From the minute I stepped on this property to now it has been a very positive experience! The staff is awesome. The grounds are maintained all the time. Sandy, Megan, Dani, Tony, all of them, have been a pleasure to deal with. I feel very safe here and extremely comfortable!

The community at Retreat at River Chase is so welcoming and feels so homey. Many apartment complex have run down appliances and when you arrive at a complex most the time it feels like an apartment. When you arrive here, the appearance is so nice, you feel at home.
The staff at Retreat at River Chase are prompt in returning calls if contacted regarding maintenance issues or other issues that occur. Quiet community to live in, a different love that the apartment has a garage connected to the unit and is a gated community.
If you are looking for a community that makes you feel welcome and safe this is the choice for you.

Retreat at River Chase is beyond our expectations. We are renting on a short term and wish we could stay longer. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is nothing I could suggest to improve Retreat at River Chase.I definitely would recommend my friends and anyone that asks to move here.EE LOVE IT!
This has been a poor experience. They really try to over charge you for everything.
I took a risk on applying here. I never toured it or anything. I just took someones word and applied because I needed a place quick! I dont regret it one bit! The application process was extremely easy, & I was approved quick. Its a beautiful complex. I dont see many neighbors unless theyre walking their dogs or at the pool. Not to mention it VERY QUIET, too quiet actually! I love it! Ive only been here for a month now, but its worth it . I have the two bedroom D.O floor plan & its more than enough room for one person! Glad I chose Retreat at River Chase to make my home for the next 12 months.
I love it
Loving this community. The maintenance team does a phenomenal job of keeping everything clean and pretty. The move in team has the unit spotless. I came in ready to disinfect and mop, couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. I love the dog parks and green spaces. I cannot wait to use the pool this summer! The community team is so friendly. If I call and don't reach them right away, they call back, even if I don't leave a message. They go above and beyond. The staff all introduce themselves and stop and help when they see you need a hand. My neighbors are kind and welcoming. Just a great community and we love being here.

Our time so far at River Chase has been exceptional (even with the restrictions of Covid-19). The staff is more than accommodating and the entire experience has been amazing. We sold our house and moved here to decide where to build our next home. We have all enjoyed living here so much that we are taking our time, and enjoying the convenient, maintenance-free lifestyle!

This apartment complex was very friendly during the move in process and while we lived there. We lived here for only 8 months while looking for a house to buy. During our final walk through we were told the apartment was not clean. They noted that the floor needed to be swept, the refrigerator and oven needed to be wiped down and cabinets were dirty. I received a bill for almost $200.00 for cleaning that would normally be completed in between tenants. I paid to have this apartment professionally cleaned every month that we lived there and took care of it like it was my own home. I have lived in two other apartment buildings in my life and never had any issues. This company is clearly just looking to get extra money out of their tenants. It also appears that they don’t actually have any cleaning done in the apartment in between tenants if the former tenants “cleans” before they move out. I would not recommend moving to these apartments. I am not a fan of dishonest buisness practices.
I love the apartment community at Springs at River Chase! The office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. I love the seasonal events at the club house which bring the community together. The dog parks, car washing station, pool and front door trash pickup are wonderfully convenient amenities!! I definitely recommend leasing one of their awesome apartments. I love having a private first floor entrance and my own personal garage too.
The staff and property are so nice. We have lived here for over a year and we are extremely happy. I love my second floor apartment with a private entrance from the first floor. I have a large balcony that has so much room! My favorite thing is the pet parks. My lab loves to run around the spacious areas that are set aside just for dogs. We also love the pool and nice deck. We are so happy we found this place!
