So far so good. Some minor issues, first day someone was parked in our spot and I had to get them towed and the apartment was a bit dirty when we got it. Overall we like the space and location just minor things that need to be fixed

The location of the apartment is great and very safe. The amenities are also nice. The dog park is also big and great for pups. Although, it is not central and people do not pick up after their dogs. Dogs are also not allowed on the grass. The apartment is walkable, but lacks sufficient areas to let your dog use the bathroom. Guest parking is an issue and visitors are constantly parking in reserved spots. Communication from the apartment staff is not great and often last minute. Overall, I would say the apartment has some improvement to be done for the cost of rent

Clean, quiet, tidy and comfortable! A great first impression. The amenities are plentiful and super convenient, and I love how everything is so streamlined as well.

Friendly community and staff. I love the area and my view. I always have great afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. :) The only thing I wish we’d have more of is parking lol.

The staff is friendly, we’re thankful for maintenance taking care of any issue. Our only complaints are the dog poops everywhere, the trash everywhere. The sprinklers are broken by the playground and got my kids and I soaked the other day. Other than that we are happy with the place.

I’ve been here a few days! Very clean outside. Very quiet so far. Kid friendly and Pet friendly. Everyone seems friendly and respectful! The people managing it seem very friendly and everything went smooth. Quality of apartments inside is amazing! Very happy with our decision moving here.

It is a nice place to live and amenities are great. The only issue is that there is not enough guest parking and some people is parking on the curbe when entering the apartments. Also, some animals are leaving waste on the sidewalks.

Friendly staff that comes and fixes the apartment issues immediately. They know us by name and greet us throughout the community, not only while you’re in the office.

I wouldn’t live here again it is not worth the rent the front office staff is useless , almost but not all the maintenance employees are rude and feel entitled to park in your assigned parking spot, the leasing manager is highly rude has no sense of being polite or sense of urgency. The internet goes out way too much for this to be included in rent allow residents yo get their own provider or offer their crappy one, there is not enough parking for guests or residents in the back people just park anywhere and a tow truck is here often taking peoples vehicles out due to lack of parking

Parking is a huge problem. It’s unmonitored and unenforced. The community gives you the option to have vehicles towed free of charge however it is an inconvenience after a long days work.

Horrible took 3 weeks for them to change my carpets since they had mildew and a heavy smell. Along with the apartment being dirty and nothing being done at all

2nd month in. I’m loving the community living at Rowan. The gym and pool are awesome. Fun pool comedy shows, Food trucks… everything is convenient, close to everything. Love this spot!!!

Rowan Apartment is a very nice living home. Having a 1 bed and 1 bath is quite nice. Dog park is really big and the clubhouse is very nice !

Great place to live. Very updated and modern. Pool is very nice, shallow side is great for little kids. Office is nice and maintenance is done very quickly. Only downside is parking for guests.

Beautiful complex. Witha a lot of great people. The gym is my favorite part of it all and there's always events going on. Comedy by the pool is happening tonight. Lovely place to live.

From the moment I set my eyes on Rowan while driving, I knew it was what I wanted. My husband and I decided to give it a try and the process was hassle free. They responded to emails promptly, move in was easy. We have lived here for about a month and I must say it’s been peaceful. Great community and quiet!! Children friendly too.

I would not recommend living at Rowan apartments. Overpriced apartments with paper thin walls, cheap finishes, and unhelpful management. The area is nice and the dog park. However, dogs are not allowed on the grass, which is extremely frustrating as the dog park is not located in a central position for all buildings and is inconvenient especially with bad weather and late at night. When I brought up these concerns, management did not do anything to assist.

The apartments are appealing with the up to date and modern style. The pool, gym, and club house are super nice. I love the attention to details with the showers in the restrooms by the pool and gym. There is multiple grilling areas around the property. All of the outdoor furniture around the property is well maintained. I don't like that the dog park area is artificial turf. My dog became very ill after going only 3x to the dog park and cost us a very expensive lesson. The dog park isn't maintained or cleaned often enough. The parking sucks! There is no guest or overflow parking on site. There isn't a pantry closet in the 3 bedroom. There isn't a door for the laundry area that is in the middle of the hall. No racks over washer/dryer, so no where to put anything. Spiders and ants have been a struggle since we moved in. We get big wolf spiders.

Everything is going well; place is nice and clean. Easy to move in. The only complaint is no visitor parking other than by the front office and I have a million mosquitos on my balcony, so I am not really able to sit outside.

