It’s been cool, love the squirrels around the community and the trees in front of my patio. So far so good. Oh and the park across the street is my favorite

It is nice and quiet. Nice and calm area. Just which they would update the kitchen. The management started of slow to respond, but now respond at the appropriate time.

the parking situation is terrible. There’s no assigned parking and lots of cars that don’t live here so there’s never any parking. The gym is terrible. There is no equipment.

This new management specially Ms Alisha working very hard to make this apartment look good, amazing lights at night and cleanness is great. Hope more renovations will happen soon. Great job

The apartment has been good. I love the amenities. I wish someone cleaned the pool regularly but it is okay, my son loves it! We will for sure be signing another lease here (:

I was excited about living here until the day I moved in. My apartment was covered with roaches. I have had one issue after another. The apartment flooded due to old piping in the bathroom. The entry gates seem to always be broken. I do not have enough room to cover everything but it has been very stressful. I will say though that the office manager has been very helpful. The assistant office manager is rude. She has a bad attitude. I went in to ask about something and she didn't lift her head to talk to me. She did not look up at me until I told her that she is being disrespectful. I have spoken with other residents who confirm my opinion. Enter at your own risk!

To have a desire to vacation and still have solitude upon return is what I see every time I return here. Just being able to live within a serene environment is what brought me here

I've noticed with new management the grounds look better. Light around the property have been replaced. It looks so much better at night that you feel safe.

I had a 2 o'clock tour appointment, but the employee showed up almost an hour later, ignored me, and went into the office without saying Hello. I asked if I could come back later because I had another appointment, and she just said yes.

Honestly, I think everything was great the services and the home interior were both top-notch.I felt very much happy to live in this appartment.

The location is definitely a highlight — it’s centrally situated with shops, a park, and a theatre all within walking distance. It’s also a family-friendly environment, which is a plus. However, the apartments themselves could use some upgrades. There’s a noticeable amount of patchwork and things feel a bit outdated. Another downside is the maintenance service. It takes far too long to address any concerns — usually a week or more before anyone even comes to take a look. Overall, while the location is great, the upkeep and responsiveness leave a lot to be desired

Management are taking good steps about lights and cleanliness which was very good

Great environment. Well kept complex, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to call home. Never had any problems here. It's a peaceful and quiet environment.

Everyone is nice and speaks. The staff is excellent and always very helpful in all my needs. Kudos to the maintenance department as well. They are very quick in taking care of repairs

Apartment and building conditions need to be upgraded, and cleanliness is the major issue. zero customer service sometimes response takes longer and safety is zero

So far i am happy and the leasing people are nice and take requests and the work order is done fast I like my stay here as people around are good

Great place to live. Lived here three years. Plan to stay even longer Great maintenance staff. The best I’ve ever seen by far ! Been in many complexes.

Make sure you ask all the necessary questions before moving in any property… These people don’t give a care about us. They only want the money money money. Because I shouldn’t have to pay rent until this issue is fixed or I need to move to a different unit. They haven’t even provided any other options for me. Just saying I’m sorry won’t fix the issue

Moved here in 2017 and have endured 5 different Managers and 4 different office staffing. It has been a slow process of making this a better & more comfortable resident but, I believe we have finally arrived. Haven’t seen pest in over Six months, Management Team deserves 5 of 5 Stars, maintenance team are quick to respond, grounds are maintained. It’s great place to live.

Living here has been a good experience and we would prefer this complex to family and friends. My family and I have been at the complex, in the same unit for the past 4 plus years and have enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work!

For the most part, the community is very quiet. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance turn around time could be better, but for the number of units they service , it’s still a good response time.

The tour was great and my move in process went well. The community has been nice and quiet! I love the squirrels I see on the porch or roaming. The only con I have would be parking. Its first come first serve, but not many available. I was informed about the carports and garages, but once I moved in I was told I had to be put on a waitlist because they do not have any available at the moment.

Office staff was very nice and had very good communication during the application process. They helped me step by step and kept me informed of my application process

A wonderful place for dog barking lovers and weed smelling and cockroaches. Also a wonderful income stream for pest control companies. Pest control comes and increases the cockroach population this is a consistent result with 100% confirmation of experience.

Best place to live and start family here , everyone is nice and friendly specially in the front office you can just walk in and you’ll see the friendly faces

Moving here has been the best thing I did all 2024.I recommend this community to everyone. The staff are amazing and the grounds are well kept.

The property is in a good location and have some great places near by. The property and older units could use some updating. Unit walkway and stairs could use power washing.

While the location of the property is ideal and the community appears to be well-maintained from the outside, I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment I was assigned. During my tour, I was shown an apartment that was in excellent condition, clean, and well-kept. However, the unit I moved into is far below the expectations set by that initial showing. The apartment is in need of significant upkeep, with unpleasant odors, outdated appliances, damaged cupboards, and evidence of pest issues, such as roaches. This has been quite frustrating, as the state of the unit does not align with the standard that was presented during my tour.

It's an amazing community and it is very quiet. They handle problems quickly and efficiently plus they always make sure the premises looks nice. I have loved living here.

To live here is very comfortable and pleasent atmosphere. The staff and support is very good. These apartments are near to park for walking and running

I LIKE THIS COMMUNITY IT IS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. SECURITY WISE IT IS OKAY.

Although I'm happy with the community and the outside maintenance, I'm not happy with the indoor up keep. The appliances are old and the piping keeps leaking/bursting.

The apartment complex is very quiet. The team in the Front works with me, but I just wish they would update some of the items in the apartment

I don't have anything to complain about, I'm totally okay with how things work here. Everyone is working to ensure the community works the way it should. Responses are abit slow but nothing to complain about.

The property has started looking so much better. Love that the small things have been repaired around the outside of the property. The only thing that keeps breaking down is the gates.

The staff is nice. But the apartment appliances are old. The apartment from inside needs renovation. The apartments are very centrally located. Close to HWY 59, HWY 90. The dairy Ashford rd. and west airport very close. All the big grocery stores like, Walmart, Cosco, Sam's club are few minutes away. The AMC theatre are at walking distance.

From the Application process to move in to service orders this community has been very supportive ,helpful and caring to me! It feels like home!! I rush to get home every day! I simply love it here.

Maintenance request can be slow but office management is nice. And neighborhood is quiet, and clean but gates are never closed and secure so anyone can come in. It’s better than most complex so I won’t complain

I am very disappointed. This place is raggedy and full of roaches. I pay a monthly pest control fee and still have to buy roach spray and combat for my apartment.

Overall it's a nice apartment, only major problem we had was ant and roaches problems, mulitple times I tried to get rid of them with everything. Even got an insect exterminator and still get little roach every now and then.

The community is very quiet, well kept and the office staff is helpful. The amenities offered make it easy host varies activities or events for family functions.

Overall I love my apartment. I love the ladies who work in the office. I would just like maintenance to be a little better. They do not always fix the problem

The staff are very nice, always responding.Quickly the maintenance is always fixing.Items that are broken as soon as they can period the only regret I have is living on the top floor where there is heat in the air condition does not kick in as quickly.

Every one i in the front desk is very friendly and nice, very quiet neighborhood and clean. I can always recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely stay here .

I love this complex, love the people, love the pool. I’ve been here 6 years and it’s been great. I love how convenient the area is. I love how the pool is open all year long.

The reserve at fountain lake is a well up kept complex. Great staff, great neighbors, quiet and friendly environment. It's been peaceful since I've been here. Definitely would recommend these apartments. Thanks reserve at fountain lake!!!
