The manager is very competent and communicative. If you have an issue, you can always get assistance and Ashlee is nice too. Good team and nice maintenance. Prices are good too.

My unit is so spacious to be a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is conveniently located close to nearby stores and hospitals. The property managers are straight forward and helpful every step of the way during my transition to this wonderful residence. My daughter and I could not be any happier to call this place HOME. I strongly recommend this residence.

I like the location of Ridgewood Apts we are surrounded by good locations of eating places and businesses near by. Not only is the location great but it’s a quiet community. Managers and staff are quick to respond and prompt. Every place has ups and downs but we’ve had no issues and maintenance is fast. Pest control technician is very knowledgeable and keeps any buggies away!

Amber from front office is very nice and assisted us with everything we needed, every question and concern before signing our lease. I love the level of transparency she has I recommend 100%. The application can be a lot of signing but I would prefer that over any hassle other apartment gives us. My apartment is very big in size and I adore the kitchen. My husband likes the gym. 5/5 stars

My husband and I are expecting this February! So naturally we needed a place to call home and we couldn’t be more happier with Ridgewood West! It’s a lovely gated community and even has playgrounds for our little girl to play on soon! The staff is fantastic, extremely helpful and kind. Would HIGHLY recommend Ridgewood!

Everything is great, better than my previous apartment. I love it here. Very nice. My family visits me and they also like my apartment :)

I think one of the best things about my complex is Amber from the front office. She was very helpful and informative thru the whole application and made me feel valued. I would give this girl a raise cause I worked in customer service and she is top tier!! The apartment itself is great I have no complaints it’s quiet and my neighbors are nice!!!

It’s been better since management changed. I feel valued by the staff and I’m going to get my daughter to get a place here

While searching for a new apartment home, I came across Ridgewood West. I spoke with a young lady named Ashley, She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I went into the office to get more information and to tour their 2BD apartment and I was greeted by Ashley. Her bubbly personality, and positive attitude really made me feel at ease. Amber & Carla are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Even though I did not qualify to lease there, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Ridgewood. The community is beautiful and those ladies make a great team!

I rented a three-bedroom apartment at Ridgewood West Apartments from Amber in January. I was really pleased with her service and attitude. She was pleasant, quick to respond, and truthful throughout the whole process. She always answered my calls or emails when I had any questions about my application and paperwork. She explained everything about the lease agreement, like parking, trash removal, late charges,and pest control and any necessary unit charges, if any. She was really clear about the availability and condition of the apartment unit to me. Once, I moved into my unit, which was clean and undamaged, and I saw everything and was satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend Amber and her team because they're the best. I would give them five stars out of five. I would also recommend Ridgewood West Apartments.

This place has come a long way in the short time I've been here. I think the community has grown and prospered and I truly believe it is a home for everyone.

I love it here. The office staff are super helpful with anything residents are needing, the apartments and amenities are really nice & its a good price for an apartment here in Huntsville! Amber (office staff) assisted me throughout the entire application process, making things way easier and less stressful on me. She was very helpful and went above and beyond.

I’ve been a resident since July 2023 and i absolutely love this place. I’ve stayed in two other apartments in Huntsville and this is the best and most convenient for me.

The power constantly keeps going out even when its SUNSHINE outside.

Please take heed to my warning. This complex is infested with fungus gnats and German roaches. The gnats will fly in your food and the roaches will climb all over your walls. They do not fix anything here, they just throw things together and tell you it's fixed. You could hear a pen drop on carpet above you because the walls are so thin. If you care about the mental well-being of yourself and your family, please stay away from this place. I fully intend to move before my lease term is up because I cannot deal with this anymore.

they do nothing about robberies here. if i could rate this place a 0 i would, this new apartment landlord is completely horrible. she never shows up to her job on time when it says show up at 10 am or even comes at all. she avoids problems she does nothing about it. it isnt hard to do your job. worst experience ever do not come here!!!

Ridgewood West apartment has now turned to a residence of burglars and vandals. A place where properties are no longer safe and secure. the security in the apartment is porous and horrible, Robbers commit robberies and burglaries at any times they like without being caught or investigated. it is becoming a dangerous apartment to live and raise families.

Living in these apartments has been the best experience in my life in my past of rental history. The office staff has been very awesome & understanding. Knowing the condition that I am in as a single mom they have worked hard to help me prevent any type of evictions. When I report a problem with the apartment they are there on top of their job fixing the issue right away. I have really enjoyed my 3 years here I would continue to lease at this same location, but, due to me trying to better myself & extend my education level I have to relocate to Houston Texas. Hopefully I will find another Dalcor Management Company that will be affiliated with Ridgewood West, they have been so good to me, I have been one happy tenant.
