The move was super easy and fast! Everything was perfect! Just moved in 2 weeks ago! The community is very quiet and clean. The gym is also a bonus for being spacious and the included sauna!

It's an OK place to live. The price is right, the apartments spacious for that price, and the community is quiet. I will note: the maintenance team is amazing. It is, however, a bit dated (though I believe they are renovating some apartments). And if you want community events, they ... claim to have those, but they feel like they're just ticking off a box from corporate rather than actually engaging.

Still fairly satisfied with this community. My only complaints are the limited parking near the pool that prevented me from using it (I have limited mobility) and the recent paving of the parking lot they did. They did not pave under the awnings so the pavement is mismatched and there are still damaged sections where residents park.

It has a great pool where I can enjoy swimming in the summer, and the staff are always friendly. There's a grocery store nearby, making shopping very convenient, and the lake surrounding the apartment is perfect for leisurely walks. It's a place where I can enjoy a wonderful lifestyle every day.

I've lived here 13 years and in them 13 years the places went down a lot there's nothing to bring the neighbors together any more no community events no nothing except more rules and regulations it just doesn't feel like a family place anymore

The amenities are very nice, the office is quick to respond to email ad call backs. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I have lived in this area my whole life but it is very cozy, I love the lake view from my window. My roommate and I are happy with the facility as a whole. The patios around the property are clean and easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and never overcrowded. I am a new resident, but I know I will enjoy living here.

Very quiet community and friendly. Great amenities and front office staff is great and maintenance doesn’t take too long to fix things at home. The only reason for the 4 stars is constant tow warnings on my vehicles, and maybe a more updated gym facility. I love the sauna and all the lakes around us! Just not so much the duck/ geese droppings all over the place.

San Montego is a quite. Safe community. I have been living here for 13 years. It is conveniently located near many restaurants. The Superstition Mall and the 60 freeway. The maintenance staff is fantastic especially James the lead. The office staff has always been helpful

I've had to call maintenance twice and in both situations, they've responded and solved the issue within 4 hours. It's the fastest of any maintenance I've ever had at any apartment and honestly, it raises my esteem of San Montego quite a bit.

There are so many reasons why I want to praise this community, but first of all, I would like to talk about Marco, the staff of this community. When we decided to sign a contract with this community, Marco always tried hard to help us with our contract. We were able to sign the contract quickly and safely because Marco worked hard, even though we were foreigners and were experiencing inconvenience in filing documents. Even after moving into this community, the office staff understood and helped us as if it were their job. I am very satisfied that the maintenance team always helps us quickly and comes right away. I am satisfied that all the staff are so kind and always ready to help. I look forward to the days to be with them in this community in the future.

For the price, it's a good apartment in a great location (across from Superstition Springs Center). However, the 'luxury' in the name is a bit of a stretch. The apartment is what I needed, but I wouldn't call it *luxury*. Office employees often don't have answers to questions: they may be new or just not well-trained. The apartment had a few more issues on move-in than I'd have liked, but I'm going to hope they'll have it sorted quickly by maintenance.

Very clean community, a property management and TEAM that actually take care of the property!! Feels like safe community as well. Although, the apartments are older and could use some TLC, I love the layout of my apartment!

Love the apartment, lived here over 6 years. The driveway and parking spaces need to be resurfaced. The entry/exit gates at the Power Rd entrance haven't worked for about 2 months and need repaired for security purposes.

This is such a beautiful community to live in. Everything is maintained so nicely and maintenance is always on top of any repairs. The office staff has always been pleasant. I especially love walking the paths around all the beautiful lakes. I love it here.

I have lived here now for seven months and am truly enjoying my time here. I just love my cozy, one bedroom apartment, it has felt like home since the moment I moved in. The community is nice and well kept from what I've seen in my area. I haven't yet used any of the amenities, but they all look inviting and clean. I also have not had any issues with a lot of noise, which is very nice. The staff in the office is always kind and helpful when I go in. Overall, I really like living here.

Super quiet area. The only complain is lately they have been leaving the gate open… but overall it is an amazing neighborhood. Highly recommend

The pool, grounds and clubhouse are great. The pool is absolutely huge. The units are a little small but great closet space. Maintenance is always on point when needed.
