ReNew Danbury

There’s unfortunately not enough parking leading some residents to block access in and out of the parking lot from parking on the sides. We have called the tow company (number provided by renew) and we’re told management won’t let them tow the cars away. Not sure how this problem will be fixed if no one is addressing it.

I’ve only been here a short time but everyone has been very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Shout out to the maintenance guys who are always willing to help out!

Staff and maintenance are absolutely amazing. The property is kept up. Flowers are beautiful. Snow removal is done right away my husband‘s handicap. They actually put salt in front of our door for his ramp. They also shovel the ramps and around our car so he can get in and out without a problem. They are so kind and thoughtful. Can’t wait until the pool is open. I’m very fortunate to have great neighbors. The one downfall is the pool closes at five. I’m OK with that but if my kids were younger, I would be upset most parents don’t get home util five or even after five. However, it doesn’t affect me because my kids are adults.

Alot of of walking around throughout the night in unit above us which kept waking us up and also noise above bedroom which sounded like an airplane throughout the night

Awesome move in experience! I felt personalized service throughout the process. The apartment itself has exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy to now be a part of this community!

It's a great place, it feels very calm and it's not noisy at all, I'm quite happy to be here, I've only moved for just two weeks and I'm impressed

Experience by far is a 9/10 , the neighbors are nice and the workers are friendly . Great place by far .Maintenance is quick with response and great with communication . Highly recommend living here . Beyond happy with my choice coming here and don’t regret it . Apartment is great and fits my liking .

I love the hospitality here, everybody is always ready to help out, all you have to do is ask and it's done... And I like the patience, they tell you what have to be done and they helping you to do it also.

We’ve been enjoying living here but noticed that this is an older building so the floors and walls creek a lot. Our neighbors upstairs are very rude and bang on the floor and slam items all day and types of night. If we knew this we wouldn’t have moved to the space we are in. Besides that no issues overall. More parking would be great as we often don’t have a second space for our car.

Having lived in this complex for over 47 years I think I can really tell you that probably this company has taken really good care of the buildings and the landscape and trying very hard to continue paving the walkways. The office has always been efficient and certainly has continued, the maintenance is superb and I enjoy the years. I have lived here close to everything. One needs hopefully I can. I can continue to enjoy all that I have been enjoying over all these many years.

Love my home the people that work here are cool always nothing going on in a good way! Good place to call home pool always clean wish parking was better but al and all good place to live

Love it here. We have been here a year now and it has been a good experience. When there is a problem, things are handled quickly and professionally.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. If any issues they are addressed right away. It’s very quiet, appliances are nice and up to date. Overall a very nice place to live.

Honestly, I like it here. They take care of you. It's in a very quiet area, neighbors get along. I can definitely recommend anyone looking for a good place to stay, to live here.

Neighbors are loud but that’s not Renews fault. Maintenance team is the best they answer quickly and are so nice. Units themselves are fine.

I have lived with Renew for almost five years and have been treated very well. Management has always been understanding, kind, and compassionate.

Great community with friendly neighbors. Office staff is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend living here to others.

If you want to take a gamble and not be able to see the actual unit you'll be living in and paying for, then choose renew. If you want to gamble further and not know or be told whether or not that unit had water damage, rodents, mold or the nasty yellow grease stench residue other residents experienced then go with Renew. Being spoken down to, blamed for issues, nor things rectified and going in circles with an incompetent, nasty, heartless leasing office manager. If you want to Work hard to pay a ridiculous amount of money in which the price fluctuates monthly and will slowly go up then choose renew. Stay far away from this complex. There are so many complexes in Danbury and nearby. You're setting yourself up for problems signing here.

We have enjoyed living here. The monthly festivities are fun! Wish the pool hours were longer though. It’s only opened during business work hours

This is a very beautiful peaceful place to live in! Very clean and the neighbors are very kind the pool in the summer it’s amazing and always clean!

The property is well kept, and I love using the community gym! There’s a pool too that I can’t wait to start using! And the offices are helpful whenever I have questions about my rents lease or any other issues or maintenance requests. They also do community events in the main building, which is nice.

This place has never been perfect, but the one thing that was NEVER a problem was parking, until the current admin took over. Im super familiar with parking since my hours are usually all over the place and NEVER did I had to hunt for a space at anytime of day or late late night or have to play frogger driving down the road because there are five or six cars parked on the side. They told me that other tenants had problems finding open spaces and were parking outside of the complex - was never told where- but in my opinion this very improbable. Why implement this parking policy and not enforce it? There are just dozens of vehicles without a parking tag parked EVERYDAY in the complex. Nooo, they want us to call the tow truck company that doesn’t make rounds to check for violators (great pick BWT) Now, every tenant has something else to add to their daily routine, you know just in case you were not busy enough with work and taking care of your kids, HUNT FOR PARKING AR RENEW.

Good community. Rent prices are high for a one bedroom and parking is very slim. Everyone parks in fire lanes or in visitor spots. Dog poop is also left around the property.

