Great place. Stunning view. Right downtown. We've lived here for a couple of years. It's a great place to live. Right downtown - walking distance to most downtown events, food, theatre, etc. View is great. Maint is quick and efficient.

A Home Without Yard Work I’m on my second lease and I can’t think of a better place to live. It’s a 3 minute walk to the Delta Center and Trax. It’s a quiet place and friendly neighbors. Don’t miss out on your last place to call home.

Perfect Place Perfect People Seasons has everything. Plenty of resident parking, incredible sun deck, hot tub, gym, newly renovated theater room and clubhouse. You always feel safe. Plus they have security who lives on property. The gas grill, table tennis and putting green. This is the place and I just renewed my lease. Great Place to really call home.

I have been living at Seasons on City Creek for a month. So far, I have noticed that it is very clean and quiet.

The front staff is helpful and friendly. They made moving in a cinch! They even email you when a package is delivered. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and response time is fast. The complex is clean and tidy.

I have had a great experience living here. The move-in process was smooth. Any maintenance requests have been responded to within a day. Packages are securely received and kept in the office. The location is great!

My husband and I have relocated to SLC from NJ a month ago, and living here has been great! Carra is an attentive and awesome manager and maintenance is super prompt and helpful! Maintenance even helped us out with our key and welcome packet on a Sunday when the leasing office was closed just so we can finally be in our new apartment. We will never forget that. Perfect location right near the freeway and downtown. Beautiful apartment that has made us feeling comfortable despite being so far from home.

I moved in just about a month and a half ago, and I love it. Moving in was really easy, and I love my apartment. The location is within walking distance to most restaurants, Harmons, City Creek Mall, Gateway, and the Trax and Frontrunner are less than a block away. I have only had two minor maintenance issues and maintenance responded the same day and fixed my problems ASAP. The neighbors are quiet, and I haven't heard anyone while in my apartment, although I am on the top floor. There have been no hidden fees that I know can be an issue at other apartments. I love the valet trash service and the two parking garages. Carra (manager) is lovely, and I'm so glad I chose this apartment since I had a long distance move and did not tour prior to moving in. I highly recommend this apartment complex, and I will definitely be staying here until I decide to buy a house.

It’s a nice apartment, I love the underground parking. My apartment is great because of all the natural light. I also love how nice the walking closet is!

The Seasons On City Creek have been a great place to live. With enjoyable neighbors and a helpful staff I've really enjoyed my time here.

The quality of life is great here! It’s close to everything from the mall to trax. To the leatherbys by the bridge. Just a great community; very clean and friendly staff. The benefits of the piano in the clubhouse to the sun deck! You’d have to be crazy to not give this place a shot. I love how helpful they are especially if a maintenance problem ever occurs which is rare. They’re on it. Neighbors are great too!

This is a really nice place, always clean, always smells good and I’ve never had any issues. Mantainance is very quick to respond to your calls. Super close to LDSBC and 2 malls! A really nice place to live.

I really enjoy living here at the seasons! It is always clean and the staff is so kind and always willing to help. I enjoy all the amenities especially the sky deck has such a beautiful view. It's location is so convenient which is my favorite. I would definitely recommend moving in! Update: They recently updated their gym and it is great!! Staff is really good at getting what you ask for!!! I’ve been living here since August and I love it still!!

I tend to move around a lot because I get bored. This is the first apartment I've stayed in for longer than 8 months; you can't get bored here. The management is caring, friendly, and really fair. This is the best place to live downtown, for sure.

Great place to live if you are looking for a safe place in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Easy access to everything you need. Nice and clean apartments and amenities. It can be really made to feel like your own home. Great management with people who are willing to help and answer questions. Wifi is a little weird because you can't use apps on your phone, but other than that, very good place to live.

I love living at the Seasons! The Management is very nice and Matience is good at Handeling request on time. The Seasons is within walking distance of lots of things. It is within walking distance of the Front Runner and Trax, The City Creek Mall, Harmon’s and Smith’s.

It's a pleasant place to live; the building is clean--it smells good as it is non-smoking and the valet trash service is quick about collecting the trash. Good choice for LDSBC student housing as it is practically across the street from the college. there is plenty of indoor parking for residents. good downtown location on North Temple near the North Temple train station and Temple Square. apartments are nice; I haven't encountered any pests in mine so that's encouraging

Can't beat the location. Secure, quiet, clean, friendly staff. DirectTV and secure, covered parking included. Consider that when comparing rates. Optional internet service is fast for a good rate. Many UTA bus lines and Trax close by.
