Great place to live staff is awesome. People here are amazing super nice and friendly. Pool area is really cool. Gym is super nice and the fire pit is really awesome

I love everything about this community. It is quiet at night. My parking is so close to my apartment, I have not used the pool or gym yet, but I’m sure gonna love it from what I’ve seen.

Fantastic facilities and very peaceful neighborhood! Also the location is perfect - not too much traffic and very close to groceries and schools! Most of all close to work!

overall the experience has been good. my only issue is with the parking. it is impossible to have guests over since they are not allowed to park in the gate but there are never any spots outside of the gate.

It has been nice here. An issue or two with other residents but it’s nothing the staff can handle so it’s not their fault. Nice apartments, friendly staff.

There’s always room for improvement. Not the worst place to live, however, the communication and urgency on certain situations could be better. Maintenance is always friendly. The assistant manager is always helpful as well.

3.5 as three adults with late shifts finding a parking spot for 3 cars is rough. We have two assigned however that third one is hard and if I was still on swing shift one of us would have to leave our car at work and find a ride home. 2 of us get off work after 7 pm I have to be home by 3:30 to get a spot up front which is very frustrating as it cuts out my entire afternoon to run errands or go to Dr visits. I have had several nights that I just stayed with a friend because I got home after 7 also and could not find parking.

The apartment is great overall, the only issue we have are that dog owners not picking up after their own dogs or keeping them on leashes.. as well as returning responses in regards to a question or concern from any leasing staff..

Every experience here even when something needs to be attended too which hasn’t been much since living here. It all gets fixed so quickly and efficiently. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and best of all professional. Overall experience a 10! It’s all been positive. No regrets.

Rowan created a great transition for me to the single life following a separation. Made things way less stressful for me. Great representatives.

The management is great and works with you with all the issues and prompt responders towards maintenance to resolve all the issues. My experience with the move in and setting up all the processes were smooth

The Apartment is new and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and we really like it. Only issue I have is regarding parking. Parking is limited and your assigned space may be 5 minutes of walk. Also, towing and people parking in your spot is a big issue. They should remove assigned spaces for non covered parking and make them 1st come basis.

The apartment is spacious. Tons of storage and natural light. The staff is really friendly and helpful. So far we love it and it really feels like HOME.

Great place to live. Leading office is great and responds quickly, only ever had one maintenance issue and they were here to fix it same day.

Every experience here which will be 2 years in December has been positive. Everything done so quickly. Everyone has been so nice. Staff has been amazing.

Everyone has been kind and welcoming here on property. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner and makes for such a great living experience.

My family enjoys the property so far - we’ve only been here about three weeks. The only downside is barely having guest parking, they should definitely expand on that. Especially for people who enjoy having family and friends over. Other than that, management and maintenance are cool people and seem helpful enough.

Overall a very nice apartment with nice features and amenities,only downside is the parking if people come over and there are not a lot of dog spots for going to the bathroom

We have been moved in for a week and we love it. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the community is very welcoming. Lots of amenities and beautiful units.

The apartment is great but there is not enough parking. We have a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 drivers and 3 cars. Two of us get off work after 5pm. As a result finding a parking spot for the last one home is stressful since we are only allowed 2 assigned spots. The complex has gotten so crowded that people are parking along the curbs within the gates. When we called the office they said we could park in front of the building but if you are not home by 2:30-3pm the 5 additional parking g spots up front you are out of luck.

We loved these apartments!! The gym is the biggest I've seen compared to other places. Love the bonfires just wished the light posts weren't right next to the bonfire or at least had a switch to turn them off. The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing!! The office staff and easy going and very helpful!! Love how our community often have activities in the lobby.

Recently we had something that needed attention in our apartment.. As always the staff follows through. It’s amazing. Never having to wait for anything. Communication is great and always tended to in a timely manner. Not to mention everyone is so friendly and professional.

Things seem to always be breaking and it’s really expensive compared to other places for not good quality. The heaters and AC units are always breaking.

Everyone is so welcoming. I got approved in two days and got my keys right away. The only part that sucks is parking since my spot is like two blocks away but everything else is perfect

Service is quick and top notch at Rowan Apartmnents! You submit a request and it’s usually fixed within the hour! We love all the different events that take place at the clubhouse and the variety of events as well.

