Pro: Reasonable place to live in close proximity to a small mall, other major stores, library and the backyard of two hospitals. Nice staff who works hard to meet the needs of residents. Con: Updates and cleanliness needs to be addressed.
The property is clean and quiet, with a responsive staff. Any needed repairs are performed quickly and correctly. Good amenities and close to every type of shopping you could ever want. Very close to medical care. Convenient commute to the Medical Center and downtown.

Aside from some bad community members. The staff is great, maintenance is typically attentive and timely, the community is kept clean, the gates work and if they are broken they are fixed rapidly. I don’t have much negative to say The rent goes up annually but no real amenity updates or changes. The gym lacks equipment, the best internet you can get is AT&T and it’s not the best.

My number one priority is peaceful place, it is also clean apartment.The apartment outlook is very nice, convenient to every location. For the most part neighbors are respectful of others. I don't hear loud noises. As I mentioned on the above, the hallway and stairs could have been power washed because there is remain stains from previous. Overall, it's very nice apartment.

I am great full that I decided to move to Retreat apartments. It's peaceful, very clean, and modern. So far these are the qualities I have noticed, but of course the more I observed and learned, I hope I will notice so many qualities too. My move in was very smooth. Maria Andrade is very professional and has warm personality. I would recommend to anyone to speak with Maria or Verce who would like to move in to Retreat apartments because they both have high standards of professionalism. When I move in, I spoke with Verce and Maria and they both made it very smoothly our conversation.

It’s been a long, terribly warm and tropical storm type summer. All said, it’s been a delightful summer at “The Retreat”. The pool has been lively, the VBQ pits have been smoking and the mosquitos biting.

I was satisfied with the four repairs that were done from my initial move in/inventory inspection that I self conducted with the form/sheet that Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch provided for me. I had asked for the maintenance items to be done a week later so that I could continue to unpack my boxes and that's exactly what they did here. I'm satisfied with the work.

The Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch is a great resident facility! This being my first apartment is everything that I could have wished for. The fitness facility is nice compared to others, and the pool deck is nice equipped with a grill for the hot summer months. I enjoy there is not tow for parking, which allows friends and family to not worry since parking is public, unless it is paid. Overall, I enjoy my living area and will be renewing my lease soon!

Horrible experience with this community. Management is never reachable. Gym is rarely open whenever people are available to use it. Half the machines don’t work in the gym, and the TVs don’t turn on.

We went to tour this apartment complex this weekend and were greeted with nothing but an attitude and no information.. The second we walked in the ONLY girl there was just full of attitude. When we went to show us the apartment she practically ran and told us nothing about the facilities. We were almost jogging to keep up with her. She also didn't want to give us any idea about pricing because we weren't renting for another 3 months... Still would have liked to know what the pricing was for right now to get an idea... Made us not even want to consider this place at all.. What a shame.

Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch is beautiful. I love the peace and quiet which is important for my remote job, the home space and appliances are great, there are trails to walk that are clean with nice views, my internet works great and the staff are wonderful ?? ??.

The sound insulation here is really poor. We can hear everything, from loud engines in the parking lots at 4:30 am to people hanging out at the pool at 3am to people above walking and living their lives. Other than that, great neighbors and a kind, safe community and landscaping and aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye. Would love it if the buzzing at the back of building 4 could be addressed and the AC unit in the front of building that buzzes and sounds like its on the verge of exploding the next time it comes on.
