Whether it’s for commuting, shopping or food, this place has it all. Surrounded by a beautiful Del Webb community means there will always be high demand here. The new management, and especially the new property manager named Elvin are extremely helpful in getting question solved.
I usually don’t write reviews but the service was amazing. Elvin went above and beyond helping me with the process. I’m new to the area and I wasn’t too sure if this was the right place for me. Elvin reassured me and answered all my questions. I’m happy I listen to him because I love my new apartment. He showed he really cared not just trying to make me sign a lease. 10/10 Experience
The apartments are beautiful and soooo spacious. The area is super quiet. But the leasing office staff, Elvin was amazing. My kids love going everyday for snacks. Highly recommend you take a tour and see for yourself :)
I would recommend these apartments !! They are quiet environment !! Also if you need any help you can always count on Christiana to answer any questions you have!
Nice apartments, adequate living and terrible management. The pool is never opened and work orders take forever to be done. All management does is complain about what’s in the balconies or parties but never do their part.

I have lived at this property for over 10 years. It used to have great office staff that was friendly and responsive. Not any more. The current management company is the worst one yet. They staff never answer the phone or return phone calls.

I moved in on New Years Eve since my movers were a no show on the 30th. Love the apartment, awesome location, great staff. My blinds didn’t work and were repaired within a few hours before I ever moved in. Office staff has been amazing and very helpful. I feel safe here which was important. I’m very happy with my decision to move here.
I moved out after 2 year of staying , office staff are not proactive , and need a lot of email and follow up, and check your bill they charge a lot of fees over the base price. Maintenance team is nice.

Keep in mind the covid-19 era: I will continue to live here for as long as I can because of the proximity to shopping/food, cost of living, and neighborhood. The pool and workout areas are lovely, and the grass/plants around the property are constantly manicured. Residents are friendly and diverse. I have lived in many places and different apartments, both brand new, and previously rented. This location is average. Since management has changed, I have received defensive/condescending responses to emails. Now, if I leave a voicemail or send an email, I don't get a response at all. Maintenance jobs take more than 1 try to complete (very inconvenient). The package room is a mess! And the mail room is neglected (doors missing, full trash cans, please power wash). Valet trash is unreliable, but I pay a lot of money for it so... there's no solution? The plumming is inadequate, and there's obvious water damage to a set of exterior stairs that has not been addressed. There are a couple of corners in the property that are unsafe to drive around - easily fixed with those convex mirror things or move the dumpster, and parking is TIGHT! It's almost like there isn't enough.

Unprofessionalism on such a level it’s infuriating. They will not answer phone calls, emails, or online messages if you have a problem after moving out. They will bill you and send you fees and not let you know, so a collections agency will come down on you and ruin your credit score.
I have lived here since November 2016. The experience has been great. I love my spacious 3 bedroom apartment home. The large front porch, bedroom and dining room access to the sizeable balcony, high ceilings, huge master with walk-in closet in double vanity and double shower space bathroom, open living floor plan and entry way arches and niches gives me the feeling of being in a house. The property is well maintained and the friendly attentive management staff responds quickly to service requests. Come be my neighbor. You will enjoy the stay!
I have lived at this property for 10yrs & have no plans of moving anytime soon. I love the community, current office staff is great, I feel safe, & the upgrades that have been completed recently make the property even more appealing. I love coming home to Arium Wildwood.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. First 2 years were fine because it was a different company managing. But, ever since they changed to Arium it’s been downhill. I’ve never dealt with horrible service like this before. They really pick up the phone. They don’t call you back. They have a roach problem. They don’t keep the complex clean. Spiderwebs all over the buildings. They overcharge for minor damages. They don’t have enough parking spaces, I can never find parking after 7 PM near my building. I feel like they aren’t honest with you. They are super friendly and caring when you’re signing the lease papers but once you’ve signed they pretty much dodge your calls and concerns. I would not recommend this complex to a friend. Also the exit to this complex takes 25 minutes during rush hour. 25 minutes for one exit.
PROS: Beautiful community both inside and out! Amazingly located right off 59 between two great shopping plaza exits. Really close to RIVER POINT CHURCH if you fancy yourself some god. I could give you a list of things I love about the apartment itself like my big, spacious rooms or fancy kitchen island, but you can read most of that and what they offer on their website. Things like a free gym, nice community to walk around in safely with my toddler and friendly neighbors/staff are my key points. The apartments in general are quiet and there are always people walking around enjoying the outdoors. It just has a very strong family community vibe going on here. Everyone is just nice. I've met plenty of neighbors already! These are just some of my favorite things about this place so far. Those and the staff has just been great. Even after we moved in and signed, they're polite and quick working. Also I have yet to experience any issues of pest nature like another reviewer and I HATE bugs so you'd be told if we had any. lol CONS: There's some construction going on at 59/Williams Way that looks like it's going to take forever to finish, but that's hardly the apartments fault! Otherwise, the only complaint I really have at present is the parking is a 'bit' of an issue, but only if you mind a short walk. Not as bad as some are saying. Yes...we have to park at the next building over depending on the time of day, but we're talking a quick 45 second walk. Never have I NOT found ANY parking at all or been inconvenienced. So I can't really take a star from the rating because if we wanted there are garage rental options and there IS parking all around, it's just first come first serve. Not really sure I would prefer any sort of assigned parking either, so again, it's a minor complaint. PRAISE: Salvador is the absolute best maintenance guy! Not only has he come by when requested, or just to answer quick questions, but it has been the quickest maintenance response time and he is sure to complete everything quickly and to your satisfaction. The one other maintenance guy we have encountered also was quick and very polite. These guys are way too great, especially for having to deal with someone who calls every 5 seconds for silly things like needing to be shown where the fuse box is (right in front of my face). The office staff even checked with me post move to insure I was satisfied with everything! 5/5 recommendation for these apartments! Really glad we moved here. :)
When I was in the process of re-leasing with the new management, Arium, the staff was super friendly. But as soon as I moved in, they stopped being helpful. They didn't do a proper walk through, they missed a lot of repairs, I've been asking for pest control for 3 weeks and they haven't come yet. I even showed the leasing office the bug bites I have from living in this apartment and still no pest control. I have to call them at least a dozen times before they pick up. And they never return my calls when I leave a voicemail. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The previous management, Reserve, was much better. This is my 3rd year here and I will not be re-leasing.
The move-in process is a bit difficult, but overall very great. Located right off of the highway and very quiet neighborhood. The pool is almost always empty and gorgeous. Fitness center is 24 hours and hardly anyone is ever there. Neighbors are very quiet. One of the best apartments I have ever rented.
It is a quiet apartment complex,the only problem is findin a parking spot. Seems like they do not have enough.
The Reserve at River Park West while being very competitive in rent rates has a few flaws. First there is no assigned parking and not enough of it, be prepared to park half a block from your apt. Next management is a huge procrastinator. Work orders for about 100 apts. are dependant on two handymen and could take up to a week or more to fix. So, if you want a great rate, but don't mind being on the back burner of management's mind then The Reseve is for you.
We have been living here since 2012. Management had changed at least three times. I have made requests that have not been addressed and I have made appointments with them to come fix things and they do not show up. Apartment is a nice size for a three bedroom but we are on the top floor and cooling costs are excessive in my opinion.
