Resting along the Salt River, Tempe’s major claim to fame is the main campus of Arizona State University. There is always some sort of landscaping, construction, renovation, or some sort of noise. There is no consideration for the guests already living at the complex. They only care about “improving” things to raise rent.

Roaches, messy and inconsistent property maintenance inside and out, issues inside the property upon move in not being taken care of properly through the duration of my lease. The pool is nice, the community is relatively quiet and the location is nice.

There are cockroaches here and no matter what you or they do (which isn’t much) they don’t go away. Telling them didn’t help at all. They sent a professional sprayer but he just put down glue traps. I had to get my own methods and had to throw away alot of my belongings.

Overall I have had a good experience living here, and would have given it five stars, except for one thing. One of our non-negotiable was that our apartment have a dishwasher, and when we moved in, the dishwasher was broken. Not a problem if you are someone who does dishes by hand or weren't expecting a dishwasher, but for someone who cooks everything from scratch, it is frustrating. After two months, we are being offered a cabinet in its place. Otherwise, the staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and grounds are well maintained and it is a pretty typical apartment.

I love the apartments and the neighbors. The amenities are great. Only complaint is they are slow to respond to maintenance requests. My toilet has been broken for almost 2 weeks and nobody has even come to look at it so far.

Love gateway friendly and commutative staff and just great living environment. Love that we have 3 pools I do wish that all pools had a grill area inside the pool like the phase 3 pool but other than that love the complex.

Quiet area overall nice experience. Management is helpful and friendly. However, with the water pipe fix came no AC through the night. Trying to sleep through 80 degrees is uncomfortable and not much sleep was had. Another con is that maintenance takes quite some time to respond to maintenance requests. Mine have taken anywhere between 3 - 8 days but if you speak to management in person instead of just putting it through the maintenance system, they get fixed more quickly.

The community aspect is very prevalent which is very much appreciated. Always room for improvement on the apartment aspect. This place Imo is prime location for what I enjoy in life.

Scottsdale Gateway has been my home for 2 decades. I am 7 years into my 2nd Career loving living here. It is very convenient access to my work. I love the pools and swimming everyday before work. Front office staff and maintenance are always ready to help. It is a pleasant atmosphere.

Not the best experience with maintenance been requesting lights to be fix outside my entry way every light except the one next to my door has been repaired and it’s been over a month and the maintenance guys ride around like it’s ok to not do their job

The apartments are and the locations is great. The only down side is that the pools are always closed on the summer. That is a bummer . I’m not sure why!

I love living here. I think the people are nice here and they really appreciate their renters. The maintenance people are always on task and happy to help. The pool areas are spacious and they really are resort like. Beautiful trees and plant life abound the property. We have a very old tree here on the property that is well cared for. This property is going to be going through some changes I hear! Exciting to see what will come just please don’t cut down the trees!!!
