I love living in this community. It’s quiet, safe, and always well-maintained. The landscaping and common areas are kept clean, and neighbors are friendly and respectful. Management is responsive whenever something needs attention. The location is perfect—close to parks, shops, and main roads. Highly recommended!

The apartment complex is poorly ran. Staff does not care about residents. There is way too much dog poop on the grass and parking is tight. At least the city is safe.

I like it here, but I think a lot of it has to do with my specific unit. The windows are wonderful and we have great views. The buildings are cute. The parking is one of the best parts. The spots are tight but you can’t beat the price.

My partner and I moved to this community because its location was ideal for commuting both to Seattle and Bellevue. We were pleasantly surprised by the deep sense of community we were met with. Our management consistently provides fun and engaging social events, and even provides us with weekly newsletters updating us on the news and current happenings of our city. We can't imagine living somewhere else until we decide to purchase a home in the future, which is also actually attainable with the very reasonable rent prices in this complex. We have and would recommend Shorewood to anyone!

Great amenities in the community. I enjoy how dog friendly the property is as well. Maintenance is always super helpful and quick to resolve issues. Noise can be an issue with older buildings but it’s understandable

Shorewood is a great community with nice units and an unbeatable location. The application process was very easy as they are a Greystar community and use their resources. Highly recommended to anyone you works in Seattle but does not want to live in Seattle!

Great community to live in but the clubhouse amenities are severely lacking. There's not much to begin with in the clubhouse in terms of activities. There's a pool table but you need to go all the way to the office and leave your ID to collect the balls and cues. No other community I've visited requires this. The community events are also not as frequent as they used to be.

This has been a great apartment complex since I have been here, they respond to and solve maintenance requests. They also allow walk ins to the leasing office and have been very polite.

Maintenance is always very quick to respond, and if they are behind on work arounds, they are good at communicating that it might take a bit longer to address certain issues. Having a reliable maintenance team is very reassuring.

Shorewood is OWNED and Managed buy Greystar so their Ultimately out for more money and not the people who live here. What was once and affordable community will become a money pit of despair, but with amenities! wheeeew. Love this place, I just know we will be forced out with money hikes eventually and they are fine and justified in doing that. Atleast they think so.

The amount of people disregarding traffic laws here is quite high. I’ve been close to being run over while walking my dog because cars want to try and squeeze through while you’re in the crosswalk. Drivers also disregard the speed limit, stop signs, and the fact that the road is a one way. Near head on collisions were never a thing for me until I moved here.

I was willing to pay the higher rents for the location, but unfortunately, the upkeep has not been great. I’ve only been here three months and so far two sinks and a toilet leak. The dishwasher broke and the washing machine doesn’t work very well.