Love it here we just need more guest parking, everyone is nice and it’s always clean. I love all the fun events that they have for the families.

Everything has been good here. Haven't had any issues with the staff. Building is nice and quiet. Feels safe to walk around at night. Wish the mosquitos would go away though ??

I love it here. So peaceful, clean, and beautiful. Looking for to the next year in Nevada. The leasing staff was amazing. Amy was very professional and nice! I definitely would recommend

the apartment is very clean, everyone stays to themselves & are very respectful. the staff is amazing, they are so helpful and beyond accommodating.

The staff here is very friendly and quick to answer, community is nice and quiet, and the amenities are in really great condition. The apartments are spacious, lots of natural light, and very open.

I love everything about this community. It is quiet at night. My parking is so close to my apartment, I have not used the pool or gym yet, but I’m sure gonna love it from what I’ve seen.

Fantastic facilities and very peaceful neighborhood! Also the location is perfect - not too much traffic and very close to groceries and schools! Most of all close to work!

overall the experience has been good. my only issue is with the parking. it is impossible to have guests over since they are not allowed to park in the gate but there are never any spots outside of the gate.

It has been nice here. An issue or two with other residents but it’s nothing the staff can handle so it’s not their fault. Nice apartments, friendly staff.

There’s always room for improvement. Not the worst place to live, however, the communication and urgency on certain situations could be better. Maintenance is always friendly. The assistant manager is always helpful as well.

3.5 as three adults with late shifts finding a parking spot for 3 cars is rough. We have two assigned however that third one is hard and if I was still on swing shift one of us would have to leave our car at work and find a ride home. 2 of us get off work after 7 pm I have to be home by 3:30 to get a spot up front which is very frustrating as it cuts out my entire afternoon to run errands or go to Dr visits. I have had several nights that I just stayed with a friend because I got home after 7 also and could not find parking.

The apartment is great overall, the only issue we have are that dog owners not picking up after their own dogs or keeping them on leashes.. as well as returning responses in regards to a question or concern from any leasing staff..

Every experience here even when something needs to be attended too which hasn’t been much since living here. It all gets fixed so quickly and efficiently. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and best of all professional. Overall experience a 10! It’s all been positive. No regrets.

Rowan created a great transition for me to the single life following a separation. Made things way less stressful for me. Great representatives.

The management is great and works with you with all the issues and prompt responders towards maintenance to resolve all the issues. My experience with the move in and setting up all the processes were smooth

The Apartment is new and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and we really like it. Only issue I have is regarding parking. Parking is limited and your assigned space may be 5 minutes of walk. Also, towing and people parking in your spot is a big issue. They should remove assigned spaces for non covered parking and make them 1st come basis.

The apartment is spacious. Tons of storage and natural light. The staff is really friendly and helpful. So far we love it and it really feels like HOME.

Great place to live. Leading office is great and responds quickly, only ever had one maintenance issue and they were here to fix it same day.

Every experience here which will be 2 years in December has been positive. Everything done so quickly. Everyone has been so nice. Staff has been amazing.

Everyone has been kind and welcoming here on property. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner and makes for such a great living experience.

My family enjoys the property so far - we’ve only been here about three weeks. The only downside is barely having guest parking, they should definitely expand on that. Especially for people who enjoy having family and friends over. Other than that, management and maintenance are cool people and seem helpful enough.

Overall a very nice apartment with nice features and amenities,only downside is the parking if people come over and there are not a lot of dog spots for going to the bathroom

We have been moved in for a week and we love it. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the community is very welcoming. Lots of amenities and beautiful units.

The apartment is great but there is not enough parking. We have a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 drivers and 3 cars. Two of us get off work after 5pm. As a result finding a parking spot for the last one home is stressful since we are only allowed 2 assigned spots. The complex has gotten so crowded that people are parking along the curbs within the gates. When we called the office they said we could park in front of the building but if you are not home by 2:30-3pm the 5 additional parking g spots up front you are out of luck.

We loved these apartments!! The gym is the biggest I've seen compared to other places. Love the bonfires just wished the light posts weren't right next to the bonfire or at least had a switch to turn them off. The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing!! The office staff and easy going and very helpful!! Love how our community often have activities in the lobby.

Recently we had something that needed attention in our apartment.. As always the staff follows through. It’s amazing. Never having to wait for anything. Communication is great and always tended to in a timely manner. Not to mention everyone is so friendly and professional.
