Koreatown is a vibrant LA neighborhood fille with hidden gems, bars, eateries, and a collision of cultures. As the name suggests, the atmosphere in Koreatown is heavily influenced by Korean culture. The neighborhood is a favorite destination among foodies city-wide for its endless selection of authentic Korean restaurants, but the community has a much more diverse character than that: the broad range of cultural influences is exemplified in landmarks like the synagogue and contemporary art gallery of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the Latin fusion cuisine of Roy Choi’s restaurants, and the popular German/Korean/Hawaiian tinged gastropub, Biergarten.
Although the area is a hot spot for LA residents’ day trips, Koreatown is known as one of the best places to live in LA. Most locals rent their homes and enjoy parks, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance of their apartments.

Hello, Thank you for your great feedback! We hope you love living here! -Rise Koreatown Team
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING MANAGEMENT & GREAT APARTMENT !! I recently moved in for February. I decided to sign same day as tour comparing to apartment to DTLA. The process was smoothly and the management team was great working with them! My leasing agent was Brianna and she has been so helpful along the way! The apartment is so clean and the living experience has been amazing. Also shoutout to Steven, Jeff and Angela! Even the security team is great! I can’t thank these people enough for a smooth move in transition in middle of the semester. Highly recommend living here while ur like 5 mins walk to Hmart and Ralph! It’s quiet not being on like the busy streets but only a block or two away. Only downside is parking for visitors but that’s everywhere in ktown!!! Street parking have been easy to locate day time for friends/ family visit! Don’t miss out Rise! Being only studio and 1bedroom apartment is very quiet. The view is so nice on balcony, and there is one side facing Hollywood sign and you are able to see clear Hollywood sign all the time!

The Rise Koreatown is a great place to live. All the amenities and staff are extremely nice. The apartments themselves are brand new and it is much cleaner than other ktown residences. Only thing i would love to see an improvement on is visitor parking.

Thank you so much Angela for helping us out! She took so much time with us and answered all the questions that we had thoroughly. 30 minutes of a tour with her literally hooked us into his place and we decided to move in. Very professional and kind. The best community manager that I've met so far. Very nice and neat place, a great swimming pool area, a fantastic city view from rooftop, and 24/7 gym with sauna and yoga place. What more can you ask for! Again, thank you so much Angela!
