I love the area and neighbourhood but this is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with. They do not respond to requests, I feel very gaslit when I inquire about issues and am ignored repeatedly. No one knows the policies and there is constant miscommunication. Repairs take forever to be completed, IF they do get completed. The emergency maintenance man isn’t even on site he lives in sea-tac and is very lazy, never comes and fixes issues.

Very beautiful , clean environment. All our issues are handled immediately.
I love our apartment and the community feel here. The apartments are older so there is the 'landlord special' on a lot of the walls, doors, trim. But the apartments are full of character. Only thing that really bothers us is the smell in the hallways, it often smells bad unfortunately.

I moved to Shorewood 2 years ago and really enjoyed my experience here at first, but the quality of living here has only deteriorated since then. I moved to a new unit within the Shorewood community recently and the neighbors here are awful. They leave trash in front of my door, do not bring their trash bins inside and constantly leave them out in the hallway leaving the common area smelling like urine 24/7. Despite bringing this to the attention of the leasing staff, nothing has been done. I'm aware I live right underneath a stairwell, but neighbors also seem to stomp up and down carelessly with no regard for the people that live downstairs. Also ,this new unit I am in has endless maintenance issues (and bugs) compared to the first unit I lived in. I am definitely not as satisfied living here as I was when I first moved here.

My partner and I still are loving our experience! We’ve been here since December 2023 and haven’t had any complaints towards maintenance, the leasing office or any of our residents! All employees are kind, communicative, and always welcoming to accommodate our needs when it comes to questions and concerns. We love the weekly newsletters and appreciate the updates about what’s happening around the area! I love living in this community. It’s quiet, safe, and always well-maintained. The landscaping and common areas are kept clean, and neighbors are friendly and respectful. The apartment complex is poorly ran. Staff does not care about residents. There is way too much dog poop on the grass and parking is tight. At least the city is safe.

I like it here, but I think a lot of it has to do with my specific unit. The windows are wonderful and we have great views. The buildings are cute. The parking is one of the best parts. The spots are tight but you can’t beat the price.

My partner and I moved to this community because its location was ideal for commuting both to Seattle and Bellevue. We were pleasantly surprised by the deep sense of community we were met with. Our management consistently provides fun and engaging social events, and even provides us with weekly newsletters updating us on the news and current happenings of our city. We can't imagine living somewhere else until we decide to purchase a home in the future, which is also actually attainable with the very reasonable rent prices in this complex. Shorewood is a great community with nice units and an unbeatable location. The application process was very easy as they are a Greystar community and use their resources. Highly recommended to anyone you works in Seattle but does not want to live in Seattle!

Great community to live in but the clubhouse amenities are severely lacking. There's not much to begin with in the clubhouse in terms of activities. There's a pool table but you need to go all the way to the office and leave your ID to collect the balls and cues. No other community I've visited requires this. The community events are also not as frequent as they used to be.

This has been a great apartment complex since I have been here, they respond to and solve maintenance requests. They also allow walk ins to the leasing office and have been very polite.

Maintenance is always very quick to respond, and if they are behind on work arounds, they are good at communicating that it might take a bit longer to address certain issues. Having a reliable maintenance team is very reassuring.
