I have really enjoyed my experience so far, that apartment was clean when we moved in for the most part. Maintaince is a little slow for non emergent request but will respond quickly for emergencies

It took 2 months for them to replace our air conditioning unit when it went out. We got roaches while our apartment was 80 degrees and spent another month trying to get pest control to come out. Which was shoddy at best. I rode out the end of lease and moved asap

I love the office staff at River Pointe. They are always so welcoming and nice. They really care about the residents here! Always very helpful and will do everything to make sure everything is smooth

We’ve been very happy here for 8 years. This is home. The staff is great and the location is excellent. We have had no major issues in all these years. There’s not many places where you can say that.

I have lived here at River Pointe for six years. It’s very affordable in comparison to other properties in the area maintenance staff is always friendly and knocks work orders out quickly.

Just moved in. Maintenance don't like to do their job. But the property is gorgeous and quite and the apartments are nice for the price and everyone seems friendly so far.

Been at these apartments for going on two years and they have awesome customer service. Always there when u need them. The pool and the gym are always clean. Property is clean as well. They have great coffee inside office.

Very displeased so far, initial move in it was very dirty, damages and things broken. Still waiting for maintenance to come fix the things they are willing to fix. But honestly I feel like my unit needs a full renovation!

everyone is so nice. I love the community and the apartment. I wish someone would fix our ac though. We get little to no ac in the master bedroom which leaves it feeling extremely hot and every time a work order is put in we’re given an answer like “leave your door open,” which does not help or “close the other vents,” which just makes the rest of the apartment hot too.

10/10. Cannot possibly be happier. This experience was made so easy and simple. Probably one of the best transitions I've ever had from home to home.

Amazing complex. Fantastic pool, the gym is the best in the area and i love the starbucks coffee in the clubhouse. I fell in love with my apartment. Best apartment kitchen ive eve had. So much storage!

The property is nice and quiet. Maintenance has been quick and helpful with the few problems I've had. The office staff is friendly and does their best to get back to me on any questions I've had.

Love it here won’t chose anywhere else but here just the office staff and maintenance crew are great and they keep this place going and if we need anything they are always there

I love the area . Hate pest problem and I will don’t have my washer hooked up. Moving day I had roaches and I’ve asked for pest control . And it took almost a month to get my parking pass

I’ve been a resident here for about 4 years now and I love it ! The location is great and the neighborhood is cool as the neighbors, everyone is friendly and minds their own business.

I enjoy the new ownership and the staff that was brought in. It has been a very nice change with the upgrades the property manager has made. I am overwhelmed with joy

Getting the apartment was a little rocky and maintenance was taking forever but now I love my apartment. I appreciate Camron for helping me out

There are some major problems in my new apartment that need fixing but I’m hoping to have them resolved soon. The staff is friendly but I’m not too happy with the condition of the apartment.

I do love it here at River Pointe. The only thing I struggle with being here is the lack of pest control. I have never had an issue with bugs until i moved into the back of the property and now we have such a bug problem.

AC went out and it’s still not fixed, three weeks later. Pool is green, gates don’t work, amenities are constantly under maintenance for weeks at a time. And I’ve started to have a bug problem due to lack of temperature control. And did I mention it’s 80 degrees in my apartment and has been all July. They do not care to help or compensate. I honestly could not recommend this complex less. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you have an issue they surely won’t fix it. Just hope that you break ur lease and leave or shut up.

I have been living at River Pointe for a little over three years and I love it here. The staff have always been so nice and responsive. The maintenance team are all Rockstars. They show up they get the job done. It’s done very quickly and with a lot of smiles. I love my River Pointe community.

Pros: Near establishments, hospitals, groceries, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Old apartment and appliances. Roaches upon move-in. Clog sinks.

Since I moved during a ownership transition. My move in and access was limited. Things might be better but I wasn't able to enjoy all the reasons I moved here until now.

Moving in to our apartment has been a struggle because the apartment was left to us in a terrible and filthy state. Unfortunately we were unaware of the weed smell and that the carpets were not professionally cleaned before our move in. We’ve been trying everything we can to get rid of the smell.

My overall experience has been pretty good. The neighbors are nice and always got along with each other. The only real problem is have had was the AC keeps freezing over. It is ancient. New staff is pretty nice. Things have changed since they switch companies though.

