Property Ratings at Rockledge at Quarry Bend
Dont move here. Ive been here for about a month and a half and wish I never did. The complex itself has way more residents than it has parking spots, so much so that the residential streets are packed at night giving you two options. 1. Park your car a half mile away at Walmart or 2. Pay $150 more on top of your rent for a parking spot. Not only that the complex itself teams with a towing company to harass its residents and tow their vehicles all hours of the night should they have to park in any vacant spot thats available (Im sure Rockledge is getting some kick back on that from those companies too). They also force you like a lot of complexes to have direct TV at $160 a month, which is a terrible service, and about $100 more than any other streaming service that offer the same thing. Not only that ours hasnt worked since we moved in and are still forced to pay the service for the crap. If thats not enough you have to pay 2 utility bills one for the complex and your personal which they dont disclose(they actually tell you your utilities are part of the rent) so you can expect to pay an addition $200-250 a month on top of your rent every month. You cant pay early here because they never have the total amount of the utilities added to the ledger ever, so you will constantly pay late fees despite paying weeks early. Also upon moving in we had our blinds taped together looking like a 4 year old pieced it together, had giant holes in our silverware holder in the dish washer, have trash in the halls since we have moved in.Dog crap everywhere in the complex, have come out to dog pee on our door, and dog puke on the stairs for about 2 weeks. Dont be fooled go elsewhere and avoid this clown show. I will be soon enough.

Such a beautiful Property! I am a single mom, have been living since around the beginning of the year, and have felt so safe living here with my daughter and I alone. The space of the apartments is incredible. And the new manager has been SO AMAZING! Someone is FINALLY ensuring all rules are being followed and enforced so the apartments and community are all safe, clean, and an amazing place to live! LOVE MANAGER JESSICA!!!!

The people here are nice and friendly for the most part. The office people have been of great help. I think the grounds could be cleaner...Beware when the say they tow, you will given any kind of warning no matter how new you are. Bath tubs are quiet small. The kitchen looks as if there is plenty cupboard space but there is only 3 drawers and had to get an extra cabinet for more storage space.

I only lived in this apartment for a year but I cant take it anymore. I live on the third floor and have been complaining to Rockledge about my upstairs neighbors. At first, I went to talk to my neighbors and was told that they would not be quieting down, and if I went to the leasing office rockledge would side with them because they had been there for two years. Boy were they right. I went to the leasing office 3 more times and explained how I have heard the upstairs couple physically fighting, throwing each other's things down the stairs, hard stomping, and just overall lack of common courtesy. Rockledge did nothing because if I'm honest, the complex is huge with 15 plus buildings and the leasing managers dont care. Maintenance is lazy and underground parking is a joke. After my boyfriend's car got locked in the paid underground parking for a second time, and he was written up at work I turned in the keys. As I am typing this, there is a huge family outside in the courtyard grilling and blasting music. Peace and quiet does not exist in this complex. I am 23 years old and can tolerate a lot, but I am no longer paying for an apartment that I cannot sleep in.

Have had a good time here. Do not need maintenance often but when i do they are fast and clean. Like the people in the office. They are always very nice. I did refer some friends to come and take a tour. There favorite part of Rockledge was the gym.

The maintenance items are always taken care of and the office people are very nice. Sometimes very busy but always friendly. I do like all of the extra things they have like the pool and gym.

The maintenance guys are great, as I said before David is always very happy and helpful. The office people have always been very nice and helpful as well. It is awesome that they already have their pool open. Very excited to enjoy it with my kids.

Love the location. The pool and hot tub are great and love that they have spaces to use for family events. Derek was great to work with and made moving easy. Will be recommending to some friends to move in.

Love my apartment, very modern and love the huge windows and tall ceilings. You also cannot beat the amazing gym. It is huge. Nice that they allowed my large dog. Alot of places do not.

Poor customer service and administrative practices! After leaving the apartment 2 years ago, I was contacted once with an outstanding balance due of only $100. And was immediately sent to collections!? That tells me horrible accounting practices and little to no care for their tenants or safe keeping of their tenants credit. I can't believe that it would take so long to reconcile their books to realize an oversight (one that I was not made aware of at the time I left, even after paying a fee when I left). To send me to collections and dropping my credit score for their lack of proper business ability is shameful! I will never ever go back there again and DO NOT recommend anyone move there.

The property looks great from the outside looking in but this beauty is skin deep. Management cares very little for anything that the public can't see. The exterior hallways are absolutely filthy! The underground parking that costs $50/mo is littered with trash and has very clearly not been cleaned since the structure was built. Vehicles being broken into are commonplace--management's response: Not our problem. If something breaks, like keyfob controlled access, the elevator, or a garage door expect it to be broken for weeks, if not months. Parking is horrible, necessitating covered parking or underground parking. Low-flow toilets and the cheapest bathroom and kitchen fixtures. It's not all doom and gloom. The apartment layouts are larger than in many other places. The internet is pretty good if you work from home. Management is about as... mediocre as any other place I've rented from, meaning they won't roll their eyes at you when you need to report an issue or pick up your mail. Overall, the staff and property are average. Sure there's a lot to dislike about Rockledge but there's a lot to dislike about renting properties in general.

