- Applicants can apply directly through your listing by paying $32 + tax. The fee covers their credit report and allows applicants to re-use their application up to 9 more times within the span of 30 days.
- You’ll receive TransUnion® criminal, eviction, and credit reports included with all applications.
- Your one listing will automatically be placed on five leading websites in our network of sites.
Additionally, your listing will feature a highlighted “Apply Now” button for renters to quickly apply directly from your listing page. You’ll be able to view the information you need to choose the right renter, including income-to-rent ratio, employment status, household information, and rental history.
You will receive online applications from each applicant, including roommates. Conveniently review and compare them in the applications dashboard. Once you've made your decision, you can act immediately from the dashboard and move forward to the next step.
Each credit report includes a breakdown of an applicant’s total reported debt, detailed payment history for credit accounts, and employment and address history. TransUnion® searches national databases and county records so you will have all the background information you need in order to feel confident in your decision.
