Excellent service, responsive kind and helpful staff.

The assistant manager is so rude, when I come in and ask about packages. The manager is never there or always on her cell phone. She's not approachable. I guess someone has a problem answering the phone. I called several times this weekend nobody answered.

Love everything about this place. Emily is great and so is the rest of the staff. I couldn’t be happier living here.

Just moved in a week ago but the staff and maintenance team have been terrific. I love the bright light and windows in my new home and every little issue I have had was taken care of immediately. Emily and Fallin in the office were so nice and accommodating and the maintenance crew I have met…Israel and Abel were so fast and helpful. I highly recommend!

This place looks just like its picture and that is a PLUS for my daughter and I. She was looking for an affordable place that had wonderful amenities and great atmosphere! She found the place. The place is clean and beautiful...seemingly peaceful and the staff was great. Fallon was amazing and patient. She was caring, informative and considerate. They always respond to the emails and answer their phones. I would recommend this place during this time. Don't miss out on their deals!

Here are some of the Pros: Nice apartments, nice pool, nice walk-in closet, etc....etc. Those are all nice things, but just because something looks nice on the outside, doesn't always means the same on the inside. The major negative thing that trumps all the good nice is particular snotty individual by the name, Racheal. As a current resident, Mrs. Racheal has been disgusting, selfish, rude, and a bully. It's no wonder why they keep switching out officer managers; I hope that this new one will stick around, and what a toxic person she is.

The office staff is awful..Especially Rachel..they change out office managers every few weeks, they never finish the construction work, and they are out of code with their sprinkler system. One of the buildings was heavily damaged by water and nothing has been done to repair those apartments. The dumpster is always overflowing and the pool is disgusting. If I had known what I was getting into I would’ve never stepped foot onto this property. Save your money and save yourself many headaches and stay far away from Riverpointe. I only gave it one star because it won’t let you post the review without one. More like negative 10 stars!!!!

I current live in these apartments and hate it! Management is awful, dont need anything because work orders are not a priority! NOR are the current residence.

This apartment complex used to be a great place to live where we were treated like valued residents. Recently this has declined significantly. They will even enter your apartment without notification and begin major renovations. When we originally went to talk about this, one of the ladies that worked in the office was hiding in the back and would not come out and speak to us. Almost 24 hours later, we were able to talk to the manager who gave us a story about a text message not going out, but after that we had no communication about these major renovations that have left almost a whole bedroom unusable for two weeks. Issues used to get fixed in a timely manner and if they were not fixed we at least were told what was going on, now we cant even get a message when we have received a package. The apartments themselves are very nice, but if you want a place that values you as a resident and communicates with you this is not the place to live.

We have lived here since 2006..The staff that we have now are trying their best to please everyone. And they are doing great upgrading the apartments and the gyms..So excited to see what in store for the future..Keep up the good work....

Moved in last month and my move was very easy and the office staff were very helpful especially since I work 7 days a week and had to communicate a lot through email. My apartment was recently remodeled and my kids and I really enjoy it. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone wanting to move to Conroe. The location is perfect.

Recently moved in and so far it has been a good experience. I think the remodels on the apartments are great and makes me feel right at home. The staff also has been great and accommodating when needed. I would recommend living here.

This complex is very well maintained and kept up now with the new amazing staff and management. They handle everything very accurately and quickly. The maintenance team is also very quick at responding to request made via the office or via online. Definitely would recommend River Pointe Apartments to people in the search for an apartment in the Conroe Area.

A very safe and quiet apartment. All new renovations. occasional issues with appliances, but other than that its wonderful!

My wife and I have greatly enjoyed our two year stay at River Pointe. We just transferred to larger layout and signed another yearlong lease. They are currently working to remodel and really make the place a luxury community. The office staff is helpful and the complex is beautifully kept with a nice pool and an outdoor kitchen area currently in construction. It's close to I-45 making it a breeze to get to The Woodlands and Magnolia. There are a variety of layouts to suit your needs!

I gave them three stars for the following reason. In the 6 years that we have lived here we have had over 8 different office staff. We are charged for water leaks that we have no control over. Instead of the corporate office eating the cost for a water line break they divide it among the residents. I was personally over charged for the number of occupants. I went into the office and told them when my son joined the army and moved out. They told me they would change it. We then had a three managers since then(1 year time) and we were being charged for five occupants instead of four and they were not giving us a paper water and sewage bill they were just posting the dollar amount to our online account. I have already contacted a lawyer about the lease being not withheld by them. I won to a certain point but not fully what I was looking for. I have asked three times to have my toilet fixed because it is constantly running and they have yet to come fix it. It has been three weeks. They give u a chance to win $500 if u write a referral. I have filled it out every time but never won and have never been contacted to find out what could be done to better. If you have the option to move here don't. The pool is constantly green and has never been shut down completely to clean it like a public pool should be. They do not check the ph except when it turns green. It took them over a year to replace the patio furniture. We were recently not allowed to have grills on our patios but have not been given an are to grill. They took the sports court down to put in an outdoor kitchen but have not completed it. They started in May and it has been sitting in the same condition since. Every year our rent goes up, which I get, however when you are not doing anything for the residents it's not worth it. The only reason we stay is this place is centrally located for our jobs and the kids school and has the three bedrooms.

Management changes every few months. They do not care about current residents and have a rude attitude. The pool is constantly filthy, they took out the basketball court to build something else several months ago, started it and then stopped. The dumpsters overflow on the weekend... I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and cross this place off of your list if you're looking for a new apartment. The oil and gas industry is laying off and as a result, there are great deals to be had. My daughter just snagged a sweet place on Sawmill Rd. and got a great deal.

Living at River Pointe apartments was a great experience! All of the staff is ON point with everything they do! They genuinely care about the guests and are always there to help! I am currently looking for a new apartment and will absolutely consider River Pointe Apartments again!

I currently live here and the management is AWFUL! Any time I need to reach the office I have to spend half a day calling 4 different numbers and even then I’m lucky to get someone to pick up or a response to a message. My celling has been leaking and the spot has expanded to three rooms now and anytime I ask for it to be looked at they come and say it’s fixed. I asked why the celling was leaking and just got an email back its fixed. Also when my toilet was broken it took three days for them to come and fix it so I would have to run to the store to go to the bathroom since it’s the only toilet. Save yourself the headache and DON’T rent from this place it will be a nightmare.

Since they brought in a new manager the place has gone seriously downhill. Rude.In the middle of our lease the manager decides shes only taking full payments in rent. What about roommates with seperate banks? Dirty grounds. Maintenance requests backed up. Not worth the money. Ill be moving as soon as my lease is up.

I have lived in this complex for almost 4 years. The management has changed more times than I can remember and it gets worse each time. They do cosmetic stuff to make it look good but it is poorly maintained and the management staff is rude. Scratch this place off of your list if you're shopping for apartments in the Conroe or N.
