We like the Sandpiper's location as we feel it is central in the valley. We seldom make a "triip" downtown; there's no need. The staff has been efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. My wife has turned our patio into a showplace that we will use much more when the weathers is warmer.

When we moved to Sandpiper we had never lived in an apartment complex. We had just sold our home and were looking for a place to live temporarily. Our experience at Sandpiper led us to sign a second year lease. At present we can see ourselves living here for possibly another 2-3 years until retirement and we leave the Salt Lake area. We love the pools in summer and use the workout room 3-4 days a week. The complex is close to our children and grandchildren and our church.

Sandpipers beautifully maintained wooded grounds and three pools made us think seriously about living in such a serene place. We felt secure once we knew the office and maintenance staff are friendly and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. However, once in our our gorgeous, cozy apartment, we realize that this has become our forever home. Its so great here at Sandpiper that our daughters been in her stunning unit here for a year and our niece and her son are moving in their apartment in two months!

We love our place at Sandpiper Apartments. Beautiful and updated inside with attention to detail. We are impressed with it so far and just moved in last week! There was a little issue with our new dishwasher but they fixed immedietely. The maintenance and staff are friendly and comfortable to interact with. It is quiet and neibours are friendly. Feels like a little retreat with all the trees and the pool. My Dog loves the park too!

My family and I, love living at the Sandpiper apartments. The office staff and the maintenance people, are top notch. The maintenance people are always taking care of everything around the apartments, and its nice to see them driving during the day, It gives you a sense of security. Theyre always nice and polite. The location is always well maintained by their gardeners, the complex is always looking beautiful!

A great place to come home to at the end of the day. Clean, quiet and relaxing. I love the lanes to apartments. No drive through. It is beautiful here.

I've lived here almost 2 years and absolutely love it. It's quiet and my neighbors are wonderful. I really enjoy being able to leave my garage door open while I'm inside fixing dinner, knowing that the neighbors help keep an eye on each others property.

When I was looking for pet friendly place I was thinking I wouldn't find one that would accept my dog because some places have a weight requirement and I found this place I have been here for many years and the staff are so friendly and caring I really like it here

I really like the location. My own carport in front of my apartment. Dog friendly, good people run the place. Maintenance is very good at their jobs, friendly and COVID aware. The apartments are old so I cannot give them a excellent rating, but I can give them a good one.

I have been living at Sandpiper for over 3 years now. The best thing is no one lives above or below you and the construction of the buildings is such that you do not hear any noise from either side of you. Also your carport is right at your door.

Ive lived at Sandpiper before and came back after several years because of my positive experience. Theres not many townhome properties for rental in Salt Lake County and the ones that are available are subpar. Sandpiper is in a great location and keeps its units in great condition. I love the diversity of units. There are so many different floor plans depending on what your needs and wants are. I chose a different floor plan my second time here and I love it so much. We came from a really bad apartment complex just down the street from Sandpiper and are so much happier now. This place fees like home and its a place were proud to have friends and family come over to visit and hang out.

As a single, senior Sandpiper resident, maintenance is very important to me. Both the leasing and maintenance teams are very responsive, professional and go out of their way to be sure to take good care of me. I appreciate them all. The grounds are beautiful, many amenities, and being able to park my car close to my back entrance is very important to a senior. I cant imagine living anywhere else.

Sandpiper is luxury apartment living. All one level cant be beat. The community is scenic and sprawling. I cannot brag enough about the kind and professional staff. The management and maintenance crew are ideal. Simply put, I love it here!!

We love our new home at Sandpiper. Trees shade our clean, friendly community with 3 swimming pools, workout room, dog park and dog wash station. We sold our house to move into our beautiful Sandpiper Home.

I have been living in Sandpiper for almost two years. I really like the upgrades in teh my unit and it is comfortable. The Staff at Sandpiper is always quick to respond, kind to communicate with and the Maintenance is quick to respond and always in and out in no time, they know what they are doing. :)

I moved into Sandpiper almost 14 years ago due to being unable to care for a house and yard. The staff is personable and friendly. The Maintenance staff is exceptional. They are knowledgeable, polite and fast. I am now 90 years old and living at Sandpiper has met my needs and has reduced my need for an assisted living facility.
Great staff and quality apartments! Beautiful neighborhood in a secure and safe area. Neighbors are very friendly too!

We are a retired older couple. The apartment nicely fills our need for one-level living in a comfortable setting. A vaulted ceiling and skylights are bonuses we appreciate. We have not yet made many acquaintances but most other tenants have been affable. The community is kept clean and trim.

Living at Sandpiper has been a great decision We sold our home due to safety issues with multiple levels and falls on stairs. We now live on one level without neighbors either above or below us. This is our home now and our friends and family love it.

Im very impressed with maintenance here at Sandpiper. They are always very timely and complete the job to my satisfaction. My most recent problems were repaired by Seth. He worked really hard and did an excellent job.

The monthly rent is too expensive for the quality of housing. this is not exclusive to Sandpiper but to housing in general in the Salt Lake valley.

We have loved living here! The walls are a little thin so there is a little bit of noise but its usually not a big deal. Everything else has been great! Awesome management, great location, and such a cool design/floor plan.
