The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at S-Line
I moved in towards the end of August and it's fine. The units are newer, the community is pretty quiet. They do seem to do a good job of community upkeep--there have been painting projects and driveway resurfacing in the month I've lived here. My biggest complaint is that my unit was absolutely filthy when I moved in. I pointed out to the manager that it seemed dirty when I met her to get my keys and she said she'd have maintenance come in and tidy up, but it really was bad. Filthy appliances, showers, really foul odors from the drains, slow drains. I spent a lot of time cleaning (and even cleaned the carpets myself) just to feel comfortable moving my things in. Management did apologize and has said they won't charge me a cleaning fee upon move out, but we'll see. Overall, if you're looking for a townhome, I think it's a fine option.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the community and noticing the ongoing upkeep and improvements. We sincerely apologize that your home wasn’t in the condition it should have been at move-in — that’s not the standard we strive for. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make it right, and we’re glad our team could address your concerns. If there’s anything more we can do to ensure your home stays comfortable, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. We value your feedback and are grateful to have you in the community.
The new property manager demonstrates inadequate customer service skills and exhibits an unnecessarily authoritative demeanor. Solely based on my interactions with her I’ve decided not to renew my lease again. Among other things the electricity is always going out at least 2-3 times a month and that’s bc of city issues so maintenance can’t help with that so if you plan on working from home this is not the place. The dog area is always dirty and it takes months to have the bags replaced once they’re out. There’s also a plumbing issue I’m having to call maintenance every 3-4 months to have them come unclog the issue with the washer that makes that happen. This is not the place you can make your home. I do NOT not recommend at all.
