The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rutgers Arms
Rented this place in May and June my 1 year old daughter had bites all over. We did not know what it was and her doctor always says something bite her. In August, I recieve an annoymous phone call from a previous Tenant who shared with me thatthe apartment is infested with bed bugs. I was shocked!! How could someone rent an infested place with a Toddler and a newborn. We went to the city, the place was never inspected and as a lawsuit against the owner. We are on the verge of loosing everything and the owner refuses to reimburse us for our lost. We have 2 beds, a crib, a changing table, dressers, sofas, clothes and other stuff from the baby shower, etc. We are beyond hurt and have no idea what to do but also file a lawsuit. Hopefully this can help someone. Harpers Property is the worst and all their buildings from 391-415 is said to be infected. Do not take the chance with them look else where. Good luck and get building history or inpected by the city if u can before moving into any apartment/home.
