The staff is so kind and always helpful, and the amenities are so nice all of my friends love to visit me. My dog absolutely loves running around in the dog area, he is usually pretty picky but has no problems here and loves to play the other dogs. Very clean dog area. The building is very high-tech which makes it feel very secure. 5-stars from me!!!

I love living here! The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and always quick to address any concerns I have. Very convenient location, close to work and public transportation. The community is quiet and safe, perfect first apartment for me. Highly recommend Sentral to anyone looking for a great place to live in the city!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved my experience here. The staff (especially Jen) is very accommodating with requests and made it very easy for me to upgrade to a bigger apartment. They have regular events that are always very thoughtful and fun. The location is amazing, very close to the street car/rapid ride, and a quick walk to Capitol Hill and downtown. The amenities such as the rooftop, work from home space, and lounge are all fantastic. The maintenance crew is very responsive and friendly. To give a fair review I think the following things could be improved: - apartments don’t have black out blinds in bedrooms; in the summer this is especially tough - semi-regular issues with garage door not working - when one elevator is reserved it takes a a very long time to get up and down floors

This is my third week here and it has been great so far! I relocated for a traveling nurse position at Swedish which is about a 2 minute walk from sentral. The staff were great at communication arrival instructions and how to get packages delivered. They are very flexible with extending my rental as I’m unsure if my contract with work will be extended. Would recommend to any traveling nurses who are looking for a short rental.

I had a medical treatment Virginia mason which is right across the street and stayed here for a month. The staff were always helpful and it was nice to come back to a quiet and clean apartment after a long day, which really helped with the stress of everything. Also close to food and grocery store options which was great since I did not have a car.

Very impressed with my tour with Chantel. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and she still kindly offered me a tour. This was my 6th apartment tour and by far my favorite building, hoping they will have a two bedroom available soon :)

Loved staying here for over the last 3 months, the staff really made Sentral feel like my home! Will be staying here again!!

Sentral First Hill is such a great place to live. Jennifer and the rest of the leasing team are so helpful, kind, and friendly. I liked living here so much that after moving to another building a few years ago I have now moved back :) The team is very timely in their responses and very knowledgable about any questions that you may have. The building is stunning! It is always maintained so well and the amenities are top notch. The location is the best in Seattle; the perfect blend of city and quiet neighborhood + very close to all the best food and going out spots. Highly recommend living here.

Jennifer was such a big help in finding us the perfect short term rental in Seattle. The apartment has everything we need and more! Thanks Jennifer for all of your help during the process!

Me and my friends love to hangout on the rooftop there’s a fireplace and grill which is great to use when they are visiting plus great views of the city and sunset

We moved in about a month ago and are so glad we chose to live here!! The front office is so helpful and nice. And we have met so many nice people at the resident events!!!

5 stars overall, apartment and amenities are very well kept, you can definitely tell management cares about the building and the residents. Management team is also great at keeping us up to date with any updates around the building and upcoming events they are hosting. Great place overall (:

I’ve been staying here for 2 weeks now while interning here in Seattle and have had a good experience so for. I’ve met so many other interns in the building so far which has been nice since being away from home. The front desk ladies are always so nice and helpful when I have any questions 10/10!

Sentral has been a place I’ve called home for over a year now ! I couldn’t be happier! Resident events are a blast, amenity’s are amazing. They even referred me to a local dog walker so my fur babies are well taken care of also. Jennifer had helped with all my needs with prompt responses, and a smile. I transferred to a bigger home in middle of my lease and the staff was so accommodating of my needs. Sentral gets an A+ from me!

Moved into the building 6 months ago and have been waiting to write a review until I could experience all that Sentral has to offer. There is a gym, work lounge, party lounge, rooftop and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. So many things nearby to do including bars, restaurants, parks, etc. I couldn‘t have chosen a better apartment complex to live at and cannot wait to renew my lease!! Thank you Sentral I love my new home.

Love living here and so does my dog. He has lots of puppies to play with here. Jennifer is also very helpful with everything .

I came to visit some friends of mine that live in the building and I fell in love with the place. The views from their apartment and the roof top are amazing! Definitely thinking about moving here when my lease is up!

Sentral is the spot. Beautiful apartment in a great location. Jennifer was amazing to work with. She was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire move- We had alot of questions and she had alot of answers no matter the time of the day. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends, family, or anyone who may be looking for a spot in Seattle.

