Ridgeline Apartments

I don't know when or where these pictures came from. But these apartments do not look like this, and the outside is not taken care of at all. Or maintained in any way...

I love it here ! Me and bf been here for 6 months and got the one bedroom, I love it ! The patio is huge ! The maintenance are on it when we have any concerns, even the management is REALLY GOOD. The ladies in the office are really helpful and very nice and get things done ! I would recommend these apartments to anyone interested. We love it so much that we are going to transfer to a bigger unit since we want to expand our family. The only thing I think needs to be done is updating inside the units with better cabinets and better paint job that's it but other then that I love it HERE.

I lived here for over a year and was disappointed in how unprofessional management was. The grounds are never kept up. The property has been without finished patios the entire time I lived there. Kids outside digging in dirt messing with landscaping without any parent supervision. There is poop everywhere you walk because no one cleans up after their animals. Homeless people wonder the grounds day and night. Digging in the trash and taking whatever they please off patios. The gate never works. Street parking is dangerous so be careful at night there are no street lights and there is no visitor parking allowed ever. The pool was never open because of the filter being broken. The outside where children have to walk to school is disturbing to say the least. Lots of trash and debris as well as broken glass from people having their car windows broken into at night. Overall don’t move here unless you absolutely have too.

The walls and windows in this complex are very thin. I can hear everything going on outside. My neighbors are also really loud (yelling, crying kids, etc). I’ve put in complaints on them several times and all they get is a warning every time. I can’t hang out on my balcony because of the noise. The outside of the apartments is not well kept. The inside of the apartments are poorly renovated. I would not re-new my lease here. Its okay for the struggling student/adult but if you can afford it, don’t live here.

Very pleased with the amount of space this apartment has provided for my younger toddlers. Love the maintenance!

I have lived here for two years going on 3. And I have to say it is the best place I have lived. The property is well kept and safe. I have a 2yr old and I had to have a place I felt safe. It is quiet at night and there is everything you need near by. The management Team is amazing. Cynthia, Elizabeth, Breanna and Breanna the manager are always so welcoming and helpful. And they get to know their tenants not a new set of faces every time you go in. The Maintence group is on top of things. When they tell you they will be there on a certain day they are. If you are looking to move I would definitely recommend Ridgeline.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and we couldn't be happier. The apartments complex is clean, well kept, and the front office staff is very helpful. If we have an issue with anything it is taken care of within a day. The apartments are within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and schools.

Ridgeline has been a great place to live! Me and my wife have been living here for about 6 months and it’s been nothing but a good experience, from the staff and the maintenance workers everyone has just been very welcoming and helpful.

Staff are very professional helpful and friendly Apartments Very satisfying place to live beautiful view wonderful spacious apartments and patio very affordable all shopping locations literally walking distance couldn’t have chosen a better complex to live in been here over a year have yet to find anything to complain about??

This community was the 3rd place we stopped at in our apartment hunt and it was the last. From the beginning with the tour I fell in love with it and all of its upgrades and amenities. Granite counter tops with a deep sink in the kitchen, dishwasher and brand new fancy stove along with a brand new fridge! Bathrooms have vanity mirrors perfect for getting dolled up on date night with the hubby. We are a family with 3 kids and each room is very spacious and walk-in closets in each room is a plus! Our unit has an outdoor mini courtyard perfect for the little ones to play. At night the walk ways are very well lit up along with the parking carports and open parking. Gated with only tenant access which is perfect for piece of mind on safety. No issues with any neighbors very quiet and everyone who walks by greets you with a good morning or hello. We have only had to call maintenance once and they were here same day. Maintenance is on site almost every day remodeling units with beautiful new things. Parking hasn’t really been an issue. Outside parking is available on the street which my guest have left their cars out there overnight with no issues. Tons of fast food restaurants,Ralph’s, US Bank, Sprint, Metro, BofA, Starbucks and many more places are all walking distance. Everything is so close and convenient. Staff is here everyday unlike other communities who are operated only Monday thru Friday during regular business hours...for those like myself weekends are my days off and the days I like to personally walk in to drop off my rent check they are here and ready to help and are all always so polite. Both Brianna’s and Liz are amazing and always so friendly and they stay smiling!!!! Definitely 5 stars and recommend this community hands down!!!