I love how quiet and safe it feels here. Very pet and kid friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix and address and problems or issues that arise. Guest parking is a bit of an issue that I hope can be resolved soon. I do wish we had some other amenities like a sauna with the gym and I hope they can get the gym done soon. Also some more gym equipment is needed for a better variety. Maybe we could pair up with a Pilates teacher or a type of trainer to offer weekly classes based at our complex. Overall it’s a great , clean community and I feel safe. It’s very quiet and I can’t even hear the other people above or beside me.

Really great place to live! Had a little issue with the heat when I moved in and staff went above and beyond to bring me portable heaters and got it up and working very quickly! Everyone has been really nice from office staff to maintenance! 10/10 recommend living here

Been here over a year. Been a nice and quiet atmosphere. Staff has always been so attentive. They’ve always followed through on everything. I’ve no complaints or regrets for living here. Other then just wished we would have found the place sooner. Everyone is always so nice.

My experience with the rental process and move in process was awesome! The team was extremely responsive and worked with me through the lease signage process. Once moving in they have been very attentive! The property itself is really nice and extremely clean! Really like the environment!

The complex is nice. We were spoiled by not having upstairs neighbors for a good period of time. Now, three kids sound like circus elephants stomping around. We appreciate the speedy response whenever the internet service goes down.

Great Amenities and nice sized apartments. Lots of Californians, so not all the community is friendly, but many are. Unfortunately some dog owners don’t clean up after their dogs… The management has really tried to provide a pleasant place to live and, for the most part, it really is a nice place to live.

So far, so good. Rowan management has been prompt with service calls, and has been communicative with any systems tests that have been fulfilled. I appreciate the frequent communication, and it is nice to see these memos on the property management portal, as well as receive them through text message in real time.

The property is beautiful but things inside the units are always breaking. Like the heaters and wifi. It’s a beautiful property just wish it was ran a little better.

It’s been great to live here. The community is amazing, it’s very quiet here if that’s what you’re looking for. The staff is amazing as well they are always on top of maintenance and any issues that come up.

I love it here. The apartments are beautiful and I love how they are set up. From the beautiful hardwood to all the counter and cabinet space. The washer dryer in the unit is very convenient.

Experience has been great. No complaints. Every time I’ve reached out to staff they have always been prompt and attentive. No issues at all. No regrets. Our place has been a wonderful home for us.

The internet has improved and that’s a great benefit here. I love the comfort and amenities of the complex and apartments. Unfortunately other residents sometimes forget that they live in a community and forget to clean up after themselves or their pet. All in all, it’s a great place to live.

Overall the community is great, only negative is when Tesla cars park in charger spots for days on end and not allowing other EVs to charge. Might need to start implementing idle fees to prevent people from parking longer than they need too. But other than that the staff is great and the community is amazing.

Everything was super quick and everyone in the office is super nice! So happy to live in this community. However, the parking is not the best.

My apartment experience has been bumpy from the start. The leasing process was difficult and leasing staff are unavailable throughout the day. The apartment is not well-made. You cannot open one cabinet without it hitting something, making the kitchen dysfunctional. The apartment is drafty, making your utility bill much higher than it should be. The gaps also lead to spiders coming in to the apartment. It is also not made to insulate noise. Lots of issues with internet and gates. Apartment advertises as dog friendly, yet just took away the ability for dogs to use the few grass areas around the complex. This makes it extremely difficult to walk your dog around the complex. This also was not communicated at all. The only good thing is the dog park, which is a nice place for my dog to run. Although, people do not pick up their dog’s poop around the complex. The apartment is in a nice location, easy access to stores.

Rowan has been great! We love the amenities, how nice & new our apartment is, and the great neighbors we've met. The management & staff are always on top of any issues we have.

Parking is a major issue. Garbage is not located conveniently. Always issues with packages! There is animal waste all over the property. Office constantly closes early.

I love the community here and everyone on staff works their absolute hardest to serve everyone and provide everyone with updated info about the complex!
