Situated on the West Mesa, Albuquerque’s less developed region west of the Rio Grande, Stonebridge Pointe is an alluring suburb just 13 miles outside of the city center. Scenic vistas surround Stonebridge Pointe thanks to the area’s location on the West Mesa. Pueblo-style single-family homes and apartments add to the New Mexican charm of the area, and residents are just minutes from stunning outdoor destinations like the Petroglyph National Monument. The area surrounding Stonebridge Pointe is largely residential, but Cottonwood Mall, to the east, and the surrounding restaurants mean residents won’t have to go too far to run errands or get a bite to eat. If Downtown Albuquerque does call, it’s only a 10-minute drive to the heart of the city.

Property Ratings at Resort at Sandia Village
Do not move here they will ruin your credit and life. I had to get a restraining order and they wanted to force me to live here. You sign your life away with all the charges and if you have renters insurance they still make you pay $20 for theirs they charge 2 month termination fee as well cost $3000 to just move in here. Save your self and don’t lock in the lease go where they care about you and your family and to be safe and feel at home honest opinion they just want your money
The issues are more than I can count but the main ones include cheap builder grade interior to include cheap appliances, single pane glass, no insulation, and inefficient have that runs my electric bill through the roof. Mold constantly collects in the en-suite bathroom, the gate hasn’t worked for most of the 3 years we’ve stayed, pool is usually unavailable, forced cheap services like trash valet, and just poor management overall. The only redeeming factors are. the maintenance staff are killer and very kind, and it’s cheaper than other apartments in the area, but you get what you pay for… figuratively speaking of course, this place is not close to worth the cost

I move into the Resort at Sandia Village om October 24th so you may think I'm not equip to write a review just yet but I completely disagree! This will be my first apartment that I'm going to share with my boyfriend. Seeing as this is our first apartment you can assume we've been pretty nervous about it. Resort at Sandia has kept our nerves at ease in a way I couldn't even begin to thank! I have called them almost everyday with a new question for at least a month and they have eagerly and kindly helped me each time! They have shown us countless apartments until we finally approved of one that matched our very high expectations. As we are so young we are on a pretty tight budget and they have been very helpful in working with our price range. The community is small, clean and quiet. All in all I couldn't be more happy with this place and I know I will live here for years to come!
Pros: Well maintained, security gated property with great amenities. Great location, near shopping and public transportation. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Spacious bathrooms and in-unit washer/dryer included. Cons: Small kitchen with limited storage. Frequent appearance of dead or dying cockroaches and small ants, in spite of cleanliness and weekly pest treatments.
I've been living in my apt for 2 1/2 years now and I'm happy here.
