Denny Way meets I-5 forms the "peak" of the Denny Triangle neighborhood, while 5th Avenue extends along the southern end of the triangle. Just beyond the neighborhood sits Belltown and Pike Place Market. Service provided by technicians is perfect, my overall rating is due to issues with trash, elevator, doors, gym maintenance provided to all machines, lack of towels or liquid to clean machines in the gym, lack of control on parties and access to the roof, etc

It has been very pleasant settling into REN. The team have been extremely helpful with getting us information quickly, and making sure our first-hour experience was excellent, as was the first 24 hours. I simply love my new apartment. My one bedroom corner unit (B11) is incredible. Modern, stylish, with many high end touches, like a wine rack at the end of the kitchen island. Rooftop is amazing, the well equipped gym means I never have to go to a real gym again (we could use some heavier dumbbells, like 60-100 lbs, but the free weight rack allows heavy lifting, I still give the gym a thumbs way up). Five minute walk to Whole Foods, nice. The apartment is a breath of fresh air from my studio apartments over the past decade.

REN is truly an incredible place to call home! They have an amazing staff that makes you feel welcome and taken care of, fun and intelligent community to become part of, and smart features throughout the building that make living here so easy! Everything has been thoughtfully designed in a beautiful way and we have never enjoyed an apartment building more than this one.
