The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sage Hill
Worst experience ever. We moved from NJ to Dallas Texas and ended up at this place " Sage hills". Their parking is not secure, someone stole catalytic converter from car parked in front of the apartment after 1 months and we cannot do anything because there was no camera around. It cost us $1000. It cannot be claimed also with the so called insurance they ask us to take because it covers any damage within your apartment and not in parking lot. We had to stay here for an year not more than that..if you are also deciding for such short time. This is a BIG NO NO, as they may charge you little less than other big apartment associations but they will charge you, for toilet seat replacement (as if we got brand new when we moved in), paint ( can you believe), house cleaning (250$ for 2 BR) stove top. For even mere stuff they charge you and make you pay a bill of about $ 800 to 1000, when you decide to leave the apartment. Unless you are deciding to stay longer in these apartments, don't even look at these apartments. They are not that cheap and they strip you off when move out with ridiculous charges. Worst ever experience.. Staff is rude..even accounts lady (don't remember the name) was so rude and hung up on face while I was disputing for a waiver of late fees for last month rent as it was not automatic was disabled from previous month. I do not recommend this place to anyone in future. East coast people are more friendly than people in this deserted area.