My experience with Sentral has been great so far! I'm staying in one of the fully furnished apartments while I'm inn town for work. From the booking process to the friendly staff when I arrived has been great! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Shoutout to Katie at the front desk for helping me with my mail and recommending some good places to check out since I'm new to the area.

I've been a renter with Sentral (formally The Perry)since 2021. Jennifer M has done nothing but provide excellent service, always prioritizes the tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Sentral are always reachable Dani the PM & Jennifer M. have been great they will have me reach out to Katie and Andrew if they aren’t available and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers even though we’re so centrally located. I would (and have) recommended Sentral (First Hill) in particular to many friends moving to the area. Sentral has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The maintenace team Andrew especially is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are really working magic. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. I’ve enjoyed my open bedroom+balcony. Sentral works to maintain everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. (They’re currently buffing out paint in hallways) Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution or best to compromise given case by case and circumstances, which is rare with some properties. They are also GREAT about trying to host more community events. I am a real resident here. While I understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way... I will say my only complaints have been the new $75 to use the party lounge which didn’t used to be in effect when it was tan by The Perry, and I wish they would change the party lounge hours at least Fri-Sun to midnight vs 10:00pm. Other than that I’ve enjoyed my time here. :)

My girlfriend and I toured here a couple weeks ago and it was by far the best place we visited in the area. The amenities are excellent, especially the lounge and the rooftop. The place was also immaculate and even smelled clean. Jennifer was so kind and thoughtful and asked all the right questions. She seemed genuine about helping us find the perfect home. We aren't moving until May but really hope this is where we end up living.

One of the best apartment buildings I've ever lived in! I've had a couple issues with missing packages but Jennifer and Katie have always taken the time to look for my package and even texted me with updates. Maintenance always responds to my work orders quickly. The neighbourhood is very walkable and I love living right by Cap hill. I plan on living here until I can afford a house.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at Sentral! I've had a great experience from the beginning. Always helpful no matter who I run into in the office. Thanks to Jennifer and Katie especially for always being at the desk willing to find a package or help with a work order.

This is one of the best buildings to live in Seattle located in one of the coolest neighborhoods. I lived here for two years and loved everything about it. The view from my apartment could not be matched. The amenities are top notch and the building is very clean and quiet. The best part of living at Sentral First Hill though is the new staff. Katie, Jennifer, Rizza, Andrew and Dani all went above and beyond for everyone living in the building. I had to move for work but if I come back to Seattle this is the only place I want to be.

Where do I even start! Katie is the experience associate here at Sentral and she is always throwing the best events to help Sentral community unite. Her most recent one was wreath making and gift wrapping with free wineee! Andrew is our in charge of all our maintenance and I cannot even explain how fast he is from when you put in the work order to completing the task. I timed 30 mins for one order. Last but not least, Jennifer! She has helped me so much when it comes to transferring apts. she has gone above and beyond to make my apt dreams come true. This is hands down the best team and do not plan on leaving this building anytime soon!

The apartment is cozy, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area is walkable bars to bars, restaurants and several grocery stores. The staff is excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly and totally willing to help with just about anything. The building is clean and quiet and neighbors are great. We loved the events the staff hosted

I've never lived in an apartment building that put so much effort into the community events. It's such a nice way to meet your neighbours and I've been lucky enough to make friends in the building through the events. Katie and Andrew J did such an incredible job with the decorations I just loved it

We've been renting here for about 6 months and have nothing but great things to say about the apartment, the community spaces (especially roof deck), the employees and our fellow neighbors. Everyone we've met at the building is warm and welcoming and we meet new people everytime the building puts on a super fun event.

I just moved to Seattle from California and was looking for a place to move into right away, luckily I stopped by a tour at Sentral with Katie and I have to say I'm impressed. Katie was the only person there and was more than willing to show me around the neighbourhood as well as the building, its always nice to find friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed. I'm really hoping to get an apartment here.

I have been traveling for work and stayed at a furnished unit for a month at Sentral and I could not have been happier with the results. I have to be up early in morning and the free coffee they provide was just incredible and the weekly game night is always a nice way to relax and meet new people. Katie and Jennifer have been really helpful with finding my packages and answering any questions I might have.

