Packages are being taken off our doorstep and or being opened and left for our contents to be picked apart..or all together missing. Trash is everywhere the grounds are not being maintained (lights are out in walkways) and or there needs to be another dumpster available because you can’t even throw your trash away unless you hear the truck and run to the dumpster to avoid the over packed dumpster. All in all it’s still a good place minus the above mentioned.

Things keep breaking or not working but maintenance is usually quick. It would be nice if it didn't break in the first place. Such as leakings from the ceilings, the mold on the walls in laundry room and fridge freezer not freezing items even in the coldest setting

Lived here for 5 years now going on 6 so far everything has been ok. It’s only been 1.5 years that renew has taken over. The big flying roaches I haven’t seen since they took over. I have ptsd about them cause twice they crawled in my bed while I was sleeping and I had to fight them. So I m glad that I don’t see them and if I do they are already on their backs dead. I wish the elevator get fixed because that would be a great plus for the residents living here. Especially for us on the 2nd and 3rd floor who are getting older. They fixed the trash issue so I was happy about that. As long as there isn’t a huge jump yearly in rent I’m ok. I feel safe here as well. Coming from NJ this place makes me feel way more safe.

I love the apartment itself! I just don’t like how y’all added on a $150 amenity fee when it’s something I barely even use. And the gym doesn’t even have a stairmaster. At least if y’all gonna be charging people $150 for that, then get a stairmaster please.

Renew Little Creek is like living in a vacation spot… The community overall is clean, very well maintained and picturesque- there are even a couple tropical Palm trees in front of the leasing office and pool! I’m also very much enjoying the large square footage 1 bedroom renovated apartment, it is fabulous!!

It paints a beautiful picture but not worth the money at all parking sucks they don’t have garages the use them for maintenance not the residents the maintenance people are horrible the don’t have elevators the they don’t have grounds keeping you have to take ya trash down a least a block it it goes on

Nice community, I like that there’s alot of parking. It is also very calm, nobody is making too much noise or anything. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and 3 gas stations.

The neighborhood is really quiet and it is quite beautiful out here. However the trash bins are always full so residents have no choice but to pile trash on the ground, so there’s that. Renew little creek is definitely pet friendly. We have had several difficulties moving in maintenance wise and they are still not fixed.

I think it’s really nice and the apartment itself is very spacious and affordable for a 2 bedroom! The community is really nice and it’s peaceful, the only thing is how far the dumpsters are

The place is very nice, the only thing I didn't like about the day of moving was that it wasn't the apartment I expected, before moving I never saw the apartment, on one occasion it was asked if it could be seen and the answer was that they couldn't show it because they were fixing it up, I settled with those words and the day they gave me the key and I was able to see it I was completely disappointed because it is not what they offer on the internet page where they illustrate a remodeled apartment and it is not like that, my apartment has old and broken kitchen and bathroom cabinets, deteriorated bathtubs among other things.

It’s been kinda rocky since the beginning … from getting a quote and being shown an apartment that didn’t reflect the condition of the apartment I was given, to corporate putting in maintenance orders that were marked completed and weren’t completed so… that’s my experience have a great day

Living in Park Crescent/ ReNew at Little Creek is a little better then the previous owners. Maintenance does a good job they make sure things get fixed in your apartment. I also appreciate the owners putting dumpster in each section also the neighborhood is really peaceful. The issue I do have is the elevators doesn't work and now they are boarded up if you move to the thrid floor GOOD LUCK and the water bugs that randomly pops up.

My experience here has been pretty good. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful. The new staff ismore accommodating and helpful than the last management crew. So far I’m pleased.

I really feel like the new staff is really trying their best to make it a better experience living in the community. The office staff is more pleasant than before. Only thing I wish they would do is fix the lighting in the back where the gates are because it’s extremely dark and a little unsafe walking in your apartment when I gets dark.

Only 3 stars because I was moved into a unit that hadn’t been really assessed, even tho I was told this was a renovated unit. Upon move in not one outlet in my kitchen worked. They did come and fix it but only 3 of them work now and it’s a pretty big kitchen. I had 4 leaks, but they fixed them quick, now our items were ruined but hey, that’s what renters insurance is for.

I was told I would be moving into a renovated unit and this unit is not. The appartment doors are filthy with spider webs everywhere and bugs entering the unit. You guys put new appartment numbers up on top of dirt. This place needs a power washing. There are new developments in the area with similar rent pricing and more to offer.

Parking could be better along with parking spot regulations due to the fact if someone is in your spot they can sit there until in the morning

Like size of the apartments and the price , mostly military and people are nice .Been here 8 years would like to repaint and carpet , that would be only reason I move to a new place

This has been our residence for 8 years, and we have enjoyed every minute. The Community is safe, and we are in a great location with access to stores, restaurants, and the interstate. We love living here.
