Rivers Edge

I have had a good experience so far, the noise is minimal, neighbors are friendly and the staff has been great. I would like to see more apartment events to get to know new neighbors and possibly a dog washing station in the future.

Overall, I love living here. The management office has been great about stepping above and beyond when some help was needed. Maintenance staff is very responsive to issues within the apartment. BUT we’re coming up on four weeks without one of our elevators! Really?

Kenesha & Chelsea were both great. Please visit rather than trusting the negative reviews. Awesome place! Very clean, very friendly environment. Great location with spectacular views of the river as well as the city skyline.

For the most part I enjoy living here but there are constant issues with amenities like the elevators never working, coffee machine not working, not being able to get in/out out of the garage doors, the dog area and attached lobby are soiled and smell bad. Recently we’ve had fire alarms and follow up testing which totally freaked my cat out. Management does their best but it’s a little exhausting always having one issue or another.

I love it here! The kitchen in my apartment is amazing, the closets and bathrooms are spacious, and the amenities are perfect. Keyless entry on the doors, and I particularly like the app to let visitors in and the package concierge service reduces worries about deliveries going missing. I'm enjoying my new home.

Overall a pretty peaceful experience. The amenities are nice and the price is decent for the apartment but they do charge you a couple hundred dollars in hidden monthly fees. The elevators always seem to have issues but maintenance and management are really good.

Great apartment better views for a great price. The apartments themselves are very diverse and each one is a little different, but i love my apartment style.

River's Edge is a great place to live in for various reasons. This includes a more peaceful and quiet neighborhood, modern style housing, and updated security. In a time where finding nice places to live in that are comfortable, safe, and affordable there is almost no contest. River's Edge is the place to be.

So far we are really excited to live here. The amenities are beautiful and really comfortable and the location is amazing. I ride my bike with my son and we have to ride through nature every day which is unbelievable

Dog friendly, clean, nice amenities, and the management staff is amazing. The pool can get kind of rowdy some evenings which makes it less enjoyable.

Overall I am very satisfied with Rivers Edge and have no plans to move but please... PLEASE... fix the elevator!

We love this place - and the view! We enjoy using the pool, and appreciate access to non-Street parking. We would be happier if they could keep all elevators working!

Such a great place to be, I really enjoy all of the amenities including the pool and grill area and especially the gym!! Everyone is always very nice and sweet

River's Edge is a great community to live in Richmond, providing a great mix of modern amenities, spacious lawn areas and a friendly, attentive staff. Not to mention some amazing views of the city and the James river (if you pick the right unit)!

My opinion is…with all the new apartments buildings, with more modern features going up around this area…and the amount of rent for what you get. This building is way lagging behind.

Rivers Edge is a beautiful building and have an excellent location but management is very unprofessional, they don’t pay attention to the broken things that needs repair and basically don’t help to keep the building safe. Is like they don’t care

10/10 would suggest! I love the community and the Rivers edge team. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Location is beautiful, and the apartments are updated, clean and luxurious. I would suggest this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere they plan on staying for a while. My girlfriend and I sure do!

Rent could be more reasonable but other than that I love living here

I have to say that the maintenance staff, especially the Supervisor, AJ, have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with the issue(s) in my apartment! I've never encountered a staff who cared so much about the tenants and their well-being. AJ even came back after just getting home to attend to my needs and to ensure that I could access my apartment when my door handle was preventing me from getting inside. The maintenance staff also dropped everything and came over on the night of Christmas Eve to help me address a water emergency and provided me with all the supplies and information I needed at the time, which ultimately disrupted their plans and Christmas holiday with their families. They even followed up the next business day to ensure that my water got cut back on when they weren't able to access the necessary funds to make it happen that day. I am so incredibly GRATEFUL to the staff here, and to AJ especially, for making sure that I am okay during this unfortunate time!

Rivers Edge has been an overall enjoyable experience. Its somewhat pricey, but still competive with other communities and has worthy amenities.

Rivers Edge is fantastic. I really lucked out with timing and was able to get a riverfront unit. The views are unbeatable. I love the amenities (even though I don't use them much). Also - not sure if it's because I have considerate neighbors or the walls are well insulated, but I almost never hear any noises outside of my apartment (big improvement from past places I've lived).

The new staff (Felicia and Ben) are amazing! I have seen some great progress since management has changed to Greystar. I have lived here for 2 years and can honestly say the building has never looked so good. I absolutely love my apartment and my RVA city/ James river views. The amenities are great as well, I wish other tenants would be more respectful of them. Only problem is with the dog park, I am hoping this will get mulched soon! Great place to live....at least now it is.

Don’t bother. You can’t use the pool. You can’t park in your assigned parking spot bc other people park there whenever they want. The new management company is now charging for included amenities and raising rents and fees. Residents don’t clean up their dog’s waste. This used to be a nice place to live, new management has ruined that in less than two months.

Think carefully before signing a lease here! Your unit may be riddled with issues prohibiting you to move in however you're financially obligated to pay. They don't paint and replace carpet between tennant's! My guest bathroom has major water damage, big cracks in the walls. Lessee beware!

Beautiful community overall, building cleanliness could be maintained better.

Came in looking for a 2 bedroom for me and my Lab. I instantly fell in love with the building and couldn't be happier with my decision to move here! Iga & Ryan made everything super easy and painless as far as my move (considering I had literally less than 5 weeks to move out of my old apartment and move into my new one) So...... even though I have only lived here a few weeks I am confident my stay here will be everything I hope it to be :-) I highly recommend!
