Couldn't be Happier
I couldn't say enough about my new home! They are currently working on upgrading all of their homes, so when I moved my home was completely upgraded! Brand-new/ Stainless-steel appliances, vinyl wood flooring throughout the home, bathroom and kitchen fully remodeled, large patios, etc. Being a townhome, it is like having a house without any of the responsibility! with the staff and maintenance being so incredible, it truly is the cherry on top of a great living experience.

Amazing Property
I absolutely love this property. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is great, which is very hard to find. Any time there is an issue, they respond promptly. My kids and I love our complex. We couldn't be more impressed with this complex. It doesn't feel like a townhouse apartment, but more like a home!!

Rosemead Townhomes has been an amazing experience! The staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to get in and fix a problem. The complex is also upgrading not only the inside but the outside of it and it’s looking great!

The property is clean! Front staff is so sweet. Maintenance comes pretty quickly too. Usually properties take like weeks. It’s a great location especially since I just moved here from out of state.

Don't waste your $$
I have lived here for over a year now and cannot wait to move. While the staff is somewhat friendly/responsive to my needs, the units are old and unkempt. Neighbors are unfriendly and loud. It's constantly dirty - garbage litters the parking lots/yards and dumpsters are overflowing within a few days of being emptied. I've had people mess with my vehicle, only to have staff tell me that there's nothing they can do and that they can't afford to install security cameras. I moved here when I was new to TX, but now that I've had time to do research, I can see that I'm way overpaying for the low quality/old unit that I occupy and could get something more modern/better maintained for less money! Do you yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Such amazing customer service
Their staff in the front office is so amazing, helpful and on top of it. They help with answering all my questions and they contact me after all my maintenance requests get finished to make sure everything got done. I have never had this sort of experience at any other property. I am truly blessed to live here.

Best Townhomes in the area
Finding an amazing management team who is responsible for your entire living experience is very rare. However, since the Office and Maintenance team they has been very accommodating. This place truly feels like home because of how much they cares for residents. they always goes above and beyond! You can definitely see a positive change in this property since they been working here. I 100% recommend living here. Rosemeade knows how to choose very informative and understanding employees.

My Family Loves It Here
We love living here! Our home is quiet and everyone is super friendly when we go into the office. Our maintenance issues are solved quickly and correctly which is very important to us. We also love using the dog park. It is great to have a place we can unleash our dog and let him run. I do wish they could add a bench inside the dog area but that is just a minor thing. I always recommend Rosemeade to family or co-workers that are looking for a new home.

Our family is so happy living at Rosemeade Townhomes!
I love living here. This is my first experience in apartment living and so far GREAT. Anytime, I have a maintenance problem, they fix it in a very timely manner. The Complex is quiet and very well kept up. All maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I also love how convenient this location is to the community recreation center and dog park close by!

Longtime resident that gets the impression, we are no longer welcomed! 0 STARS
The quality of people are no longer a priority rather it's the quantity. I had to live with a situation where the former neighbor was able to sublet their unit several times over the new year long lease they were allowed to renew. I began to feel more and more uncomfortable because of the flow of traffic coming and going all hours. Something I never had to worry about before. Despite proof of subletting I was told the issue was being taken care of and I needed to be patient. They allowed this to go on until lease was up, the full 12-14 months. During this time I had to be subjected to loud music, smoking both legal and otherwise, random people using assigned parking including parking in my assigned parking space. Paying now more for rent and in a lease contract, this is what we were subjected too. Finally after all that, they move in a neighbor who now continues to play his music so loud if you knock on his door he can't hear you. Something he asked us to do if ever music was too loud.(Now he claims it is harassment and as he puts it "I'm warning you for the first time and only time, consider yourself warned. Never speak to my family or knock on my door again!") so I can't communicate to him or anyone in his family because it would constitute harassment. The matter is now only for police and office management, but seeing how the office manager handled matters prior and continues to ignore simple things like upholding our supposed community policy, I believe it would be a lost cause. Initially moving here there were people in the office that took matters and concerns and dealt with them promptly and in a way things were resolved peacefully. Now they seem to offer smart remarks, attitude, unprofessionalism, procrastination, and excuses, all in what feels like an attempt to force us to leave. This once was a beautiful, tranquil property with long time residents you could count on to be neighborly. The difference between quality over quantity. I would never recommend even my worse enemy this property! Stay Away for your peace, sanity and your hard earned money's sake. Oh there is no security officer and hasn't been for some years now. Another feature that appealed to us since there used to be one that actually lived on the property back in the day.

What an amazing property!
Wow! I am so impressed with everything about Rosemeade Townhomes! I looked and looked, without finding the "perfect fit" until I stumbled upon this place! I love my townhome here! It is well kept, they are friendly to me and I have wonderful neighbors! I also love the pool!

Best place I've lived yet
I just relocated to the Carrollton area from McKinney, TX, and I absolutely love Rosemeade Townhomes! My townhome is so spacious, private, and truly feels like home... Not only that, but the maintenance and management staff have truly gone out of their way since beginning the application process to make me feel like I matter. I had a situation where I changed my mind regarding my move in date and floor plan preferences several times, but they were quick to accommodate. I have submitted several work orders since moving in, and maintenance has always completed them in a timely manner. The property is clean and well kept, and I can't wait to utilize the pools when it gets warmer. In the meantime, I've been enjoying the heck out of the fireplace in my living room. Highly recommend!

My First Townhome
This is the first time I have lived in a townhome and I love it. The privacy is so nice compared to a traditional apartment. We have lived here for about a year and have had a great experience. Our A/C did go out this summer but they were there within the hour and replaced the entire system. My home was very clean when we moved in and has the updated wood planking look in the kitchen and bathrooms. I think it is great the office staff can sign for my packages saving me trips to the post office or other delivery locations. I recommend Rosemeade to anyone looking for a new place to live.

New Austinite to Area
My husband, daughters and I moved in mid-April. Thus far it is a great place. Outdated appliances though. Dishwasher is very loud and the stove takes a long time to heat up. I will note that this is an older complex from 1985. The positives are that they have a nice clean pool, the porch area is nicely sized, the porch area also has a small storage room. The flooring looks updated and appears to be a nice dark brown wood laminate. For those wanting a nice place who live simply, this place is ideal. The sounds from outdoors are bearable and not annoying, the neighbors seem to mind there own business and the crime statistics show very low to no crimes in the area. The fireplace is nice. The rooms are all evenly sized. Its a very clean environment, polite staff who are quite helpful. They put new carpet in our home. Small (nonpoisonous) snakes are something to be aware of. They hang outside in the bushes. However, no ants or pest inside the homes. So far, we all like it. Would have given excellent rating, but they would need to update appliances.
