For the last year, I’ve noticed how clean the property is all the time. It shows how much they care and take the residents here seriously. I also noticed that Ismael, a maintenance guy, always seems to come by soon after submitting my work order. It’s nice to not wait for things to get done. He’s always so polite and efficient. Really appreciate the work he’s done in my apartment.

My experience here is very good, I dont have problem with management, neighbors, criminal activities, cleanliness of the community. My apartment have 2 bathrooms which I like. The only problem is to get people to clean up after there dogs.
Overall, it is a great place to live. But the parking situation makes anyone considering the complex take a second thought because having to park blocks away from your complex and walk is really not okay or considerate to the residents.
Staff is always friendly and get everything done on time when it comes to maintenance request
Drive by you’ll see. Or stop in the office if you want to witness’ poor management- be sure to check out the green pool! And above all - The worlds worst management EVER!
If you've never understood the true meaning of "home sweet home" it's because you've been living in the wrong place. This apartment complex gives you the ability to reach many locations at walking distance. For the kids there is a wonderful and clean play area right next to pool where you can sit back, enjoy the fresh air and simply relax. Clean, quite and homey, is what you'll find here.
