Run far far
Roach infested. Trash infested. You can’t tell until after 2 weeks of moving in. Gun shots near by. Car break ins and kids partying 10pm any day. The security leaves their car and doesn’t patrol the area. Looks are deceiving. Oh and air units stolen

Excited!
I would be a new tenant relocating from MN in July. I have already called this place my home. It has everything that I am looking for in an apartment. I have showed my family and friends the four bedroom floor plan, debating where I'm going to put my bed lol. I even claimed my employment at Parkland hospital and learned my commute on the the bus. All in all it is a comfortable place to live. It's not noisy and the rent is reasonable. It has all the amenities the average person is looking for.
