Riverwood at New Canaan provides excellent amenities and good support staff. It is a welcoming and very well maintained facility.
Pasquale, the Community Manager, is integral in providing excellent community service at the Avalon New Canaan. He resolves issues with a pleasant demeanor and is interested in making the community better overall. I had a parking issue when I moved in with residents parking behind my garage in a no parking zone and he and the maintenance man Gabriele swiftly resolved it. Pasquale takes the time to listen and work with new residents to make their move in experience great. Gabriele who lives on the property goes out of his way to make sure everything is well managed as well. Hopefully, if you choose the New Canaan Avalon, you will enjoy it also.