I’ve been living here at Rockledge for a few years now and my experience here has been great. I always hear great things when I have friends over, very clean and nice place to be. The staff is both professional and helpful and have always been easy to talk to and eager to help with any needs or concerns.

After living in the apartment for 3 years and paying all my rent on time I'm trying to get my refund check two months ago, and when I go to the office they say they can't help me as it's not up to them, it's up to the head office! I expected more attention and help from Rockledge, as I just want to receive the agreed amount! my deposit! They say I would have 3-5 weeks to receive my check, but so far I can't get a refund and I don't even have an answer on how to do it! I don't recommend you live in Rockledge! The apartment was delivered very clean and even so they will deduct part of the money from the deposit. The manager does not answer the email, I have already been informed of the amount of my refund check by an assistant manager, they already have my new address. The refund period is 30 days after you leave, I'm waiting for more than 60 days. I don't recommend you live in Rockledge! They do not take good care of the property, dirty grass, thin walls and noise from other apartments all the time do not let you sleep, they tow cars all the time in the parking lot, mine towed twice! Be careful! Don't put your family here! You will be frustrated if you live there.

Rockledge at Quarry bend is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 weeks now and I already am satisfied with this complex. The leasing team has been happy to answer my questions and assist me in any way possible. The properties don’t smell like smoke which was a big concern of mine when apartment hunting. One thing I love are the kind people in this community. People are always willing to greet you with a smile. Also the buildings and grounds are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend living here.

Overall, the apartments are good, some of the things in the apartments feel cheaply built but that is to be expected. There are just lots and lots of children that are pretty misbehaved which becomes annoying when you’re trying to sleep and they doorbell ditch you 25 times a night. Kids being kids though, can’t complain too much. Expensive convenience fee for paying rent online as well. Again, to be expected though.

Rockledge used to be a nice place with luxury amenities. This year things had changed. The hallways are dirty, and never cleaned, the pool started at the end of July… poor organization. You complained and they just smiled and answer they were doing their best… no one was working in the pool for more than 10 days… don’t lie.. it is better to say the truth from the beginning… No apologies nor a lower or the rent … poor management

Rockledge is a wonderful place to live with a great team managing the complex. The apartments themselves are well maintained and incredibly spacious. Their maintenance staff is quick with work orders and respectful to your home. I would recommend Rockledge to anyone on the market for an apartment.

Do not move here. Too many fees for things you either can’t or won’t use. AC has been broken for weeks with no resolution. Would not recommend anyone move here until changes are made to maintance and management.

Big fan of the fitness center. No need to join a gym as there is everything you need here. My apartment is also great. Have been able to work from home in comfort. Nice that you can always count on the staff to take care of things.

Rocklege is a tremendous value at the end of the day. Like every apartment it has it's fair share of quirks mostly coming down to the residents. As far as management goes, Jade and Kennedi in the office are tremendous assets to greystar. It helps to have the best property managers here in house.

Office and maintenance guys are great, love our apartment. Its huge and we love the modern look. Love the high ceilings. Big windows are great as well. Of course you cannot beat the huge fitness center. Hot tub is nice and like the convenience of underground parking.

Love my apartment, this high ceilings and the view is amazing. Nice to be on the top floor with the luxury of an elevator. Nice neighbors and nice people in the office. My kids love the pool in the summer.

As a favor we took a 3 bedroom when we had claimed a 2 bedroom because of complications that arose. We were told our rent would not increase to 3 bedroom price. Which played a significant role in us moving here at all. Next thing we know our rest is increasing over $300. Tried working with management but they chose to not honor their word.

Terrible management. Poorly built. Terrible mail system. No garbage can but paying for valet garbage. Repairs and any maintenance take forever and are do half the job.

When we aren't given permission to enter, it is hard to address your maintenance concerns in a timely manner. We are very vocal about the allotted hours you are allowed to keep your trash can outside your door. If those rules are broken you can lose your access to Valet Trash. Just want to personally thank Kennadi for making my move from out of state SEEMLESS. I had very specific requirements for my move and she exceeded my expectations. Great unit w/ great views at a reasonable price point. She handled my maintenance requests and the maintenance staff was equally diligent. The grounds are quiet and clean and the gym is amazing. Best in SLC area. I could not be more pleased with my move overall and would highly recommend Rockledge Apts. Very thankful to have such a lovely home. Glenn C.
