Property Ratings at Rise North Arlington
We have to pay for pest control every single month in our bill However the roach problem they have is an infestation. We pulled the fridge out and had to clean as we could see roaches coming out from the fridge, there in the stove, and my nice samsung washer/dryer set I paid for now has roaches inside of it!!!!!!!!! So livid because they will do nothing we have to pay for it via rent and our stuff we keep inside the unit is now infested I'm assuming

I just moved in and I love the place. There is always parking they have helped me with everything. Maintenance has responded and helped as quick as possible. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family
I am looking for a new place to call home, the ladies in the office were very energetic, fun and was greeted by the manager when I first walked into the office She was very outgoing and informational of the property. I was shown a 1 bedroom apartment by a very nice and engaging lady named Lilly. I so enjoyed my visit to Alcove more than the other properties that I visited that day. Alcove is definitely at the top of my list for my move in January. Loved all the energy these ladies put out!!!!
What a wonderful experience I had when I visited Alcove looking for a place to call home. Monica was just delightful and very knowledgeable of her community. The Manager greeted us as we came in the door. I loved the floor plan of the 1 bedroom townhome. I would total recommend this apartment community to all my friends and family.
We have been living here for almost 2 years. With these being older apartments and the walls and floors being thin, there have been some major discomfort due to inconsiderate nose from neighbors. But eliminating that whenever there has been moments that have occurred, someone from the office is always right there to assist. In addition to that Stephanie has been a phenomenal assistant since the new management. There was a moment that I was in need of assistance on opening my door during an urgent time of need and she helped without any hesitation. YOU ROCK Stephanie! I would also like to give two thumbs up to Cee Cee, the management and maintenance during times of difficult challenging, or stressful situations for their amazing support to me and my family as tenants here at Alcove Apartment Homes. I would recommend someone in need of a place to live to give Alcove apartment a chance as a decision for a place to live. Thank you guys so much! YOU ROCK!
I live in a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and I love the layout because both rooms are separated by the living room so there is more privacy. The apartment also includes a small room with washer and dryer hookup which provides additional storage space. The complex has a pool with a gorgeous stone waterfall and lounge chairs, and it has a gym that overlooks the pool. The managers do their best to foster a community atmosphere by hosting events such as pool and holiday parties, this gives residents a chance to meet one another. Also, the times I have requested maintenance all issues were resolved within 48 business hours. This is a safe, clean and quiet property that is within 2 miles of numerous grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
Very pleased to call this place home. I have been a tenant for 8yrs now and the office has had a few turnovers but have been very helpful to their tenants. I would recommend anyone to come and check this place out.
Situated on the North East side of Arlington, just a block from River Legacy Park and the River Legacy Living Science Center, this complex offers something for everyone. A pool that has areas in the shade (in Texas-what an idea!), a great clubhouse with complimentary Keurig coffee, a gym room, bbq areas and lots of trees. There are kids but they are well behaved and not noisy (who knew?!?). The staff responds to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Just a few miles from I30, ATT Stadium (really? c'mon! It's Cowboy Stadium, right?), Rangers Ball Park, Hwy 360...We have been here three years, just renewed again.
