Property Ratings at Residences at Steele Road
I have lived here Going on my third year and I’ve had so far a great experience. Kyla and Hahn I’ve been nothing short of amazing! They are very attentive and always ready to help. The maintenance staff has been great as well. The amenities are l Top notch and are well maintained. It is a very pet friendly community. I highly recommend this community. It is also close to the restaurants in blueback and the center. Elizabeth Park is one block away.
I lived at Steele Road for two years. I loved having the amenities on the property and spaces to spend time outdoors. The location is walking distance to Elizabeth Park and a short drive to shopping centers (Bishops Corner and Blueback Square). I liked having property managers on site, and it was very easy to contact maintenance (phone call, email, or submitting a work order online). The only downside was the unassigned parking. If you do not pay for a garage, you may not find an open spot in front of your building.
I lived at the Residences at Steele Road for 4 years and loved my experience. I would highly recommend the apartments! The units themselves are clean, updated, and quiet. The amenities are also very nice. The pool is usually open before Memorial Day and doesn’t close until late September or early October! The gym and grill areas are always clean as well. Finally, Kyla and the rest of the management team are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They host many resident events and resident appreciation days such as food truck nights, resident book club, occasional free breakfast, and holiday parties to name a few. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in West Hartford, this is the place!
Very inclusive and fun events. Lots of food and fun music. The overall effort to make sure residents are part of a community is exceptional. It is a spectacular place to live.
They have the best social events!!! Kyla is a wonderful person! Very welcoming!
I lived at the Residences at Steele Road for a year with my dog while working in the Hartford area. To this day, it is the best place we have lived. Apart from being a pleasant, beautiful area with great amenities and friendly neighbors-- the communal areas are always spotless, leasing office (Hanh and Melissa) are always attentive, and the maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. It's proximity to Elizabeth Park, Bishops Corner, and Farmington Avenue made it all the more convenient. If I had not been transferred back to NYC for work, I would have stayed at 243 Steele Rd for many more years!
