Serenity is an amazing community to live in. It is clean, quiet and has many well kept amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful especially Bridget who has gone out of her way to welcome us into the building and continuously make herself available to answer questions and troubleshoot any concerns that have arisen.

Very clean and convenient place to live. Front desk staff are always great and helpful, it is extremely nice to have them on site 24/7. The move in process could be improved a bit as I received different information from different people in the office however these were minor miscommunications and did not interfere with me moving in on time. Maintenance 10/10.

Nice building but the sound levels are a little noisy, and my unit is higher up as well. The gym and common space are very nice, I like that we have a pool table.

Serenity is known for triple-pained windows, sound barrier work between apartments (above and to the side), and the convenience of a 24-hour concierge. As there is no soundproofing in Massachusetts we understand shared living in this state is different than others. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us or the concierges (240-300-1107) at the time of any noise disturbance, as we do have 11 PM quiet hours that are strictly enforced. Its been one of the best experiences i’ve had in any of the building’s I have stayed in since the past 5 years of me being in Boston. The location of Serenity is perfect as everything is accessible through the train. I am extremely impressed by the staff as they are very helpful and I am also impressed by the amenities.

The apartment is great, with amazing location, right next to transit stops and well maintained. There is whole foods near the apartment which is easily accessible via public transport. There are parks around and the apartment offers state of the art amenities as well.

Serenity is an excellent place to live. It is quiet, clean and the staff in the apartment complex are kind and easily accessible. Great concept, but has serious maintenance issues and likely not worth the money for the poor quality amenities it provides. Pricing is highly unreasonable given what is included. Most amenities are broken or only half functional.

On my 3rd renewal and thrilled with my experience at Serenity! The office team is so welcoming and friendly! Love the location walking to work in paradise is the best! The amenities are unmatched for the area (we have a pool, resident lounge, business centers, and 24hr gym with two rooms-its massive!) The community is always very clean and feels like youre walking into a luxury hotel with a 24hr concierges team greeting you. Wicked happy here and hope to continue living here for my stay in Boston!

Overall, I love living at Serenity. As a transplant from Los Angeles, I have found that living here has made the transition very smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have found it very easy to travel from Serenity via public transportation and am enjoying the surrounding neighborhood. I also greatly enjoy the amenities. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Apartments in Boston, MA, and I must say that Bridget, Patrick, and the rest of the staff at Serenity, were simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they went out of their way to make sure that my time at the building was perfect. I have endless positive things to say about the staff here. The memory that sticks out most in my head was when I was locked out with two dogs and late to a meeting and Bridget was able to get maintenance there quickly fix my door and somehow manage to keep both dogs calm!!! They also put on the cutest events for the building for different holidays and to get to know other residents. Everyone who works there are so kind and friendly while still being professional. They go out of their way for their residents! The Serenity Apartments themselves were also fantastic. The apartments were clean, spacious, very up to date, with all the amenities a person could ask for. The location was perfect too- easy access to all the best sights and attractions in Boston. Conveniently located on the Green Line of the Boston T. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Serenity Apartments, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Boston. Serenity has very friendly staff and nice apartment rooms with luxurious amenities. The location is unbeatable. The building is by far the nicest in the area and provides good security for its residents.

Good location, building, amineties, staff and residents. Maybe its because of my floor plan but I have yet to hear a single noise from any neighbors up down right or left.

Serenity is very conveniently located for people working in the longwood medical area. The apartments are well maintained and the appliances are pretty new. The amenities are great and I have been enjoying my stay for the last two months. The staff especially Darian in the leasing office is friendly and super helpful!

We had to move for job relocation during Covid-19. Having been to Boston once, we took a leap of faith moving into Serenity sight unseen, and weve been really happy with our choice. All of our concerns and maintenance requests have been promptly addressed, and the building feels very clean and safe in a time where that matters more than ever.

So far Serenity has been lovely. The staff is so very kind, I really appreciate all of them (Management, Maintenance, Front desk staff). They make you feel welcome even in these difficult times. The maintenance staff has been so prompt, kind, eager to help and fix whatever needs to be fixed. They are also very nice to my dog which is great. When I was getting set up with my lease // choosing an apartment Tyler was really helpful, took measurements for me // sent me multiple videos. He made it easier given the current situation.

From the place I used to live in, this place is an amazing upgrade. The actual apartment is everything I could've wanted, but the location leaves many things to be desired.

If you’re moving to Boston or within Boston, would highly recommend Serenity Apartments. live there for a year now. Spotless, super-nice efficient staff. 24/7 security. Near Longwood medical area, Museum Fine Arts, E line across the street.
