Property Ratings at Rockwood Park BRG
I was supposed to take my tour today at 12:45pm The worker was about 20 mins late for my tour then proceeded to tell me that she had 2 other people in front of me. She also seemed to be pretty disorganized with no since of urgency, explanation or remorse for being late. I left without getting to tour the property because waiting another hour to tour the property was not how I wanted to spend my Saturday.

I've been leaving here since Oct 2020, and I must say I am pleased. Ms. Debbie is very nice, helpful, and whenever I have an issue I contact her directly and she responds. Maintenance is great as well. I really like Sam he gets things done in a timely manner. Overall great property, and it is really quiet at nice which I greatly appreciate.

Pro's 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, balcony, washer and dryer,kitchen appliances included included, fireplace included, carpeting in all rooms, great location, near park and shoppping The Con's Kitchen and Bathroom needs updating
No apartment is perfect,I won't try to convince you of that. So I will be brutally honest. The apartment complex is an older complex. Everything is outdated, and works well for outdated appliances work. They are not looking to update the apartments as a whole, rather they are only updating when absolutely possible. Even then sometimes you just go without.. (Ex: ice machine) they give you a temporary solution to your permanent problem (ex:ice trays. Some may not see this as an issue. After a while it's just a pain). The staff really are the best you could ask for. You have a 2-manned mantance team, of which one lives on site. The other is 10 mins away after hours. As for our property manager, she is always willing to help you with any and everything you could ask. They push to have the best complex is the county and they've done an excellent job of that. Always ensuring the property is kept clean for residents and guests.
This community is pleasant and friendly. The apartments are comfortable. Staff is responsive and very helpful. Community events are regularly held which promotes fellowship for residents and staff. The complex is conveniently located near expressways, shopping and restaurants. But a unique benefit is that the complex is across the street from a major county park. There's convenient access to ball parks, kiddie play grounds and walking trails. Rockwood Park Apartments is a nice place to call home.
