This has been my best rental experience out of my 10 years of renting at different places. Everything on my end is very low maintenance and I haven't faced any major issues. The three pools are my favorite amenity and the 24/7 fitness center and covered parking lot are appreciated as well!

There is always some sort of landscaping, construction, renovation, or some sort of noise. There is no consideration for the guests already living at the complex. They only care about “improving” things to raise rent.

Living here has been very pleasant so far! Quit and clean! I absolutely love that there is plenty of places to walk my dog and clean up stations for easy clean up!

Nice area locationwise, close to grocery, gas station, car wash, etc. Quiet area and feels safe. However, lacks flexibility in move out process. If you plan to move out earlier than anticipated, you're out of luck.

Roaches, messy and inconsistent property maintenance inside and out, issues inside the property upon move in not being taken care of properly through the duration of my lease. The pool is nice, the community is relatively quiet and the location is nice.

I live here 7 years and I like the fact that is still staff members in the Leasing Office that have not moved on! You feel comfortable when you go in the office or call about a concern. They know what they are doing. They have honestly seen my daughter grow up in the community. Which is safe and clean.

From the moment I arrived eight years ago, I was warmly welcomed by the leasing team of Daisy and Ben. Their presence, always professional, and warm and caring about every aspect of our community. The maintenance team take great pride in their work and truly care about our satisfaction in their work. Every month, our community relations team, create an exciting celebration with amazing foods, cool gifts and include everyone of all ages. We've all become much more than neighbors. We're an extended family.

There are cockroaches here and no matter what you or they do (which isn’t much) they don’t go away. Telling them didn’t help at all. They sent a professional sprayer but he just put down glue traps. I had to get my own methods and had to throw away alot of my belongings.

Overall I have had a good experience living here, and would have given it five stars, except for one thing. One of our non-negotiable was that our apartment have a dishwasher, and when we moved in, the dishwasher was broken. Not a problem if you are someone who does dishes by hand or weren't expecting a dishwasher, but for someone who cooks everything from scratch, it is frustrating. After two months, we are being offered a cabinet in its place. Otherwise, the staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and grounds are well maintained and it is a pretty typical apartment.

I love the apartments and the neighbors. The amenities are great. Only complaint is they are slow to respond to maintenance requests. My toilet has been broken for almost 2 weeks and nobody has even come to look at it so far.
