Key fob doesn’t work with no answers temporary fixes or timeline to get fixed. No follow up or communication from concierge. Hot water didn’t work.

So far so good. Staff and property is nice. Amenities are really nice. The pool is nice. The lobby and front desk crew do an amazing job greeting and receiving packages. No issues so far.

The views are amazing and the apartment building is relatively quiet. My apartment is also the perfect layout... I love that it opens up to the courtyard. However, my floor has many vacant apartments that have smoke alarms constantly beeping. I've mentioned it to management a few times and they said it would be taken care of and it hasn't been for a week. Also, I put in a service request to fix my blinds because they aren't going up and the ticket request was canceled without any explanation. When I look at other apartments, I see that their blinds go up so I'm not sure why my ticket was canceled. All in all, the apartment is so stunningly beautiful.

Thankful for the quick turnaround on my application. Scheduled key pick up and move in day without any issues. Very easy logistics with the loading dock / elevator placement.

Those who work at the concierge are amazing! I love them all. They’re so friendly and welcoming. I know the building is newer, but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because things are a little clunky from time to time and sometimes no one knows what’s going on or the answer to things

I’ve lived in luxury apartments before, but this place has been my least favorite. Communication between management and residents needs improvement, especially as it pertains to faulty equipment and repairs.

So far so good! No security in building and parking garage does worry me a bit… but I’m new here so we’ll see how this goes!!! Love the view and I can't wait to enjoy my balcony.

My move in experience was super seamless and easy. Looking forward to enjoying and learning more about this dwelling as a new comer. I do not agree with the price of monthly parking fee though, price decrease should definitely occur.

Took a tour about a month ago the leasing agent had no knowledge of the property. She showed me apartments I wasn’t interested in renting. She half showed me the amenities space. I was told she would send me a video of the apartment layout I was interested in. It’s going on two months I haven’t received the video as of yet. She never followed up this is the second tour I have taken hoping I would get someone else. Nope same person both tour were a disaster

The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Yana! There are still some issues being worked out (parking garage spaces, trash valet costs, sidewalks not taken care of with inclement weather), but with it being a new building it’s expected. Hoping they take current resident opinions in account!

To be brief I would be much happier here if the property manager was replaced. He was handed keys to a brand new building to run and it’s decaying fast under his management. The lack of his respect towards residents is apparent, always diminishing feelings and shooing away complaints or issues. There’s bound to be issues in a new building but having someone that isn’t competent in handling them is making this place go downhill fast.