In July it will be 1 year since we moved here and during this time I've been so grateful to have chosen these apartments out of all the others around the area. It really is a great place to live, you won't regret choosing ridgeline apartments to be your new home.

I've been living here for less than a year and it's been an awesome experience. Its quiet and clean. Front office girls Cynthia and Elizabeth are always welcoming. If anything needs to be fixed it's done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place to live Ridgeline is the place.

I Love how quiet it is throughout the day and night. All the trees really brings a sense of tranquility.

These got to be our favorite apartments complex we lived in , been here for a year already it’s really peaceful and near schools , restaurants, and freeway !

These are great apartments. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I was just here trying to find a two bedroom by two bath and oh my goodness the apartments are beautiful. They had basically everything a little thing i needed with all those appliances. I hate how some places you have to walk out and do laundry, but if i live here i can finally do my laundry in home. I have never seen such a cute and sophisticated home. And oh the office staff is so nice and they helped me out so much. They answered all my many questions. Oh i cant wait to move in.

Clean, quiet, and plenty of parking. Love the wooden floors and granite countertops. Also washer and dryer included, which is a must.. no complaints here..

I been living here for two years and I fell in love with the high ceilings and the open patio deck. I love how every unit has a washer and dryer, and with all the modern upgrades it makes me want to stay even more. I love Ridgeline and the staff is beyond wonderful and understanding. I love living here.

The place is great to live at. All appliances and inside is super modern and beautiful! The maintenance and staff are extremely friendly !

The staff at Ridgeline Apts. are very friendly and make you feel right at home. They keep us updated on all concerns and make you feel like you matter. They are always working on improving the property w8th the up most professionalism. I couldn't think of a better place to call home.

My apartment is so cute and cozy. I just bought a new white couch and it goes great with the gray flooring. I was debating on whether or not I should get a white couch because it can get dirty so easily but I have no pets or kids so I figure I can keep it nice and clean. I think the apartment compliments itself really well because the granite is white with specks of black. It just makes everything look so fresh and modern. Another one of my favorite features of the apartment is the bathroom mirrors. I honestly feel like I am in a hotel with those mirrors. The outside is nice too, although the grass does seem to be a little brown but maybe because its the start of summer. The ladies in the office and the maintenance are all nice and great. The day of my move in I was having such a hard time because it was one of those days that everything goes wrong. First I lost my bank card the day before so I couldn't get the money for move-in. I ended up having to transfer money into my friends account and get it that way. Then my friends that were suppose to help moved canceled so I had to beg and pay my brother to help. But when I got to the office they made my move-in simple and even had the maintenance man help my brother get by bed inside. Great customer service. I plan on staying in these apartments for a long time.

Ridgeline is a very nice place to live. Very clean community and the apartments are very spacious and clean. However the girls in the office who are leasing agents ONLY. Are too young very immature and not very professional. This is something i think should be changed allowing young girls to work in the office that really don't seem to know what they are doing. I think the only responsibility that the girls in the office should have is to show the apartments. Other then that i strongly feel that the manager there should step up to the game and be a full manager to the community. I believe in doing this management would have happier residents as well as residents who may stay a little more longer which means less vacancy. Which means happier Owners and Happier Managers as well as Happier Tenants. I strongly feel professionalism, honest, and respect is the 3 most important things a manager should have. By putting girls that look like they are fresh out of high school is really not a smart choice. Especially having a lot of reviews as i see that are saying the same thing really makes the apartment it self and management look very bad. Strong advice..... Get rid of the little girls in the office.

I've been here for a yr. I agree with the other reviews! Roaches inside and outside @ night yes it's true. Dumpster divers yes I have one that lives next door! They make their living off that. They also break into empty units by the way. My car got broken into my husbands saddle bags were taken within the 1st month of signing the lease. I also got my cans that I recycle taken. The smell of weed is very strong no surprise there. Upstairs yes it's ridiculously loud every step is heard, water running and toliet flushing and laundry! Complex water has been turned off many many times due to a pipe "rupture". Maintenance no complain they are friendly and take care of you. Office no one answers the phone and they are rude and short. Lastly No security patrol! Will not continue my lease.

