Amazing location, the leasing center has been nothing but nice to us with getting everything situated. They even went as far as to allow our packages to get delivered early because of a mix up with the moving company.

Great place to live in but if you are facing back, you will be bothered by the noises coming from the blue line. Staff is efficient and helpful.

I love the ocean views, the location so close to Boston, but it also feels so far away at the same time . Can’t wait for beach days this summer.

Ryder is such a great community. Staff members are so helpful and nice. The apartments are beautiful and comfy. The amenities are really good to have.

When moving in, my apartment was handed to me in pristine conditions. I barely can even tell anyone lived here before as it does look and feel brand new. The amenities are very nice and well kept. Thank you for all the work the maintenance and leading team does on a daily basis!

I lived here almost two years that I want to share my experience I had. First, I want to talk about cons: - The building just next to beach that my apartment has gorgeous view and easy access to beach, - The building is new that everything is shiny. The cons, - The stairs smell pet poop the management never takes care about it, - The building has Latch app (no key it's a app you can access your apartment) with latch device at everywhere if your apartment battery dies no one picks the phone. There is no emergency hotline good luck! - I had stolen package in secure package room with security camera so nobody checked it, i lost $200+ worth online order. Even no apologise. - There is no professional management or management you can talk, you expect to solve your issues about the apartments, everything is rolling its own. - The trash rooms are out of use that I can even breath inside people left their trash on ground for weeks. - The ceilings are paper thin you cannot have enough sleep if you have noisy neighbor on upstairs. I informed about issue more than 10 times nobody takes responsibility. TLDR: Don't be fool about the view of the beach and ocean view, I understood while I lived two years that here that the staff are unprofessional don't expect comfort in here. just said....

Management is very efficient at getting things done and fast at answering any concerns or questions. The building is very clean and smells like the beach. It is right on the beach with beautiful views of the city.

Go somewhere else that that doesn't charge you for luxury living with cheap quality apartments.

That pool in the photo? Looks good from here but it's actually smaller than your bathtub and very dirty. They never clean it. They towed a future resident’s car during the lease signing process despite them giving notice to the personnel twice. The audacity! Imagine a management that doesn't give your guest a guest parking tag and then tow them for not having a guest parking tag...

Highly recommend! Super modern, clean, safe and everyone is so friendly! Also very dog friendly which is amazing!

Besides the showers not being hot, with improvements made to the recycling and trash, and paint coming off the building and landing on my car, and maintenance entering my place unannounced, things aren't bad. It is very expensive so things need to be perfect. Things have improved and I am thankful.

This is a great place to live. The asset itself is great, but I love management team more. They are really doing grwat job to make residents feel warm and happy.

Ryder was my first apartment out of college so I think the room design, the amenities, and the location all create a nice first apartment. I do feel as though some things are a hassle like like Latch system for getting in and out of things. The Ocean Ave vending machines aren't updated or kept up with as much. Regardless this is my first apartment so its fine for my first. Me continuing to stay will depend on any concessions and also how well other places priced.

Ryder is an excellent place to stay with easy access to downtown boston. I love the maintenance and the on-site team, they are very polite and professional and make the experience enjoyable. I do wish that my studio apartment had a proper balcony instead of a small ledge to stand on, considering the price of the apartment. Has great amenities and the latest tech and enjoy interacting with my neighbors during outdoor event. I love the fact that this community focuses a lot on attention to details; such things make a big difference to the quality of the stay and make it so much more enjoyable eg Bee Scooters, Locket by Alchemista stands, conceirge, cut 21 room service, recessed lighting, etc. Overall an excellent place to stay, albeit a bit pricey!

My apartment is loaded with brand new, appliances, the look is modern and functional, and I'm right next to the beach!

Beautiful apartments. Very convenient to travel to the city by the blue line.

A restaurant has just opened on the ground floor and blasts music at all hours from outdoor speakers that the property owner has allowed the restaurant owner to install beneath the residential tenants' windows. It's 11 pm and it still sounds like a club outside, and the adjacent outdoor bar hasn't even opened yet. I'm sure it will be a madhouse once it does. If you want to pay $2500-$3500 to live above a club, rent here. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Ryder is a stunning community located in one the absolute best spots in Revere. The events are awesome, the community is well run, the leasing office/service team/concierges are friendly & go above & beyond. Rachel is one of the best property managers in Boston, she made my move-in experience seamless.

The amenities are first class and the staff is very professional and courteous and ready to help when you need anything.

Do NOT trust the people who give information from the “leasing office”!! This company stated that their “application fee” was a $500 refundable deposit that would be returned if you cancelled your application was cancelled in 72 hours. After calling the main office, calling the local office, and emailing everyone involved and being told I would be refunded, they claimed it isn’t refundable. They didn’t call me back to inform me of this, they sent me notice via email days later. The person who took me on a virtual tour, Kerry, had told me explicitly it was refundable. Apparently, she is employed by another company and does not even work in the leasing office. This place is EXTREMELY SKETCHY. Do not trust them!!!