Im going to be completely honest. The dumpsters need cleaning the smell has gotten worse. When we have asked for repairs they are not done. My toilet in main bedroom continues to run constantly. It was supposed to fixed months ago. It's disappointing that we pay for amenities like the pool but it is always closed. Ive also noticed a increased number of people parking in our paid parking spots. River pointe is not a bad place to live just needs some TLC.

I’ve enjoyed living at River pointe. The community is very nice and peaceful. I love my apartment and the location that it is in. Management and staff have been very nice.

Overall is good. A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs and doggie bags often run out with a long restock time. The side walk does flood when it rains and leaves a muddy mess afterwards.

Enjoyed the location and ease of entering the complex. The services have been well-timed. The pool has been closed more than expected, and being closed for the 4th of July was disappointing. Ive enjoyed this location.

River Pointe has been a wonderful experience. Whenever we have had to call for maintenance it has been very quickly handled. Within a day or two of the call. The workout center is also one of my favorites. Very clean and nice equipment variety.

The transition was a little rough. It was not easy to get things done in a timely matter. I don’t feel that the care of the property has been a top priority. Hoping things will improve with time.

We moved at the end of May. We still have not been able to get access to the pool or fitness center. The pool is a health hazard though at this point. Multiple systems used by management have been confusing and redundant. Someone the staff has been very friendly but others have not. Communication is improving but the community problems seem to be increasing.

The experience is mostly nice but I have been calling for the past few weeks and have received no response to any of my voicemails regarding rent. I am also confused about the things I need to do before collecting my keys.

No major issues to report. Small maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Pro: quiet. I don't hear my neighbors. I like the location. Cons: parking area by my building could be a little brighter at night. Front gates left open fairly often. 4 stars because the new management company took over at the end of March. We still do not have pool or gym access unless you're available during normal office hours. This doesn't really fit my schedule.

Was very simple and the team was pretty responsive for questions. I am moving in next week and am excited to start building a community in conroe.

We have lived here 8 years. The office staff has always been nice. We have never had an issue that wasn’t addressed promptly and satisfactory. The maintenance staff has usually responded in a reasonable time.

Everything has been great so far. The maintenance staff is fast and polite. The grounds are clean. Everything has been pretty peaceful since moving in. The only thing I'm waiting on is updated fingerprint scanners so the gym can be 24 hours again.

I’ve been here for about 3 months, I moved in at the same time as the management change. I like the new staff and the improvements they’ve been making.

So far great. Staff isn't that helpful but apartments themselves are great. Public areas are clean. Lots of great amenities. Plenty of great stores nearby.

The assistant manager is so rude, when I come in and ask about packages. The manager is never there or always on her cell phone. She's not approachable. I guess someone has a problem answering the phone. I called several times this weekend nobody answered.

Love everything about this place. Emily is great and so is the rest of the staff. I couldn’t be happier living here.

Just moved in a week ago but the staff and maintenance team have been terrific. I love the bright light and windows in my new home and every little issue I have had was taken care of immediately. Emily and Fallin in the office were so nice and accommodating and the maintenance crew I have met…Israel and Abel were so fast and helpful. I highly recommend!

This place looks just like its picture and that is a PLUS for my daughter and I. She was looking for an affordable place that had wonderful amenities and great atmosphere! She found the place. The place is clean and beautiful...seemingly peaceful and the staff was great. Fallon was amazing and patient. She was caring, informative and considerate. They always respond to the emails and answer their phones. I would recommend this place during this time. Don't miss out on their deals!

Here are some of the Pros: Nice apartments, nice pool, nice walk-in closet, etc....etc. Those are all nice things, but just because something looks nice on the outside, doesn't always means the same on the inside. The major negative thing that trumps all the good nice is particular snotty individual by the name, Racheal. As a current resident, Mrs. Racheal has been disgusting, selfish, rude, and a bully. It's no wonder why they keep switching out officer managers; I hope that this new one will stick around, and what a toxic person she is.

The office staff is awful..Especially Rachel..they change out office managers every few weeks, they never finish the construction work, and they are out of code with their sprinkler system. One of the buildings was heavily damaged by water and nothing has been done to repair those apartments. The dumpster is always overflowing and the pool is disgusting. If I had known what I was getting into I would’ve never stepped foot onto this property. Save your money and save yourself many headaches and stay far away from Riverpointe. I only gave it one star because it won’t let you post the review without one. More like negative 10 stars!!!!