Recently my daughter was having issues moving her truck from a difficult to navigate parking spot down hill & she called me feeling very overwhelmed & concerned because she didn't want to hit another vehicle parked directly in front of her that hadn't left her much room to pull her truck out. She explained the situation to Noelle the assistant manager in the office who went herself to try to assist her & she also realized the difficulty my daughter was having. Noelle then asked Ryan the maintenance manager to help out. He went right away & not only told my daughter how to navigate her truck out of the tight spot he actually helped her to do it. This was going above & beyond to us & brought such relief. The staff at Renew Danbury have been very helpful since we've moved in with any issues we've had & we appreciate their genuine concern

Experience is great. Love it here ! Great place to raise a family ! The apartment is a perfect and comfortable place, we really feel very good and happy to be in such a nice community.

I have been living at this apartment complex for two years now. Great management team and they fix everything very fast after you submit a request. Great gym and they have a pool though I haven’t had a chance to use.

I love the apartment and the gym! Always clean and nice. All staff is helpful and nice I appreciate how quick maintence is! It has been great living here

Me & my family moved into RenewApts , September 2023 I can honestly speak on behalf of myself and my family that this was the best move that we could have ever made.. The cordial demeanor of the staff , other residing tenants as well as visitors to the RenewApts brought forth a overwhelmingly great feeling & a awesome comfort that solidifies every part of our joy to have this great outlook concerning our move and lease agreement

I love it here very convenient people here are low key and very nice not a big fan of the parking it other than that it’s pretty good I would definitely recommend living here

If I could do half stars I would give them 3.5 but I rounded up because I do like living here so far. Parking stinks, there's no visitor parking because any visitor spot is already taken by residents. When we moved in, the AC was broken and the painters painted over outlets but other than that it was quite nice when we moved in. The neighbors for the most part are nice. You might have a neighbor who calls the cops for nothing (the police officer said there was no problem) or complains for no reason and you may get lease violations when it's not true (the leasing office may even speak to your neighbors for you to let them know they are being a little ridiculous). But other than that its quite nice living here.

My move in was really easy and when I had an issue with my oven maintenance fixed it right away and even helped me carry some boxes in! The apartment was clean and ready to go and has everything I need!

Everything has been lovely so far. I love my apartment and anything that needs to be fixed has been done so in a timely fashion. Ryan and his team are excellent. I loved working with Noelle.

The lack of parking is ridiculous. There are more out of state cars and cars without parking permits on site. You can’t have a single guest over because there are never available spots. There is no one to monitor whether or not authorized cars are on the premises.So many residents smoke pot in their homes and on the property. This was a very nice property when I moved in. The rent increases are exponential. I definitely would not recommend living here

It's been pretty good so far. Maintenance was definitely quick to respond to whatever we needed and the neighbors are for the most part quiet and also friendly.

My resident experience has been great so far. Everyone is nice and kind. I also enjoy using the amenities to that are in the complex. Looking forward to seeing what next years brings.

It’s been great. I love it here. The environment is great. It was more than expected. Can’t wait for the pool to open next season tho ! It’s gonna be blast

Happily lived here for four years, the community has been wonderful and the employees have been helpful. Overall, I would stay here for another year when it comes time to sign for the lease.

Overpriced, rotted stench water, after moving I had to endure grease, steam vapor stench of daily sickness. Most maintenance issues are handled subpar if even the correct way, asking for any type of help from leasing office is like pulling teeth. Located in a good neighborhood though.

Love my apartment and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Been here almost 2 years and its been enjoyable, peaceful, and quiet. The pool and clubhouse are very nice as well

So far we have been happy with our stay. It’s been pretty comfortable. The area is pretty clean the maintenance crew do a very good job maintains the grounds, the pool is amazing and the gym is just a bonus.

Very friendly people living here. Safe community, clean and nice amenities. We wish the parking situation made more sense but it’s not a big enough deal to worry or complain about it! So, so far so good here!

It was great, the staff was hospitable and greet you with a friendly welcome. Like the fact that they give a welcoming package and leave a card with flowers very impressive.

I loved it at first but management sucks since Mia left so rude so lost no consideration. We make the best out of it. Overall living in this complex isn’t took bad nice walk ways good parking

Pros: Clean and very well taken care of. Friendly staff. Cons: Expensive. Apartments need to be more sound proof. You can hear everything your neighbors doing, talking about. Floor are very squeaky. Neighbors in the apartment above will wake you up when they start walking around in the morning. Need more lounge chairs by the pool and some better equipment in the gym if you're charging amenity fees year round.

Property is well maintained and management and staff are nice and helpful love my apartment but wish I can get new carpets installed!!! Nice place to live in

Loving my Experience so far! Just visited the pool today and it was amazing! So relaxing and clean! I workout at the gym 6 times a week and it is always a great experience! 10/10

I rate my experience here a 10 out of 10 . The residents are really friendly. My dog has a lot of space to run around. Maintenance responds very quickly to work orders. Thus so far my experience has been good.

Living here has been great. All of the other residents are very friendly so far. Maintenance has been quick and efficient as well. Plus, it’s pretty cold in the apartment so we don’t need to use the AC yet
