Rutherford Station

When the odor in the third floor hallway is corrected i will leave a review. I cannot provide an exceptional review until that is taken care of and you deserve an exceptional review.

So far so good! I am not fully moved in yet, but will be by the end of the week. The ladies in the office Kaitlyn and Christina have been very helpful and extremely patient with me. Everything has been relatively easy. The move in special was a plus and definitely helped me with moving costs! Looking forward to enjoying the beautiful outside common area and taking advantage of the gym as well.

Rutherford Station is a great place to live. The residents range in age from newborn to nineties. People are friendly and there's a sense of community. And it's so conveniently located! Highly recommend.

Great location. Easy access to NJ Transit trains and busses. Easy access to highways up to the GW and the tunnels into NYC. Patio is nice, but the grills could use some TLC.

Been enjoying the amenities this summer, with the ping pong table and bbq. The proximity to Park avenue is very nice and the space in the 2 bedroom is great

The Rutherford Station staff did a great job at the recent end of summer barbecue. Food was good, staff was VERY attentive, and entertained the residents while working hard all night. It was beautiful weather and an enjoyable night overall. Thank you!

We love our new place at Rutherford Station Apartments! The building is so nice, there is lots of space, and we have the luxury of having people we can contact, not just some landlord. Our location is great, parking is easy to get, and we're proud to invite friends over. We're very happy here!

pretty good minus the flooding from the washing machine. It was an issue with the hose not being properly connected. The building is nice and the amenities are nice

I love the location. The congestion in the area seems worst recently. Maybe that's because summer is here. I am walking distance to everything, transportation, and restaurants. The people in the building are nice.

Honestly, I love the community but upon moving in I was very upset about the standard of the apartment. Many things were not up to par and the paint was so cheap that my HOODIE made a scuff. The neighbors I've encountered so far are so cold and couldn't even say hello back. It's a bit upsetting, but I hope our experiences here change soon.

Great location, and neighborhood. the access the trains and bus is unbelievable. main con is the train noise. I would recommend living here.

Living at Rutherford Station Apartments is a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially with the rail station just a short walk away, makes commuting hassle-free. Rutherford Station is a quiet, clean and friendly community to reside in. It’s convenient to all local restaurants, shopping centers and coffee shops. I would highly recommend renting here for anyone who’s in the market.

Great location, amazing restaurants near by and good amenities. Only downside is the sound of the train occasionally, although it’s tolerable.

I am very happy living at Rutherford Station. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. The property staff are very helpful and responsive. Neighbors are pleasant and quiet. We have a small balcony to sit out on and a lovely enclosed outdoor space (including a dog park)

Love Rutherford Station! It has been my home for almost 3 years. No complaints! It's safe, clean, and a pleasant environment. I enjoy how close public transportation is and having both the train or bus option. Best decision I made!

A great community to live in and work from home. The management is always very helpful to their residents. The community is steps away from the train station and local businesses.

The location of this apt building is perfect. It's near everything. The only problem is the noise from apt to apt. Being a none-rental person for so many years it took me awhile to get used to the noises. Most of the time it is not a problem but occasionally people are loud. The building is clean, people are very polite, and the management staff is very courteous.

It’s convenient and properly maintained with an amazing staff. The staff has changed over the past 7 or 8 years but that’s expected. It’s always nice to meet new people who respect the residents and always make good decisions to make this building better. Thank you to the current team for their hard efforts.

The apartment and the amenities are fine. The staff is very good! The area is great with access to roads and public transportation. The noise from other apartments (especially above) is very annoying.

Building management is doing the best they can to ensure a comfortable living experience--especially Rochelle and Dan.

Rochelle and Dan have been exceptional in communicating and advising us about our move.

Very nice neighborhood with friendly people. Feels like I am down south. Very reliable transportation and plenty of shops,stores and restaurants near by. The building is one of a kind and always well maintained.

Rutherford Station Apartments continues to be very well managed with hardworking and friendly staff, who provide a safe and friendly environment even in the midst of the pandemic. When it is safe again, I very much look forward to the fun residential events that were hosted periodically such as summer courtyard dog owner parties.

We moved into Rutherford Station without being able to tour the community and our future apartment. The professionalism of the leasing office, videos provided, and community reviews were what pushed us to sign a lease. We've been happy here since. Being so close to public transportation in/out of NYC is a huge plus of the building. The town of East Rutherford is beautiful and it is easy to walk to/from restaurants from Rutherford Station. The gym is beautiful and clean, and the Peloton bikes are a huge plus. We look forward to continuing to live here.
