Great Property Management, Maintenance and Location

I’ve been living at Sequel for close to two years and still loving it. It’s literally in the heart of Seattle. Kaleb who’s the property manager is running the entire building and really takes pride in the work he does. The maintenance team (Joel) is pretty awesome too. He’s always on top of everything and quick to response. Living in the city comes with the good and the bad, but what place doesn’t.

Great Building, Even Better Management

I’ve lived in this building for years and Kaleb been a consistently excellent building manager. He’s helped me move into multiple different units in the building as my needs have changed over the time i’ve been living here. He’s made the transitions between apartments easy and hassle free. Any issues I’ve had with the building I’ve been addressed promptly by Kaleb and Joelle (who is also awesome). You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants of his building. He makes an apartment building in the middle of Downtown Seattle feel like home.

Building keys

Staff are often not in office during office hours. Recently my building key fob and gym key stopped working, took days to get it sorted with management and could not get into the building in the meantime.

Sequel is exactly what I needed in a place. Moving here from the East Coast I needed someplace to call my own, and Sequel provided that to me without a hitch. Definitely recommend someone to at least tour the spaces, you might just surprise yourself.

Dont live here. Its not worth the trouble of moving through 2 elevators to move in. Alley trucks waking residents up every day at 5AM. There are so many other apartments in the area that are better.

Living at the Sequel has been a great experience thus far. The staff is amazing, super responsive and always willing to help. My apartment is very cozy and very rarely do I hear any of my neighbors. The facilities maintenance is on point with great amenities like the gym and beautifully manicured roof-top. Did I mention their generous offer of freshly baked muffins in the mornings, which is an ideal breakfast treat.
