Riverside Towers Apartment Homes

The leasing office at Riverside Towers is exceptional. Niel is extremely supportive, and the entire team is friendly and helpful. They have made my experience here very positive.

The leasing office staff is responsive. They also are patient in addressing issues of serious concerns. We should have a better package room and the policy too.

My experience was great the young men that work in the office but extremely patient they explain everything they gave us time they showed us the place again and they were very helpful and thoughtful throughout this entire process

The apartments are very well designed with nice view of Raritan river. The property is overall maintained well and clean. The staff are very nice.

Since I have been here for just a couple of months it's been a nice quiet place the place is very nice the people here are friendly and respectful.

Riverside towers are very nice apartments , staff is very welcoming and I just can’t wait to see more. The rooms are very big love the idea that Riverside has a gym , laundry room and gated community

Apartment is great with facilities provided and the Balcony is the plus point which is great. In more of a general sense it is a perfect student home.

Good place to stay It is homely, quiet and well managed. Neighbors are quiet..no noise. Good property . Gym could get a upgrade though. Otherwise everything is good

Great place to live. Safe and clean environment. Ample parking in a hub city. Easy access to highway leading to both NYC and Philadelphia. Many amenities including elevators, laundry rooms in each floor, gym and wifi common area. Great place to live.

The apartment is kinda fine but the leasing team’s lack of proper communication is extremely aggravating. Changing the movie in date at the last minute, not handing over the access fobs and not giving proper updates. I would like to point out that this is more true specifically for Niall, the manager and Nathan are quite welcoming and supportive.

love the atmosphere and neighbors are very nice and inviting, Niall is very helpful and there whenever we need anything, we love the view from our 9th story apartment 10/10 recommend

The apt is good, but has a lot of smell and roaches problem. If solved will make the apt better. The rooms are spacious and enough the ventilation should be better

Location is great, right across the street from a deli, a gas station, park, and very easy access to the highway. Most of everything in New Brunswick is within walking distance.

It’s been going great so far . Yet to experience it in winter . Other than that I’ve been loving my experience at Riverside. Another downside is that lot of equipment’s aren’t working at the gym.

The apartments in this tower are absolutely great at the price at which they are offered. The amenities are adequate and the staff and maintenance is prompt. The only areas of improvement are to solve the ridiculous roach situation and making the gym functional

Riverside Towers Apartments is a great community. The facilities are good. There is a slight problem though of roaches but it is manageable if you keep the apartment clean

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience living in this apartment building . The most pressing issue is the persistent roach infestation. Despite numerous complaints to management, there has been no effective solution. This ongoing problem has made living here extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the management’s decision to charge for parking feels unjustified. Many vehicles park here without proper tags, yet those of us who follow the rules and pay are not getting any additional benefits or guarantees. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment building until these issues are addressed satisfactorily.

The apartment is very nice, and my fellow tenants have been kind and helpful with buzzing me while I carry my belongings inside. The lobby and the hallway to my room is very clean and I like the open cement block design of the wall. I’m very impressed. The dog park is also super cute.

My experience has been decent. A few request I've made have taken longer than usual but they usually get done. Maintenance has done a fairly good job fulfilling them.

Living in my current residence has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is generally quiet, which is great for studying and relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious and has good natural light, which makes it feel more comfortable and homey. However, there has been a significant downside to my experience: the presence of cockroaches. Despite my best efforts to keep the apartment clean and reporting the issue to management multiple times, the problem persists. It has been quite stressful and frustrating dealing with this ongoing issue. While the maintenance staff is responsive, the measures taken have not been effective in fully addressing the problem. This has impacted my overall enjoyment of the living space and has been a major concern during my stay.

Apartment is decent but payment of rent is a little too steep for prices. Great location for transportation and community is not bad also quiet

My residential experience has been great so far,,riverside towers has provided me with great maintenance,the staff have been helpful,the building is in good shape and the area is not so bad. I hope to continue living in riverside towers for the most part. Thank You

Good place to live. Good and safe. Located near all public transportation. Maintenance and staff are easy to speak to to get things done. Package delivery needs a better retrieval system.