It's a nice property but for some reason this entire property is covered in roaches. So loud due to upstairs having vinyl flooring. Every single foot step could be heard from downstairs. Think twice before living here!!

Really? Rent is going up in the hood? Cockroaches? Infestation!!!!! Yuk!!! If you cant afford another this place, Than that sucks!!!!! Because this place is infested with cockroaches!!! And if you dont mind them, WELCOME HOME!!!!! LOL Dont move in if you hate those little critters. They will crawl in you food and you are trying to sleep!? Yikes!!!! LOL And they have the nerve to raise the rent?!? Really!? Wow!!!!! Dont do it!!!!!!

when I read the amenities, policies, and general information I was excited. the space seemed clean and the apt large. upon moving in however I have been plagued with one disappointment after another. the gated community is in fact technically gated but the front gate does not close. perhaps this is the reason I am plagued with solicitors and being awoken at 5am by dumpster divers. as well as heard of cars being vandalized and broken in to. the landscape is relatively nice but there is an abundance of liter. the sprinklers seem broken as I have seen several watering the parking lot. now to my apartment...while large in space the hard planked floor i was promised is in fact a soft vinyl that is damaged by just about everything. the "new" counter top is what appears to be the old simply wrapped. this also is easily damaged. I agree with a previous post that the laundry is a bit inconvenient and also is a small set so I have to use the laundry room anyway. meaning i pay for the privilege to have laundry in home and pay to use the community ones. it says on here that water is free...that is a lie. it's billed monthly which is disheartening when I watch the amount of wasted water around me. ie: constant over watering. there are several vanity issues such as dripped paint and crooked switches that plague my place. it would seem to get turn around the contractors simply rush and dont care. the rent hikes have begun to drive out residents. they are having to pay higher rents but to my knowledge are not retrofitted with the laundry and new floors or counters. my appliances were older and seemed to be quite used in function and appearance. maintenance staff is fairly helpful and friendly but management is hard to get a hold of at times and can have an attitude occasionally. not to say every interaction was negative but the ones that were left a bad taste. I do not dislike the community or people in general but am disappointed at a lot of the misrepresentation. if everything was "as advertised" I would give all the stars. unfortunately my disappointment won't allow it.

I just moved in and my apartment is infested with roaches! An exterminator came to my apartment about 2 weeks ago but the roaches are still here. All of ridgeline apartments must be infested with roaches because they are even out at night by the parking lot, it is beyond disgusting. I am so upset that these people did not take care of this issue before I signed my one year lease!

The apartment we live in is great. Pros: Biggest square footage compared to the rest of the apartments in the area. Rooms are big which is great for us college students so no one gets stuck in the "smaller room." Fair price for space and amenities provided. Cons: Our biggest complaint would have to be management. Upon moving in our water heater was not working properly and it took them almost a month to fix this problem. We had no hot water for a month! Laundry room is found in the closet of second bedroom which is not convenient if you have roommates. On top of that there is not alot of parking, its hard to find parking if you come home late at night. As far as amenities go this apartment has a great little gym that is open from 6-10. There is a laundromat , bbq station, fire pit and cavanas around the pool area.

Unfortunately, we didn't know prior to moving in that this place was infested by cockroaches. Seemed somewhat of a nice place when we first looked at a different apartment. Looks can be deceiving.

Management and maintenance is on point when ever you need them, nice units, remodeled units from 1 to 2 bedrooms, close to the freeway

All freshley remodeled. Nice management staff, and helpfull. Fast maintance. Family and pet friendly. Quiet. Well kept landscape. Clean grounds. Good helpfull neighbors. Been here for 4 months. I like it.my kids like. Decent space. Safe.

This is very nice as well as the quality the apartments an community very well managed very nice cleaned very well kept an extremely definitely we'll tooking Care off as well as community and inverpent looks very well positive very well managed very well and com very nice as the looks of it an most defetely quietly neighborhood with positive well manner people my opposition on it as the looks and couple of very respectively people I have talk to an well as lives there and been around the neighborhood and community for quiet an whole now thanks for you're patients and well as your time God bless you and have a nice blissful day thanks for your time
