Service provided by technicians is perfect, my overall rating is due to issues with trash, elevator, doors, gym maintenance provided to all machines, lack of towels or liquid to clean machines in the gym, lack of control on parties and access to the roof, etc

I simply love my new apartment. My one bedroom corner unit (B11) is incredible. Modern, stylish, with many high end touches, like a wine rack at the end of the kitchen island. Rooftop is amazing, the well equipped gym means I never have to go to a real gym again (we could use some heavier dumbbells, like 60-100 lbs, but the free weight rack allows heavy lifting, I still give the gym a thumbs way up). Five minute walk to Whole Foods, nice. The apartment is a breath of fresh air from my studio apartments over the past decade.