Its a very great experience. The maintenance is so great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They take care of the apartments. They also have cameras all over the building, I just hope they put more cameras

Great place to call home!!! Has lot of facilities. When ever a request is raised to get anything fixed it is immediately....Dog friendly too:)

The rent is reasonable, the apartment is nice, and they also have a wifi room, which is great for just having group discussions. However, one major problem that I encountered was roaches; there are a lot in the kitchen area. I don't completely blame the management for it because it's also the duty of residents to keep their apartments clean, but the management should take strong action to resolve this issue.

The location of Riverside Tower Apartment located on Paul Robeson Boulevard is great. It has grocery shops, nice scenic view, bus stop close by.

The apartment community is well put together.The staff is very informative,the building is well kept,the laundry rooms are clean,the gym is nice.There is acommadatable parking,the neighborhood seems well kept,the landscaping is well

It's a good community. Although there is an issues of roaches. The management has put a lot of efforts to get rid of roaches. Rent wise it affordable and the place is spacious.

Over all average experience. They don’t take strict action for people who park at someone’s reserved parking spot and charge us for parking. People smoke in the lobby.

Living here is convenient to transportation and shopping. Clean and safe environment. Good maintenance response time. Good communicate from management to residence.

Building is cute, it’s a plus that there are cameras everywhere, but there’s a lot of sketchy people around the neighborhood. They also make you pay for parking but nobody else follows that rule, they park wherever.

Overall a decent community. Affordable for students with decent amenities. Close to Douglass college hall bus stop. 5 mins to boyd park. Overall 7/10

Love the apartment building, community is very friendly staff very easy to reach. It has been a great experience living here, would recommend for everyone.

I am having a pleasant time here except for the cockroaches, they are literally everywhere. Cant leave food open for a minute. I wish the gym was bigger. The neighborhood feels safe.

Some issues with cockroaches, can improve on the amenities. But in general very spacious apartments given the rent. Overall a good experience so far

Too many cockroaches. And the fridge has some broken stuff. Other than these every thing is perfect with nice condition. Rooms are big .hall is big , bathroom is nicely arranged, and Of course the kitchen is best.

Neighborhood of Riverside Tower Apartment which is located at 10 Paul Robeson Boulevard is awesome. Grocery shop, deli, train station everything is near.

Multiple times I request for maintenance but without fixing the problem they complete the request and never come. My 1st year was nice place to live but gradually services are getting poor. I won’t recommend

Good neighbors and a good cleaning man. Have cute dogs here. Some are mindful of other and nice. The cleaning man does a very good job with cleaning and having it smelling good/ friendly.

Good clean environment. Low noise and convenient transportation to New York and Philadelphia. Management and staff is very polite. A quick turnaround on maintenance problems. Convenient parking with ample laundry facility.

It’s been beautiful living here, maintenance comes out right away, no noise, laundry facility on site great neighborhood I have no complaints

Been living here for almost 2 years now. The amenities are quite good. Although the lifts could be a little cleaner. The staff is pretty helpful.

Great choice for international students, close to Douglass campus and is cheap in utility. You can always get help from the front desk—— but do read your contract!

The building is well-maintained and clean, with beautiful landscaping and a modern design. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I've had.

It was definitely a great experience at Riverside Tower Apartments. It is located in such a perfect location from where downtown is just 5 mins of walking distance, grocery stores is right across the street and bus stop for Rutgers student is just 3 mins away.

Very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Great staff. I’m glad I made the choice to live here. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.

Worst management ever! Office is very poor on communications. For everything it’s the residents fault. Phone calls never answered. Evelators go down all the time.

Great! All the staff is so helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. All the building is secured with cameras and that make you somehow safe.