1. Friendly and professional. Didn't have a schedule tour but they welcomed me with open arms. 2. Dogs: The woman that toured me said hi to every dog (and person for that matter).. . . . .its a big building and as someone in the service industry I appreciate it when people make the effort to remember names 3. Clean: Wow. Just wow 4. The roof the roof the roof is on fire. Well the roof is fire. Love it up there. Best view in town 5. Parking. Yeah it's expensive to park but best rate so far of the places I'm looking

I'm staying for a short time at Sentral and I'm really pleased with the apartment. It had everything I need for my stay and the location couldn't be better. I went to yoga up at their rooftop and it was just incredible that they provided it for the residents for free, I had so much fun and I can't recommend staying here more! Shout out to Katie for letting me know about the free yoga and always being there to help.

This is the best place I have ever lived. I recently moved to Seattle from Dallas where I had decided to swear off ever living in a high rise again because of the way the those buildings treat people. Sentral First Hill couldn't be more opposite and I am so lucky to have found it. I could tell this place was different from the first moment I contacted them. Jennifer (in sales) was a star from the initial tour, through signing the lease, and even in the basic day to day exchanges we've had since. The entire staff is so friendly and seems genuinely interested in creating a positive experience for residents. Not only is the staff super friendly and helpful but the residents are also really friendly. I really love the fact that the building puts on events to build community and make it easier to meet your neighbors. The building seems like a good mix of locals and transplants, but everyone seems to be like-minded professionals. If you're new to Seattle or just looking for a great place to live with an excellent location, great amenities and a staff that cares, I urge you to consider this building.

I was one of the first tenant that moved into this building, so I lived through many different management. When Sentral took over it was such a dramatic change. Not only did they renovate the building and change the name from "The Perry" but every individual that work in that apartment has been nothing but good genuine human being. They treated me and all of my guest coming in and out of my apartment like we were family to them. I am going through something very difficult in my life, and without even asking them they were already observing what was going on, not in a nosy way but in a way I felt safe and secure. Jennifer was an angel, always looking out for me and really reached me at a human level and not a "you're just a tenant". She is like a mother hen protecting everyone that lives in the building. Rizza was a Godsend. I was having trouble with rent. She assisted me more than I could ever imagine. She even contact me via personal text message to ensure I had all the resources and guidance, ANYTIME. They were patient, kind, genuine, and they took their time to ensure I was okay. They truly went the EXTRA mile for me. Let's just say all the things they have done for me was probably the highlight of my 2022. They are nothing but walking blessings and treasures.

Cal (my doggo) and I just moved to Sentral First Hill. Our experience here has been excellent from the start. The employees are especially friendly and genuinely seem happy in their jobs. They are always eager to help. They also really love on the dogs. Cal gets tummy rubs and treats almost every time we come in through the front door. I think they might have learned his name before mine, but that still happened quickly too. I'm excited to spend a ton of time on the rooftop and they have a work lounge (where I can bring my guy and work from home)! It checks all the boxes. Thanks First Hill

I have been living in Sentral First Hill for about a year. My experience has been great. Maintenance was rarely needed, but any issues are resolved by the next day. The new management (specifically Dani and Rizza) have done an exceptional job of hosting resident events with free food and drinks (donuts, cupcakes, tacos, margaritas, etc). Management is also not money-hungry, which is refreshing to see for an apartment. Residents also have a master code to enter their room and amenities, which makes it possible to leave your home without any key fob. You are also within a 5 min walk to a Whole Foods, 1 minute to Bartell Drugs, etc. I renewed my lease here because of the good experience I've had :)

The staff at Sentral truly go above and beyond for residents. Jennifer has has been the biggest help in making this move in process a breeze even going so far as to place a few items in my unit as things got delivered before I moved in. The staff here are all so nice!

I stopped into Sentral for an unscheduled tour and Jennifer and Katie were so nice to show me around the amenities. There wasn’t an apartment I could see because they were full but they were kind enough to show me a virtual tour of some upcoming availabilities! Very knowledgeable team and answered my many questions. I’ll definitely keep Sentral in mind for my move to Seattle!

I recently toured First Hill & love the entire building. Unfortunately availability is limited but I am hoping something I want comes available soon ! Jennifer and Katie showed me around building and I must say the roof top was a huge WOWWWW! Party lounge is also very extravagant and reasonably priced to rent. I look foward to hopefully being able to call Sentral Home !
