We really liked living here we loved the large living room and bedrooms not to mention the big patio. The pool was amazing. It’s a quiet and relaxing place to live. The office manager and staff are very friendly helpful the make you feel welcome and family. They go out of their way to help you . I would love to move back in the future. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

Just signed our new lease for another year!! The new leasing company has been working HARD to remodel and update these apartments. New siding and paint on all the buildings!! They updated and remodeled the pool and area around it! LOOKS GREAT! Updated and remodeled the exercise room!! The office staff is very helpful in every way. They have great maintenance workers. The staff and workers are always polite and jobs are worked on fast and efficiently.

These are NOT LUXURY apartments. They have a RUDE MANAGER. After I moved here 4 years ago I noticed lack of professionalism from the majority of staff but most of them truly cared. Neighbors on both sides of my apartment are noisy at all hours. This place is trashy inside and out. I'll be moving soon and can't wait.

Do not move here unless you have to. The walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors, even your downstairs neighbors since the floors are off the ground and wood. There is mold under sinks, the boards under there are warped from water damage. The outside wood is rotten even on stairs which is unsafe. The fleas are the worst I have ever seen. Even with topical treatment my dog would get covered in fleas going for walks. They want you walking your dog on the outside property line but the grass gets over knee high there. Most people don't walk out there anyway and do not pick up feces. There are dozens of stray cats all over which is probably the flea problem. There are also racoons and possum running around. The maintanence guys do not know what they are doing and just slap a band aid on any problem instead of fixing. The manager Martha will say she will fix something or get back with you but doesn't. She acts like she hates her job. Get everything in writing because the asst mgr will tell you one thing and Martha will say another. I can't believe what they charge for a so called upgraded apt. here. you can get much much better for over $900 a month. They let felons rent they just don't put them on the lease. ( my neighbor is one and admitted it) They had 3 adults , a child and 2 dogs living in a 1 bedroom apt. and st one time were trying to get another girl to move in. The carpet is nasty and several years old when you move in. The bathtubs are resurfaced and done poorly so everyone I talked to said theirs is peeling also. There are so many problems here I can't even list them all. Just beware... and when you move they will screw you royaly.

PROS: Quiet, safe community. Right off of NASA and close proximity to Kemah. Staff is friendly. CONS: Complex is a bit outdated. Not a gated community. Washer/Dryer hookups are located outside on patio.

I've lived here for over 5 years now and am very pleased with the office and management along with maintenance. DEI communities owns the property and are starting to upgrade the apartments inside and out. The property is surrounded by woods on two sides and an automotive yard on the third side. There are cats on the property mostly feral but they keep rodents and other animals under control. The Maintenance is top notch!! Jeff is always on top of things and doesn't make tenants wait to get things fixed and he always has a smile on his face.

I love living in Edgelake townhomes! The staff is wonderful and friendly and extremely attentive to my needs as a resident. The maintenance staff is fabulous! They are prompt and courteous and quick to respond whenever I need something repaired. I have lived here more than a year and a half and I have to say I'm happy coming home to Edgelake.

Stayed from 03/2013-03/2014. Never had any issues with the split-level property, any maintenance issues were taken care of in reasonable times. The management was very friendly. Property was on the small side but worked well for my first apartment. Moved because rent was going to go up $135/mo.
