Pioneer Meadows is a rising neighborhood in northern Sparks. Pioneer Meadows feels suburban, featuring newer single-family homes and upscale apartments available for rent with expansive views of the skyline and the mountains beyond. This neighborhood has a small plaza with grocery stores, casual restaurants, and other businesses, but residents don’t have to go far with several shopping centers like Sparks Crossing nearby. There are also several parks near Pioneer Meadows allowing for great outdoor recreational opportunities. Families cool down during the summer at Melio Gaspari Water Play Park, Lazy 5 Regional Park has excellent sports facilities, and the Red Hawk Golf and Resort offers a peaceful day out on the green.
