The residents and office staff at Sage are very friendly. I enjoy walking my dog and seeing my all of neighbors. The dog park is large and is a favorite spot. I use the gym several times a week and am always able to use the equipment I planned to use. The pool area is beautiful. The clubhouse is a comfortable and beautiful spot to meet friends or join the complex events.

This place may look beautiful but the people that work here suck. No matter what issue you have they never answer the phone so you try to go to the clubhouse to speak to someone in person and they're never there. Aside from that, the place is super paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. About a year ago we had the swat come in and break the door down because of some guy living here and they never sent out an announcement to let everyone know they're safe. RIDICULOUS

I took a tour of the community and attempted to apply online. When I went to apply online the available date and move in date weren’t lining up as I discussed with one of the associates there. After I attempted to contact this place multiple times via phone with multiple voicemails left, I gave up in trying to give this place my money and lost he apartment I wanted to someone else. Nice in person, worthless after a tour is over with.

I lived there for 8 moths, paid my dues on time, sometimes in advance,. When I moved out, I left the apartment in perfect condition, and they never returned my Security Deposit. I called the office and they were rude. Totally unprofessional. Is this an honest way to conduct a business???

It's not safe. There are bunch of drunk students ruling the streets at night. One crashed her car into two other cars two nights ago and the management didn't do anything about it. The sheriff is here every other day. The roads are like nurburgring, people drive at least 40 mph and there is no speed bump, if you have kids or value your loved ones, don't move here.
We had high hopes for this community but the management is poorly run. College kids are constantly speeding through the complex blasting loud music. This is done jn the middle of the night and while kids our out playing. Nothing is done to address the problem. There is a constant stench of marijuana that smells like a skunk. Again nothing is done besides an email sent out stating that this is a “non smoking campus”
Beautiful new property in N. Tampa area. I’ve lived here for 3 months now and love the common areas and apartments.
