Amazing staff The entire staff, particularly Amanda, has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the right unit to rent. We aren’t even residents yet and the customer service has been above and beyond with open communication, many detailed answers to our inquiries, in-person tours, and more. Couldn’t recommend more!
Luxury building with professional staff The 11W is one of the top luxury buildings in downtown Portland. What sets it apart is the staff and amenities. Everyone is super friendly and supportive making living in the community next level. The amenities are like no other and are well maintained. I would recommend 11W without reservation for the building, staff and ease of lifestyle downtown.
Home From early on, 11W felt like home. Our neighbors and the highly skilled staff created a wonderful, welcoming environment that felt very safe and joy-filled. From the love towards our dog to the community events, it always felt like part of a wonderful vertical neighborhood. I never imagined that saying goodbye to an apartment when buying my first house would be bittersweet, but the beautiful environment and even more beautiful community were hard to say goodbye to. Nothing in Portland compares.
Excellent customer service The responsiveness and kindness of the staff is excellent. They have made the process wonderful
great staff and amenities much effort and thought put into operating and maintaining the building.
I was retaliated against by Property Manager Jorgan Shaw and his staff after requesting a reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act and ADA. Despite two years of no violations, I was suddenly targeted with false accusations and served a Termination of Tenancy notice—just nine days after renewing my lease as a 100% disabled veteran. They enforced rules through third parties like Parking NW, without legal authority, and ignored due process. This was not housing—it was harassment.

I wish I could’ve stayed forever! Living at 11W was truly the highlight of my time in Oregon. From day one, the team — Sasha, Porsche, Blaine, Hannah, Megan, Jorgan, Amanda — made it feel like home. They went above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and well-run community that made living at 11W an absolute dream. The building itself is stunning — immaculate spaces, thoughtfully planned amenities, and consistently top-tier events that brought everyone together. The community here is something special. People are genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere is unmatched. I’ll always cherish my time at 11W and will miss it deeply. There’s truly nothing else like it. If you get the opportunity to live here, consider yourself lucky. I will miss 11W forever!

Amazing all around!! I am beyond thrilled that I’ve chosen 11W as my new home. The front desk folks and management have been incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. It’s obvious they care about the residents and this is rare! I feel like I’m joining a family. The building is immaculate and amenities are ridiculously amazing! My apartment is beautiful, quiet, and I love the finishes. The location is the best! I Love it here!!
Operational opportunities For the most part, our move in was smooth and it was easy enough to figure things out on our own. We did move in on Thanksgiving day, but it would have been nice to have a warmer welcome and quick refresher of the building. We are coming from a building that had an amazing staff - and found that we may have taken them for granted. The app and email system 11W uses don't feel fully functional and it feels like we have to follow up on every request to hear back. We love the building and the staff seem nice enough... but hope these things gets ironed out.
Nice building and amenities but not worth the price and they can't seem to control their alarm system, so unless you like being woken up at 3am at least twice a month, wouldn't recommend living here.
Quick Fix Placed a ticket to have ice machine looked at and was fixed a few days later and included a water filter replacement. All is well and back to having cold drinks.
Love it here!! Toured and applied. What a phenomenal property and Blaine was so helpful! Can’t wait to call this building home!
11W is the best building in Portland! The amenities are the nicest I've seen, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and their interiors are the best layouts and feature the best finishes that I've ever lived in.
11W is situated in a super walkable location near so many great attractions. Plus, the amenities are the best in Portland that I’ve seen.
