since I have been here, they respond to and solve maintenance requests. They also allow walk ins to the leasing office and have been very polite.

Maintenance is always very quick to respond, and if they are behind on work arounds, they are good at communicating that it might take a bit longer to address certain issues. Having a reliable maintenance team is very reassuring.

Shorewood is OWNED and Managed buy Greystar so their Ultimately out for more money and not the people who live here. What was once and affordable community will become a money pit of despair, but with amenities! wheeeew. Love this place, I just know we will be forced out with money hikes eventually and they are fine and justified in doing that. Atleast they think so.

The community is adorable, whenever I’ve had an issue the on-site staff is always happy to help, the grounds are well maintained, the gym and clubhouse are great. 10/10 would recommend.

The amount of people disregarding traffic laws here is quite high. I’ve been close to being run over while walking my dog because cars want to try and squeeze through while you’re in the crosswalk. Drivers also disregard the speed limit, stop signs, and the fact that the road is a one way. Near head on collisions were never a thing for me until I moved here.

I was willing to pay the higher rents for the location, but unfortunately, the upkeep has not been great. I’ve only been here three months and so far two sinks and a toilet leak. The dishwasher broke and the washing machine doesn’t work very well.

Shorewood is a beautiful property that is secluded in a quiet neighborhood, yet still nearby to neighboring Seattle and Bellevue. It is ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful neighborhood but also enjoys being close to the hustle and bustle of the city. More attention to amenities like the gym and the off leash dog area would elevate the resident experience even more. It's a shame to see how certain amenities have really gone down hill in the year and a half that we've lived here. I recognize these amenities are not common at most apartments, so it is very nice to have them. Just wish they were up kept a bit better. The staff are friendly and nice, but it is always hit or miss when bringing up a concern with them. They either address it quickly and adequately or completely disregard it. Would be nice if they were a bit more consistent across the board with this.

I feel so safe and at home here! This has become my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in! The location is ideal, the facilities are nice, the neighborhood is cozy- what more could you ask for!

It’s our 2nd year here so far and loving it. It’s been a pretty ideal place to live. Affordable, the amenities are great, leasing office, maintenance are always helpful. Will most likely stay here a 3rd year.

So far so good! The whole apartment was updated. New floors, new carpets, new appliances and it looks like the windows are new too! Very satisfied

Shorewood is great. The apartment has such a good layout and is spacious. The sidewalks are amazing for walking your dog. The gym is perfect and has everything you need. The residents are kind, quiet, and respectful. We love living here.

Love the apartment and neighborhood. Wish security and safety was more of a priority. Maintenance has been very dismissive of request for a new, uncracked door and frame.

Shorewood apartments are conveniently located between Seattle and Bellevue. The neighborhood is quiet but you can easily drive to one of the nearest cities to eat out. The management at Shorewood has improved since I moved here 4 years ago and I appreciate that they’re looking for more ways to service their tenants. One thing they need to work on is answering their office phone.

I really enjoyed the moving in process, everyone was very nice! The neighbor greeted me and the staff was helpful and friendly! One of the maintenence men even welcomed me to community!

My partner and I’s experience at Shorewood Apartments is still a pleasant residence! We love our little 1BR and the location with everything that is near us from the biking/walking trail, Luther Burbank Park, and the downtown area. Staff is friendly, communicative, and helpful with anything that may concern us or that we need assistance with. Overall all great place to live. A few minor issues. Garabage disposal is broken frequently. Parking is a bit of a pain. But nothing more than minor inconveniences. Staff is great, friendly and responsive.

The Community is very calm, Clean, and overall nice to live in. The amenities provided by Shorewood are perfect. So many small things like the trash pick up make living here better.

It’s cute like Pleasantville, it’s centrally located between Bellevue and Seattle, it’s safe, the island is a great place to start over again & I couldn’t imagine leasing anywhere other than Shorewood.
